We so enjoyed our stay! The view of the ocean was beautiful and the highlight of our mornings. Close to everything. Short, easy walk to the beach and most of the way covered with a walkway which made it nice to use the beach cart! Pool and hot tub were amazing as well. We will be back!

The property was neatly decorated and clean. We appreciated the plastic kids' utensils, plates and cups for our children. We haven't stayed at many other properties that offered non-breakable dinnerware so that was a pleasant surprise. The included beach towels were also very appreciated! We, as other reviewers noted, also found that the washing machine only ran on a hot water cycle. Further, we thought the back bedrooms got pretty warm, especially when the doors were closed. The master bed was very comfortable though. There were a few cosmetic/safety fixings that need to be addressed, but they didn't significantly affect our stay (trim of floor panel missing, curtain rods loose). The beach access was super close and very convenient for our young children. We appreciated the bathrooms that were close to the pool/beach. We also liked the location and being able to take a short walk/bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the playground. Things to note for future renters: We couldn't find a pizza pan and the oven itself takes a long time to preheat. Overall, the property is one of our favorites we have stayed at with our young children. We would highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Shorewood Villas. The kitchen was very well stocked & the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful & it was a close walk to the beach. The pool was nice & we really liked the Spa. It was nice to have Roku's on the TVs. Lots of restaurants & stores nearby. host2coast was very responsive to any of our needs. We highly recommend this company & the Shorewood Villas!

Great location. Being on the end was a plus. Place was clean and well furnished. The washing machine only washed on hot water cycle. Rooms in back were warmer than the ones in the master bedroom and living room. Would suggest on high chair for feeding kids.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach is super close with a comfortable walkway to the beach. The pool was perfect for families with younger children. Our grandkids ages two and three loved the kiddie pool and the beach entry larger pool is perfect for being able to enjoy the pool without worrying about the kids.

This was my family's first time visiting Hilton Head Island. When we stepped into the condo, pulled back the curtains and saw the view., Wow is all we could say! Absolutely breathtaking. Listening to the waves hit as we drink our coffee on the patio in the morning was so relaxing. The condo's proximity to the beach looks further than it is, it may have been a 5-minute walk at most. We had the most relaxing family vacation we've done in years at Shorewood. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in, watching all the birds living life and feeling the breeze was really special! Perfect spot to rent for a family! Super clean and had everything you’d need! Plenty of room to spread out. Pool is one of the best ones I’ve seen at a condo. Only downside to the whole condo is the queen mattress is rough to sleep on, other than that it’s the perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, the layout was perfect. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved having a washer/dryer. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay there again! The only down side was the refrigerator stopped working after we decided to extend our stay by 2 days. So, we ended up leaving a day early because they couldn't fix it right away & we lost all of our food. (We were refunded for that night.) Also, the ice machine never worked (which other reviews warned about). But those were very minor things & the refrigerator going out was no one's fault. We had a lovely stay & would highly recommend it to others.

This is our second time staying at the Shorewood and we woukd definitely come back again. Host2Coast were wonderful to deal with. Everything went so smoothly. Even when there was a problem with a dining chair, they came right away. We were 5 adults, me and my husband, our 31 year old son and his wife, and our 25 year old son. We all loved it and our unit was extremely comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Our 25 year old went to rescue an older couple that got locked out of their room and were stuck on their porch their first day. We were very proud of him. So many wonderful restaurants in a close proximity too. The dolphin sunset cruise was wonderful and we saw so many dolphins. We so look forward to returning again.

Excellent space with amazing views being an end unit. Great square footage. The ice maker is broken in the freezer, <br/>Filling ice trays or purchasing bags of ice is ridiculous. Get a new fridge or fix the existing one. The bathrooms especially the master need updating badly and it is very small. Location is amazing, the unit was very clean and we loved the amenities provided by the property manager. Awesome and easy access to the beach. The pool is nice. I would probably stay here again.

