Great for groups and has everything you could possibly need within a 5-10 min walk.

Excellent views. Close to everything. A bar and grill within steps from the unit. When we went the were working on the roof. The rental company did let us know. We had the option to cancel if we wanted, but went anyway. Very little noise but parking was limited.

First time visiting HHI and this was a fabulous location. After spending some time, we realized this was an amazing location with the best views of the beach, ocean, dolphins, pools, and cargo ships passing by. Pool Bar Jim's is a great place for a bite to eat with reasonable food prices for the beach location. Drinks are priced pretty high, though. Condo is perfect for three couples. We appreciated that everything was well stocked and we didn't need to buy anything except our own food and drinks. The carpet and furniture could use a good cleaning and other areas showed the age of the unit, but for the location and price, it was ideal. Host2Coast's guest portal was used several times and they made everything easy. If we visit again I will certainly use them and consider this unit as an option. Loved HHI!

This was our third time at this condo. It is very spacious for our family, beautiful views, and the frog sounds outside were great. The carpets could use a good cleaning, and we bought the place a big stainless steel soup pot (still only Teflon in this kitchen yikes). Cannot say enough good about the host company Host to Coast. They were wonderful. Our daughter appreciated the puzzle, boogey boards, beach games and chairs and the beach cart.

The condo was as expected. I really liked that hand soap, dishwashing soap,etc eas provided. There was more than enough for the whole week. We purchased and left behind a carafe for the Mr Coffee and a broom. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable, views are great, drains worked well, lots of space, loved memorizing all the codes. Next time would love cookware that is not Teflon. Our location was great, perfect view and all that was posted on the ad. The bedrooms were huge and the layout of the condo was very generous. In the master bedroom, we were never able to open the blind because the panels would catch on the door handle and then would detach. We would need to stand on a chair to put the panels back up. Because of that, we decided to leave them closed. Washing machine had a musty smell. Probably needs to be cleaned and lid left open. Stovetop seemed to have a couple of burners that did not work correctly. Would definitely return!!!

The two balconies overlooked the beautiful property and the ocean. The property was clean and very spacious. Walk in closets, large bathrooms and a beautiful living area. The kitchen was well stocked. A good sized pantry to store all of our food. We have made it a tradition to be in Hilton Head every year for the 4th of July. Our favorite restaurant is ELA's in Shelter Cove on the 4th and then watch the fireworks. A new restaurant we discovered this year was Cranes Steak and Seafood. The food was delicious and had very generous portions. I would recommend renting beach chairs from the life guard station (directly off the path from our unit on the beach). Host 2 Coast has been great!

The property is beautiful and they have thought of everything to make your vacation easy. You don’t ever have to get in your car if you don’t want to. Restaurants shopping, grocery stores all walkable to the apartment. The apartment was extremely spacious and we would definitely stay here again.

The layout was perfect for our family of five. My only critique would be that it might be time for upgraded mattresses to something a little more comfy, but did I mention the view??? We just returned from a week stay at this property, and we had such a great experience. The rental company was very quick to respond to any messages. The property itself was clean, kitchen had anything you needed - even a crockpot (which we used!). Zero issues with bugs or pests. The unit was very quiet even with guests staying above us. The views of the ocean are even better than the pictures! The one note I would make is that it would be helpful to have wall hooks in the entryway for towels, life jackets, bags, etc. We would definitely visit here again!

We had an incredible 4 day stay at this property! Our 2 families, including 4 children, enjoyed relaxing by the pool, playing on the beach, and all of the nearby attractions. Lovely property- great hosts. We loved the location, space and view. We loved the shopping center nearby. Nicely appointed and responsive rental company. Needed to communicate about the pools closed and perhaps provide shampoo and more soaps…although not such a big deal.

The Property was as advertised and the pictures were very accurate. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of room. It unfortunately rained 3 of the 5 days but the lodging made it enjoyable.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Mostly clean with minor areas (baseboards) that needed attention. The washer and dryer with detergent in the unit are a great addition. Beach towels provided also greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!!

