We had a great weekend stay here. Beautiful and clean apartment as pictured. The location is great being on the beach with many shops/restaurants/groceries just across the street. The pools were large and clean. The only thing I would mention is that the building itself is very large and may be confusing for some to navigate. There is no front desk to assist you.

Loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and has a great view of the ocean. We were a little disappointed that they were doing work on the roof so there was scaffolding in the way, but we had been told well in advance.

Pros: Great location. Jims bar right on property for a cool drink or bite to eat. Shopping and eating across the street. Rental as pictured. Very clean and stocked with everything needed. Beach towels provided. 2 outdoor pools available. Sunrise visible from unit. Cons: outdoor space in the unit was very small. Outdoor hot tub not working during our stay. Pools closed at sunset. Indoor pool was an endless pool, really for one person but jets not working. Those were all very minor things, we would 100% rent this unit again.

We stayed for a long weekend for a wedding nearby. The condo was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4. The view was amazing. The proximity to the beach was super convenient and the location was close to the grocery store, shopping and dining. We loved it!

The condo had an excellent, better-than-expected view of the ocean. The unit was nicely updated and felt clean and fresh. Bathrooms and bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the convenience of having Coligny Plaza across the street...grocery store, ice cream, surf shops, and plenty of restaurants. Great week!

This is the best location on the beach. Coligny is directly behind this property with restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores. Very little need for a car here. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is Smart TVs. The televisions did have cable and we were able to watch the things we wanted.

The condo was everything that it’s advertised to be. As a frequent renter in SC and FL this condo was the cleanest, great welcome gifts and the kitchen was better than any I have ever encountered. The kitchen and all it appliance’s, dishes, pots and pans were A-+. The location is as good as it gets and the management was very immediately available and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!

Had the best time at this property with our 2 toddlers. Fantastic location, extremely clean, spacious, well stocked, and even more lovely and updated in person than it seemed in the photos. This location is truly the best on the island and we already can’t wait to return for an even longer stay. We were quickly regulars at the pool bar and the coffee shop right across the street. Location and Condo was above expectations. Super place to enjoy HH. My only complaint is my wife emailed property manager about only having limited toilet paper on day one and never received follow up. Had to go to Piggly Wiggly across street for extra.

Very clean and well-appointed condo that was a side-view of the ocean, and somewhat set back from the beach, but easy to walk to. There was a lot of construction noise during our stay, and the heat fan in the main living area rattled, but otherwise we enjoyed a relaxing stay near the ocean in a lovely space.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Loved the proximity to casual dining and even had lunch at the poolside grill which was open even during the off season. Kitchen was well stocked including things like cooking spray and aluminum foil which I had unnecessarily packed. Only suggestion is for owner to consider putting in a SMART TV allowing guests to log in to streaming services (using guest access not owners). I have experienced that at other VRBO properties. We ended up using HDMI cable and blue tooth speaker with a lap top as a work around. Highly recommend and will likely book again in the future. It was a fabulous week!

First time visitor and it&#x2019;s the perfect location everything walking distance or off the bike trails. So great to walk across to Coligny plaza and have the piggly wiggly market to stock the kitchen. <br/>The decor was bright and cheerful with the perfect beach accents. We thoroughly enjoyed our condo right on the beach, along with the pool & other amenities. The view was nice, and we made the smaller 'public' balcony work for our family of 4 (vs the 'private' balcony that is larger & off the main bedroom). The kitchen is well equipped, and things like beach towels & chairs were included, making packing for the flight a lot easier. The management company did a great job at communications before & during the trip. I did share some maintenance concerns with the group, and they confirmed receipt. I hope that they're able to see to them before the next visitors (lack of mounting of dishwasher was a bit harrowing the first time we discovered that). We would happily stay there again & are happy to recommend the place.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Loved the proximity to casual dining and even had lunch at the poolside grill which was open even during the off season. Kitchen was well stocked including things like cooking spray and aluminum foil which I had unnecessarily packed. Only suggestion is for owner to consider putting in a SMART TV allowing guests to log in to streaming services (using guest access not owners). I have experienced that at other VRBO properties. We ended up using HDMI cable and blue tooth speaker with a lap top as a work around. Highly recommend and will likely book again in the future. It was a fabulous week!