This is our third unit in Shorewood condos. This year we had grandparents with us. The condo was plenty spacious for everyone, and we loved the separation of two bedrooms from the living area. We do wish there had been a pantry or empty cabinets for all our snacks and food. We had to leave it on the counter which wasn&#x2019;t ideal. The toilet did not flush easily, and the ice maker didn&#x2019;t work. But overall, we loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had family come for a few days with the kids. Other adult family stayed the whole time and there was plenty of room. Beds were in good shape, plenty of towels. The Host2Coast provided amenities were very well thought out and wonderful to have for use during our stay. I found the environmental friendly supplies absolutely perfect! Umbrella and chair rental was perfectly set up each day through beach services directly in front of condo on beach. A must for these hot July days. On the 'this' happens side...Ice maker was not functioning upon arrival but service made every attempt to fix during our stay and delivered ice without any inconvenience. (My husband is obsessed with ice). Also clean where it counts most..but some food wrappers were found on floor from under a twin bed. Very busy 4th of July week. We extended our stay in Hilton Head after my son’s wedding at The Sonesta in Shipyard a few days earlier. Our family has traveled to HHI for many years and since we lost my husband a few short years ago due to a homicide (still unsolved), we thought it only appropriate to have this wedding where he loved it best.., HHI. So, we found 307 Shorewood to meet all of our needs and more with ocean views everywhere. Everything was great. We didn’t cook. But it appeared to have all the essentials. Pros: <br/>-This condo has wonderful beach views from both the balcony and the large windows.<br/>-The living spaces are large and the furniture is comfortable.<br/>-The master bed is comfortable.<br/>-The kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals.<br/>-The condo property and pool are attractive and well-kept.<br/>-It is in a good location for access to shopping and restaurants.<br/><br/>Cons:<br/>-All the windows have been sealed shut. Aside from the screen door to the balcony, there was no way to get fresh air or the sound of the ocean into the condo. Not sure why there are even screens on the windows, it is rather deceiving.<br/>-The screen door fell off when we arrived and, even though the management came quickly and tried to fix it, it never completely closed and had to be handled very carefully.<br/>-The garbage disposal had to be replaced, and the ice maker in the fridge does not work.<br/>-The guest room beds have box springs that squeak with every movement.<br/>-There were extra pillows in the bedroom closets, but no extra pillowcases.<br/><br/>Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head and found Host2Coast easy to work with.

The condo was spotless and nicely updated. The Host2Coast staff responded promptly to all of my questions before arrival, and left us a very nice welcome gift! We had no problems during our stay. The property photos are accurate, but the condo seemed even larger in person. The location is excellent - a short walk to Coligny Beach/Plaza. There are 2 convenient grocery stores nearby. We really enjoyed renting bikes for the week. Riding them on the beach was so unique! We rented a car but you could certainly have a nice vacation here without a car. We enjoyed the beach and pool, several restaurants, and spent some time in Savannah. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay, but if you asked me for suggested improvements I would say to consider replacing the beds soon, get the windows to open, and provide beach chairs. The primary bed has 'dips' and the twin bed frames are squeaky...even so, we all slept well! All the windows had screens, but do not open. When the weather wasn't hot, we would have liked to open them. We bought pretty good beach chairs with arms at Walmart for $22.33 each - less than renting. We left them in the condo and hopefully they will stay there for future guests to use. Book this place, you will love it!

Absolutely loved the location. And THE VIEWS. The views from the condo are priceless. Super convenient to coligny plaza. The pool is so perfect for all ages but I love the zero entry shallow end for my toddler! The kitchen is well equipped— I even made birthday cake and cupcakes from scratch. They even have kid plates and cups! Love that beach towels were supplied and the host2cost welcome kit with the tote, drink koozies, snacks and water was super thoughtful. 10/10 recommend

The view was amazing and the unit is very nice overall. The moon happened to be full on our visit and was beautiful to watch. Saw two deer on the grounds from the balcony one night. Location was great as you could literally walk everywhere if you wanted. Both twin beds squeaked with every move and probably need to be replaced. The coffee maker broke while we were there but it was replaced super quick - within a couple hours which is great customer service. Only other small issue is there was no spatula in the unit.

Six of us stayed in this three bedroom, three bathroom condo and there was plenty of space for us. The location was great as it is walking distance to Coligny and all the bars and shops there. The pool is really nice too. I would suggest getting nicer twin beds in the smaller bedroom. But outside of that, the kitchen had all the appliances including a Keurig and everything worked well.

There was a minor maintenance issue when we arrived and it was fixed in a matter of hours. The only complaint we had was the fact that the windows don't open at all. I understand it's a 3rd floor unit but even if they opened a couple of inches, we would have enjoyed the fresh air. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The facilities were nice and clean, including the pool and boardwalk area.<br/><br/>The only negatives were the living room furniture is is starting to look a little dated and dingy. Also the master bedroom mattress is worn out - extreme ruts on each side of the mattress.<br/><br/>Overall it was a 9/10 experience; we would definitely recommend.

Great location right on the beach and next to Coligny Plaza and the park with a playground. The in condo washer/dryer is great if you're staying for a while since we were at the beach basically every day. And every group of our family having their own room/bathroom was really helpful. Aside from the ample space inside there is also a walk in pool area with hot tubs in the courtyard. Overall a great experience.

The VRBO staff that we interacted with were superb! Very helpful! However, on arrival the MBR shower was dirty. It had sand -a lot of sand in it. Made me wonder if the condo had been cleaned. Also we had an issue with the hall bathroom. The toilet ran constantly. I called the VRBO phone number and was told someone would be there later in the day or the next day. No one came to fix it for our entire stay. Disappointing. But the property was so nice and location great. DURING THIS STAY THIS PROPERTY WAS UNDER PREVIOUS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT.

The condo had beautiful views of the beach and was nice, clean and looked exactly like the photos. I think the beds in the second and third bedrooms would be more comfortable for kids and not adults. The property manager was readily available for an issue that came up with a shower door. We would definitely recommend this condo for your family to enjoy.

