Excellent host and this place was great. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a toddler, nice decor, and perfect proximity to the beach. Loved the extra beach towels provided! The pool was awesome but a little chilly the last week of September just fyi. Host provided very clear instructions, the home was well maintained and deep cleaning obviously being done on rotation. Host was responsive and helpful with any issues. Community was quiet and peaceful! Would definitely recommend Host2coast! Will use them again in the future!

The condo was exactly as described. It was 3 levels, private, very close to the beach, and beautiful! Host 2 coast was very helpful and responsive when we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency.

We spent four days here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, literally steps to the boardwalk, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The location is also great for walking to restaurants, coffee, and nearby shops, which we really appreciated.The condo itself is small but comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. The full-sized washer and dryer were a huge plus after sandy beach days. The pool area, while small, was a nice option when the beach got a little too windy.The welcome note and gift were a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and functional!

Made me aware of a potential issue with my rental and offered me multiple options to remedy quickly and very fair. The only complaint and rather minor considering everything that was wonderful, is the place does have a mosquito issue (outside), but honestly they provided lots of options in the rental to remedy, and it was relatively minor compared the amazing house and location. If you are wanting to spend a lot of time at coligny it is a bit of a walk compared to other locations, but for our family that don’t matter. Plenty of room for pack n plays for little ones and also lots of options for a group, each area has its own full bathroom

It was good. We did have some issues with the room and once we contacted office they quickly tried to address them. Hot water would not stay hot long enough for Complete showers for any of the 6 of us. That needs to be fixed before next guests.

We had an amazing experience with our family!
The place was clean and just as expected in the pictures. There was even an additional picnic table and benches on the back lower porch area. The split level layout was great for providing two separate hang out areas for those who wanted to read or have some quiet and for those who wanted to talk and hang out/watch a movie.
Host2coast also went above and beyond in communication and in helping us to feel welcome.
I can’t say enough about the location. It was quiet and peaceful and felt very private with the pool and the beach both just steps away. You can literally see both the pool and the ocean from the back porch. I was easily able to simply walk out the back door and within minutes be on the beach ready to see the sunrise in the morning. Also, Coligany plaza with all the shops and restaurants is less than a mile down the road, a bike rental company is literally across the street, and Harbour Town was a quick drive.

Great location to the beach and they have nice amenities in the condo for towels, toys, etc. Just down the road from shopping, restaurants and grocery store, but yet far enough off the main road to not hear the traffic. Very quiet area, which we appreciated. It was nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head Beach Villa #28. This unit is close to the beach walkway which made it easy for our group to go back and forth - we brought a beach wagon and didn’t even use it! It’s also close to shopping and the kids enjoyed riding bikes to look for souvenirs.
The beach area was not overly crowded. Plenty of room for us to relax and not be on top of others.
The condo was very clean and well updated. They have changed out the couch from the listing photos. The new one is huge and fit several of us comfortably for watching TV. Overall the space worked well for our group of four adults and four teens.

Everything inside is new as of summer 2023. Short walk to beach through private yard and ramp. Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Acoustics aren’t the best due to all the time so bring an extra noise maker or rain app. Would definitely stay there again.

Just perfect for our family of six adults. Condo was recently updated - beautifully; bedrooms were all a nice size and very comfortable! Incredibly close to the beach; no street to cross; nice view from the deck. Highly recommend; would definitely rent again!!

We had an awesome week at the beach here. Plenty of space, SOO close to beach! 2/3 blocks away from restaurants/bars/shopping. Property management company is SOOO helpful.

This place was beautiful and perfect! We were so at home here! The location in town was perfect. You can walk or ride a bike and be in the heart of everything! We loved that you could walk right out the back door and be on the beach with just a walk over the bridge, or a few step and in the pool! They had everything we needed! It was perfect! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay (6 adults, 1 toddler) and appreciated the easy walk to the beach and the quick path to the pool. The unit was clean and ready for us to have a great week! We did struggle with all things electrical (dishwasher, light/fan switches, wall plugs) as they all had their own nuances--maybe a switch needed to be flipped for the plugs to work? Also, if we were to rent this unit again, we'd bring some sort of bug bomb or spray to use outside by the bottom sliding door. LOTS of mosquitoes, but only by that door.