Patricia, thank you for your review of our villa. The views of the ocean are lovely and the villa itself seemed to appeal to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over the design of the building or how management decides to light the hallways. We have had many guests arrive late at night and never received comments on the hallways. We do take our guests comments seriously, however, and will pass on your thoughts regarding better lighting in the hallways to the appropriate parties. We do hope you will return to HHI.

We had a great time staying at this rental unit. The view is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the patios. The unit was extremely clean and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Also, the condo is nicely decorated. It was cozy and did not feel like a tacky beach place. The beds are so comfortable. Also, we were able to walk everywhere. The property management allowed us an early check in since no one was staying the night before; we were so grateful! Also, I loved their app system which allowed easy check in and provided all the information we needed. I would stay here again!

It was both my mothers and my first time in Hilton Head. Location was great walking distance to lotsssss of different things. Highly recommend flat breads I think it was called for quick lunch or dinner. Next to Toros. The condo was exactly as pictured. I couod hear the ocean from my master bedroom at night before bed. We asked if they had a fan or f not we were gonna buy one bc I have to have ny fan. And they went And bought two brand new ones for us. Anytime I had a question they were super quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again. It was perfect for just us two! Beds were superrrr comfortable so much so I’m thinking if getting a mattress just like it. Bc I have back issues my bed is super important. It was excellent. Highly recommend overall.

Nice updated unit on the fifth floor of a beachfront condo. Great location. Only downside is limited elevator capacity and slow elevators. When everyone is checking in and out, it’s a little chaotic around the elevators.

I would highly recommend this condo and Mgmnt company. When I booked they called to confirm and they also called to let me know the room was ready hours before check-in time. I was a bit worried about traveling during COVID but the condo was very clean and put us at ease. The location is absolutely perfect with lots to do within walking distance.

Spacious updated condo with beautiful ocean views. Location was great as there are many restaurants, shops, etc right across the street. Great pool bar on property and access to huge beach right in front of complex. Everything else (Sea Pines for golf and other restaurants) was only a short drive away. Thanks for the 5-star review! The maintenance crew at SeaCrest has been busy "prettying up" the hallways in all the buildings over the past couple of months. Our inspectors check the flooring in the villa regularly and make recommendations to the owners as needed. Your comments are helpful in this regard. A beautiful spot on the beach with a great view. It was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. Walk to the grocery and restaurants.

The condo had an excellent, better-than-expected view of the ocean. The unit was nicely updated and felt clean and fresh. Bathrooms and bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the convenience of having Coligny Plaza across the street...grocery store, ice cream, surf shops, and plenty of restaurants. Great week!

Super nice decorated condo with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The ocean view is gorgeous. Great location, just a few steps to beach, shops and restaurants....The kitchen has everything we need. We wish we could use the pools. They was closed due to coronavirus concerns. We will love to stay here again.

Seacrest property loveThe property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Love this rental and how easy it was to be able to get a hold of the host2coast people. They helped me out a lot. Rental was clean and I loved the layout of it.

This property has gorgeous views from both balconies. The decor is beautiful and the unit is very spacious. The location is close to everything. The amenities are fantastic- wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful vacation, even with the thunderstorms every afternoon. Being from California, we don't experience "weather". So it was great. Great views of the ocean and a very easy walk to get to our daily spot on the beach. The ocean was so warm, we swam every day. The poolside bar at the pool was the icing on the cake!! Everyone was super friendly. And this location is so centrally located, everything at your fingertips. My one suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with basics such as salt and pepper, sugar, etc. Be prepared to buy all essentials. Would also be great if the unit came with boogie boards. Other than that, it was great and would definitely recommend.!