Location beautiful but there was so much work being done to the property it was less than desirable. Pool was closed for 2 weeks, they were repaving the parking lot, power washing the floors outside, painting, and other NOISY activities. PLEASE NOTE: After speaking with Marjorie, she said she definitely gives 307 Shorewood 5 stars for both the villa and host2coast and plans to return. She realized that maintenance of the complex is beyond our control and very kindly offered to change her review to 5 stars!!!

Marjorie, I'm sorry you were here while all the maintenance was being done in the complex. Unfortunately, this is the time of year when it begins to slow down, so it is the best time to tend to regular upkeep and maintenance. I hope you will come again at a better time so you can truly enjoy the wonderful amenities of Hilton Head Island. Perfect condo for us. Smaller condo complex. Great pool area with zero entry and my grandson learned to swim under water while we were there! Master bedroom with extra door to close off sound plus the other two bedrooms were able to be closed off also- huge benefit! It kept them together as a family with the two bedroom doors open but we didn’t bother them because they were closed off also. Great view and easy walk to beach and pool. Very private and has a large covered porch with plenty of seating. We watched a fabulous thunderstorm from out there. The only con is the kitchen is small and the cleaning only got a 4 rating because there was a cue tip on the master bedroom floor by the dresser and dirt in master bath corners. Supplies were plentiful and never used our own. We would definitely return!

First-timers to Hilton Head. Great condo, great location! We rented bikes (Hilton Head bike rentals) and enjoyed the scenic, shaded bike paths every evening. Biking or walking distance to Coligny Circle where you can find groceries, shopping, restaurants and Rita's ice cream (best soft serve EVER) Shorewood Villas has very nice pool, plenty of lounge chairs, nice beach and very secure, clean atmosphere. Condo was nicely furnished, obviously well-kept, had everything we needed, plenty of room, pretty ocean view. The Vacation Company management company was very professional, accessible and helpful. Restaurants we would recommend: Steamers, Hudson's, Salty Dog Cafe. Need to eat early to get ahead of crowds though. Had three generations (ages 2-57) traveling together and we all want to go back!

This villa has an amazing view of the ocean, you can't get any closer to the beach than this! Everything is just like the pictures and cleaned nicely. Host2coast has great hospitality and easy to get in touch with, they even gave us a welcome bag.

Great location right on the beach and next to Coligny Plaza and the park with a playground. The in condo washer/dryer is great if you're staying for a while since we were at the beach basically every day. And every group of our family having their own room/bathroom was really helpful. Aside from the ample space inside there is also a walk in pool area with hot tubs in the courtyard. Overall a great experience.

We had a great time at this unit. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Very nice view also. You can tell when an owner has pride of ownership and these owners certainly do. Very well stocked kitchen and the starter supplies were very helpful. There was a minor maintenance issue when we arrived and it was fixed in a matter of hours. The only complaint we had was the fact that the windows don't open at all. I understand it's a 3rd floor unit but even if they opened a couple of inches, we would have enjoyed the fresh air. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had a great 1-week stay at this condo with 5 adults. Being a corner unit, there are many windows with great views. The condo was spotless and nicely updated. The Host2Coast staff responded promptly to all of my questions before arrival, and left us a very nice welcome gift! We had no problems during our stay. The property photos are accurate, but the condo seemed even larger in person. The location is excellent - a short walk to Coligny Beach/Plaza. There are 2 convenient grocery stores nearby. We really enjoyed renting bikes for the week. Riding them on the beach was so unique! We rented a car but you could certainly have a nice vacation here without a car. We enjoyed the beach and pool, several restaurants, and spent some time in Savannah. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay, but if you asked me for suggested improvements I would say to consider replacing the beds soon, get the windows to open, and provide beach chairs. The primary bed has 'dips' and the twin bed frames are squeaky...even so, we all slept well! All the windows had screens, but do not open. When the weather wasn't hot, we would have liked to open them. We bought pretty good beach chairs with arms at Walmart for $22.33 each - less than renting. We left them in the condo and hopefully they will stay there for future guests to use. Book this place, you will love it!

Shorewood never disappoints. This unit no exception. Larger then most living area with plenty of room for 6 adults. The Host2Coast provided amenities were very well thought out and wonderful to have for use during our stay. I found the environmental friendly supplies absolutely perfect! Umbrella and chair rental was perfectly set up each day through beach services directly in front of condo on beach. A must for these hot July days. On the 'this' happens side...Ice maker was not functioning upon arrival but service made every attempt to fix during our stay and delivered ice without any inconvenience. (My husband is obsessed with ice). Also clean where it counts most..but some food wrappers were found on floor from under a twin bed. Very busy 4th of July week. We enjoyed the Coligny area and the convenience of Piggly Wiggly, and the fireworks and lightening storms over the ocean from the balcony.
