Eine tolle Villa in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und dekoriert. Gute Küche mit allem nötigen. Terrasse mit Grill, Tisch, Stühlen und Lounger. Kurzer Weg zum wundervollen Pool. Lage in Palmetto Dunes im Turnberry Village ist gut. Einzig der Weg zum Strand (zu Fuß 25 Minuten) ist lang und es wird ein Auto oder Fahrräder benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We spent a wonderful month at the property. The space is bright, airy, and peaceful. It is surrounded by golf courses and is one minute walk to the pool. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at 254 Turnberry! The home was clean and perfectly comfortable for our family of 4 (2 of which are very picky teens!). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked to meet all your needs, and the bathrooms were also equipped with essentials including towels and a blow dryer! Host to Cost provided some water and snacks and a great tote to welcome us! The location is great for the pool and the beach wasn’t hard to get to by bike or by the Dune Buggy! The resort itself is pristine! We enjoyed biking everyday and my husband and son golfed several times at each of the courses in Palmetto Dunes. The only downside was that 3rd bed is in a loft that does not provide any privacy for the guest, who can hear everything in the house…otherwise this home is perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Our first time to HHI, location of the resort was perfect for us. Rented bikes - it’s the thing to do in HHI. Great bike trails along roadways. House was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Management company was quick to respond with a few questions during our stay. Great experience!

Our stay at 254 Turnberry Village was amazing. The villa was exactly like the pictures on the website depicted and the place was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of dishes and pretty much any kitchen item that we may have needed. The furniture was super comfortable and I loved the color scheme and the decor in the place. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

This unit is comfortable and well appointed. It had everything needed for a home away from home. Even though it was not on the beach, there was easy parking available or a quick bike ride. I would stay here again.

We rented this house one week in July for a family vacation. The house is light, nicely decorated, well equipped, clean and perfect size for a family of four. Only steps from the pool and a ten minutes bike ride to the beach. We rented bikes and beach chairs that were delivered to the house upon arrival. Best house we ever rented. TVs in both bed rooms and the living room, DVDs and games. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for running, golfing, biking, kids play, beach, swimming. We had a perfect vacation in this house that we can highly recommend. The only negative was that one of the toilets was not cleaned when we arrived with stains under the lid, so we called Hilton Head Properties on the Monday but no one came to clean, then we called again on the Thursday when they finally cleaned after two calls. A not cleaned coffe cup was also inte cupboard.

This condo surpassed all of our expectations. There was plenty of space so we never felt cramped, it was remodeled to perfection (seemed as if both bedrooms were a master) and only a short walk to the beach. It’s vicinity to the pool was awesome and while the baby napped I got just as much sun and cool breeze reading on the back porch. We cooked/grilled 2 nights and had everything we needed to make complete dinners. I highly recommend reserving bikes with the rental company as they promptly delivered them to our front door the first day and picked them up before we left on the last day. We were so sad to leave and already making plans for next year!

We had a spectacular time staying in this totally renovated villa, it was spacious, airy, very nicely decorated, clean as can be, and is in a great location. Walking distance to the General Store, Alexander’s, the beach. We were able to run from the villa to a beach run in the mornings and then get coffee at the General Store and walk back. A great way to start the day! We loved our stay at this villa and are starting to plan a return visit in September.

Beautiful inside and out! The property has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The only complaint we had is that the pool is a little too warm and they could’ve kept the pool cleaner but that is not the owners fault!

We were here for a week during our children's fall break. We have three children aged 8-11-14 and had enough space for everyone. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The location in the community is super pleasant and quiet. To the beach it is a little bit, but by car or bike no problem. Groceries are easy to get, and plenty good restaurants within a 20-minute radius. We felt more than comfortable and enjoyed our time. We would come again at any time. In short: It was great!

Beautiful place! Everything is as pictured. Close to pool, so serene. We brought our E-bikes and rode to beach 10 minutes away. Love the wooded area with Deer sightings daily. Great shaded bike/walking paths. Just bring your GPS it’s had to find places on the Island, just small signs no billboards due to saving the Turtles! Very family oriented, gated and safe Plantations as they call them in the South. We were just here in the Spring too, Hilton Head is definitely our new favorite place. You won’t be disappointed!

It was such a nice surprise to have a bud vase of fresh flowers and a personal note greeting us as well as the cookies, popcorn and boxed water.<br/>We were disappointed that the pool was not tended to and did not open until April. Being able to park for the beach at The Disney Beach House was ideal. We did leave a note that the upstairs bathtub needed attention since it drained very slowly. Property was clean, and had nice amenities. Bed mattresses are hard to please everyone, for me it was to firm but my wife thought it was ok. The one bedroom had a large walk-in closet but could use a small dresser. Overall very nice place, plenty of parking, nice pool and quite surroundings. Could hop on the Dunes Buggy or ride bikes to the beach.

This rental is very well renovated and clean. Great location, steps away from the community pool and about a half mile from beach access at Disney beach club. Our party rented bikes from the community and enjoyed spending our time exploring the area which was well equipped with bike paths. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again!

This unit is comfortable and well appointed. It had everything needed for a home away from home. Even though it was not on the beach, there was easy parking available or a quick bike ride. I would stay here again.

Villa was fantastic! Everything was newly remodeled and clean. Nice quiet location in Palmetto Dunes off beach. Would highly recommend.
