This condo is very nice and clean! It is beautifully decorated. The furniture is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after an active day. There is a pool here as well as pickleball/tennis courts. A perfect location! It is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Loved staying here it is such a convenient location. The condo is well maintained and felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful decor, no clutter, well organized kitchen (which I didnt use), wonderful full-sized foaming hand soaps. Loved the plantation shutters, made it quieter and dark for sleeping. We absolutely loved the unit at 316 Forest Beach Villa. Everything was so modern and clean. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restuarants and bars. The unit is equipped with everything you might need if you prefer to eat in rather than eat out. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

We were here for a 10 day stay and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It’s close to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. Coligny is a block away.
There has been a lot of tourist activity in the area, but it has been quiet around the property. The garage is nearly full daily, but the hallways and neighbors have been very quiet.
The unit is very roomy and the kitchen is really big for a smaller unit. The bed was really comfy and the quilts give it a nice homey touch. The furniture, including a recliner, is very nice and very clean.
The view from the lanai is toward the ocean, you can’t see it but you know it’s only a block away
Property managers were very pleasant and very prompt with our questions.
We appreciate the owners sharing their home with us for a great get-away.

This is a great place to stay. It is so close to Coligny Beach and everything around it. And the place was incredibly clean and was well-stocked. Host2coast was very proactive and helpful with questions. The only thing that we didn't like was that the blanket and bedspread on the bed were very dusty. Given my husband's dust allergies, that was less than optimal. The rest of the stay was GREAT!

This was a perfect place for our first trip to Hilton Head! The condo was spotless, well equipped , and attractive with a comfortable bed and furniture. It was tucked away in a quiet yet convenient area. We walked to wide, clean Coligny Beach, shops, restaurants, and a tiki bar with live music! A highlight for me was horseback riding in Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Host2Coast was thorough and pleasant in all communication and even provided an app for easy access to information. I would definitely stay at any Host2Coast properties again. We arrived to a much appreciated welcome bag and they messaged to see if we were comfortable, providing their contact info every time. It was a most pleasant stay!

We have been coming to HHI for many years, most recently as "snow birds" escaping the midwest winters. This unit was perhaps the very best we have enjoyed. The furnishings were comfortable and nicely appointed. The unit was VERY CLEAN upon arrival, with more than adequate supplies. We would strongly consider staying at this unit again next winter.

This villa is exactly what we needed for our early spring get away. It was walking distance to Coligny Beach, the bike trail and Low Country celebration park. It was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Underground parking was convenient and allowed easy access to the elevator which made it easy to unload and reload the car. We didn't have a view of the beach but it was still a great location. We hope to visit again next year. The host2coast staff were very kind. They even left some treats which were really appreciated after a long drive. Thank you for allowing us to create more cherished memories in Hilton Head.

Definitely recommend! Great location with immediate access to bike/walking paths, and 5-10min walk from the beach and restaurants. Interior of the property was exactly as advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio was quiet, as the trees around the property blocked the noise from the road. Parking and bike storage was very easy, and there were luggage carts and elevators for unloading and loading the car. Communication and check in were streamlined.

Good his was our first trip to HH so we didn’t really know our way around but the condo is in such a convenient location to everything. We rented bikes for the week and what a great way to exercise and get around the island. The condo is equipped with everything and very clean and updated. We would absolutely stay there again. Spent 2 weeks in this very nicely updated villa. Was especially pleased with the cleanliness and freshness of the villa when I arrived. It was spotless and smelled wonderfully clean and fresh. Even the throw on the sofa and bed coverlet were freshly laundered, and the sheets were nice quality and bed pillows were comfortable, one doesn't always find that in rentals. The villa is roomy, well organized, and very calming with muted colors and high quality finishes. The washer and dryer were very quiet and efficient. I used the microwave a couple of times for popcorn and hot water, otherwise didn't use the kitchen, but all appliances were spotless. The plantation shutters are not only attractive on the windows, they block out sound as well. Unfortunately nothing could block out a crazy, scussing, screaming neighbor on her balcony who disrupted/woke me from sleep many of the nights I was there. If you're not a light sleeper, you might be able to tune her out, but I found it impossible. Otherwise, the villa was absolutely perfect and I would rent again without hesitation if it wasn't for that obnoxious neighbor. Maybe she was just having a bad couple of weeks, since no one else had ever compained.