While the villa was clean, it is in need of a renovation. The appliances are outdated and the door into our bedroom wouldn't close. I would rent it again but not for the price we paid.

Susan, I have to admit we have never had anyone comment that this villa is outdated. There are new appliances being installed next week, and we will certainly see about fixing the door to the bedroom, so it closes properly. I hope this did not ruin your trip and do wish you would have called us about the door situation. We'd have come right over to assess what needed to be done and promptly fixed it. Our maintenance team is awesome!!!

We stayed at 2513 Seacrest at the end of July 2024 and had a fantastic time! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view—It was truly breathtaking and made our mornings extra special as we watched the sun rise and listened to the crashing waves. The condo’s location was also perfect ~It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, which made dining out and shopping incredibly convenient.The condo itself was very clean and so cheerful, with a kitchen that was impressively stocked. The beds were all incredibly comfortable too! It was great to have beach chairs and towels available too. The communication before and during our trip was wonderful and made arrival/departure smooth.We did encounter a small issue with the TVs. They were outdated and not very user-friendly. There was a printed channel list and a guide on the TV, but both only provided channel names without details on the current programs. This meant we had to scroll through each channel manually to see what was on. Thankfully, the Olympics were on, which provided entertainment as we settled in for the night. For future stays, an updated TV with Smart features or a better channel guide that shows what's on tv would greatly enhance the experience, especially during downtime, rainy days or if someone isn’t feeling well.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice and well worth a visit! The beautiful view, excellent location and clean/comfy rooms were wonderful.

We had a great experience! The property is located within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and other small shops! It was very clean and exactly what we had in mind when we booked it! No surprises! I'll be making a trip back in the near future!

Nice updated unit on the fifth floor of a beachfront condo. Great location. Only downside is limited elevator capacity and slow elevators. When everyone is checking in and out, it's a little chaotic around the elevators.

Kerry, we love getting 5-star reviews from our 5-star guests! 2513 SeaCrest is truly a wonderful villa in a great location with the beach, pools, Pool Bar Jim's and the shops and restaurants all nearby. Yes, the elevators can get crowded at check-out. I hope you weren't too inconvenienced. Let us know when you plan to return to HHI. We would love to host all your visits to our beautiful island!

It was both my mothers and my first time in Hilton Head. Location was great walking distance to lotsssss of different things. Highly recommend flat breads I think it was called for quick lunch or dinner. Next to Toros. The condo was exactly as pictured. I couod hear the ocean from my master bedroom at night before bed. We asked if they had a fan or f not we were gonna buy one bc I have to have ny fan. And they went And bought two brand new ones for us. Anytime I had a question they were super quick to respond. I'd definitely stay here again. It was perfect for just us two! Beds were superrrr comfortable so much so I'm thinking if getting a mattress just like it. Bc I have back issues my bed is super important. It was excellent. Highly recommend overall.

Had a wonderful week, tastefully decorated, clean, fully stocked and perfect location! Hope to return. If there was any downside the elevator was out of service often, but that isn't due to the unit owner. Just a note if traveling with littles or elderly.<br/><br/>Will certainly stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our condo right on the beach, along with the pool & other amenities. The view was nice, and we made the smaller 'public' balcony work for our family of 4 (vs the 'private' balcony that is larger & off the main bedroom). The kitchen is well equipped, and things like beach towels & chairs were included, making packing for the flight a lot easier. The management company did a great job at communications before & during the trip. I did share some maintenance concerns with the group, and they confirmed receipt. I hope that they're able to see to them before the next visitors (lack of mounting of dishwasher was a bit harrowing the first time we discovered that). We would happily stay there again & are happy to recommend the place.Date of arrival - May 22, 2022

The condo was everything that it's advertised to be. As a frequent renter in SC and FL this condo was the cleanest, great welcome gifts and the kitchen was better than any I have ever encountered. The kitchen and all it appliance's, dishes, pots and pans were A-+. The location is as good as it gets and the management was very immediately available and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!
