This is a very nice home! Its comfortably allowed for three adults and three children to stay, have a wonderful sleep, and felt like home while we were away! Conveniently located close to everything we wanted including the ocean!

The location was great, a very short driven to the beach where close parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our trip. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this village. Both places were great. This one had a larger deck which was great! Right on the course. Easy check in and even easier check out. Close to anything. Totally the best kept secret in Hilton Head. Package it with the $280 7 day unlimited golf pass from the Heritage Club and you wont be disappointed.

Townhouse condo was very good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware and preparation bowls and cookware. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The condo is on the golf course which is nice if you are a golfer.

Excellent property for 2 couples. Check in and check out were simple. Reported a few minor issues with the condo, very minor issues. Coffee carafe lid broken, shade over sliding glass door to patio won't lower and overhead light in upper bedroom doesn't work (chain is broken off). We very much enjoyed our stay. There were some complicated instructions to use the TV that seemed unnecessary. We turned it on, and it worked without juggling multiple remotes per the instructions.

Shopping, dining, and grocery store are about a 15 minute bike ride away (using the provided bikes-great bonus amenity). 2 minute walk to the pool and about a 30 minute bike ride to popular Coligny Beach. We enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course in the morning. The condo was clean and comfortable but needs new carpet or flooring in the bedrooms and a little updating. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great end unit townhouse. It was our first time to HHI and this was the perfect home base for us and our 3 kids. Great location, super clean, well stocked (including Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.). Just a note for the owner/mgmt company: my 5 year old twin boys noticed (and loved to watch) a few wasp nests starting to take form on and around the patio - might want to get those taken care of before they become too big and out of control. Overall this is a super rental that has everything you need to have a great vacation. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Everything was awesome except for the outdated furniture and towels that were in the washing machine upon arrival. I didn't realize they were in there until our second day there. Thankfully they weren't mildewed. We left some boogie boards for the net guest. It was very nice that there were baby gates available and bikes!!!

This condo is in a great location, has adequate sleeping space, and its quite lovely right on the golf course. We enjoyed the patio deck most sunny mornings. I gave it 4/5 stars purely because it needs some updates - the walls and some floors need repairs/paint. The other issue we had was way too many spiders inside. The home needs to be treated for bugs typically found in the south, but perhaps more frequent spraying is needed.

This condo is in a nice spot in Palmetto Dunes. A minute's walk from the pool and on the George Fazio golf tees- Very open floorplan and nice to have the master on the main. Everything worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and nice pots/pans (which is not normally the case in rentals). The décor was a bit dated, but I don't care much about that. They had pool noodles, floaties, 3 bikes, and tons of other beach stuff in the storage shed which was awesome. Had an issue with the dryer (user error not machine issues) and the team worked hard to have it completed in hours which was awesome. Appreciate your communication and willingness to jump on that! While the technician was there looking at the dryer, I told them I saw a wasp nest and he went out to his truck and came back to spray down the porch. Seemed to care about helping make our stay awesome so thank you!

Great place , private , just what we like. Super views of golf course, this is a true golf front property. Only recommend better cushions for deck chairs, the ones there are too small and chairs are uncomfortable! Also a deck umbrella would be nice. Overall a very nice spot!