Every morning I would get up and grab a coffee and Watch the sunrise from the balcony. This is the best view on Hilton head Island. I never wanted to leave. The family room and kitchen area are absolutely stunning. I loved everything about this condo. So much space!!! Thank you

This property was ideal for our party of 7 (four adults, three kids). There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The beach view was incredible. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. There were so many restaurants and shops right across the street in the vibrant Coligny Plaza. Having a full kitchen was a huge plus since we would eat breakfast and lunch in the condo and go out to dinner every night. We had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. My only suggestion is that the kitchen could be stocked with more cereal bowls and coffee mugs but that's not a deal breaker by any means. It is also worth mentioning that the condo had plenty of bath towels. We didn't use the beach towels available in the condo but it's good to know that they are there right above the full washer and dryer - which came in handy several times! I would highly recommend this condo for your next HHI vacation. We had a blast and look forward to future visits!

Had a good time with some friends. Great views and location. Nice unit. Pool bar was great. Our only negative, and it was not that big of a deal, was the elevator. Several people trying to use one small and slow elevator. We primarily used the stairs.

This unit had such a fabulous ocean view. We looked directly at the ocean. The unit was very clean, I even felt comfortable enough walking barefoot! Rooms were large and spacious, furnishings very comfortable. The only disappointment was the a/c in one bedroom was not working when we arrived but was fixed by mid-week. It was a perfect location in Hilton Head, on the beach and walking distance to all shopping and eating (and the Frosty Frog!). The management company (The Vacation Company) did a fabulous job from booking to checkin to checkout. Great communication. I definitely recommend this unit in Seacrest and sure hope we have the opportunity to visit and stay there again.DURING THIS STAY THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER PREVIOUS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The space was very large, including all 3 bedrooms, and the family room/kitchen area was fabulous. We sat on the couch in the morning, drinking coffee and watching Dolphin swim past. The beach was very busy so it was nice to have a view from our location. I would definitely rent this place again! During this stay the property was under previous owner or management.

Condo is prime location with direct ocean views from all the windows and the deck is large enough for our family of four to eat outside and enjoy the warm weather. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely return again. Short walk from condo to nearby restaurants. Very easy access to the pools and beach. Added bonus that the deck is directly over the pool and beachfront so we can keep an eye on the kids.DURING THIS STAY THE PROPERTY WAS UNDER PREVIOUS OWNER OR MANAGEMENT.

Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet. Easy to get around the island from this location. Beach towels, bag and koozies were a nice touch, Especially since we flew into HH and didn’t have much room in the luggage. Walking distance to piggly wiggly and many other shops and restaurants. Could use a spatula and a few more large coffee mugs for a family of coffee drinkers. We would love to return.

We loved this unit. Beautiful view of the beach and two decks. Nice bedrooms with full baths. Unit has ample seating in the living room. Roku on TV was a nice added touch. The beach is very wide with rental chairs available. Pool bar Jim's onsite has great drinks and lunch options. Pools looked nice, but we did not utilize them as we prefer the beach. Excellent location and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent this unit again! Host2coast responds immediately to texts and they were very helpful.

It is a very short walk to everything you need with Coligny Plaza right behind the complex. We only drove for golf and to get to some of the islands better restaurants. That is really the only thing that would make us hesitant to rent this particular unit again. Lastly, the host2coast rental/management company was a nice feature. They provided beach towels, beach bag, etc. we didn’t need their assistance during our stay, but they were a phone call away if we did. Overall a great week.

We loved the place. Clean. Gorgeous. 2 balconies which give a view of sunrise and sunset. Beach and restaurants steps away so this made a covid times vacation perfect! Suggested some tweaks like a new microwave but overall wonderful.

Everything was perfect for Spring Break on HHI! Susan called as soon as our condo was ready and they left a sweet gift for us! The views from the bedrooms and living room were perfect and the grounds were very pretty! Great location to pool and beach...Jim’s Pool Bar was a great addition to the property. Directly across the street from Coligny Plaza...don’t need a car everything is walking distance. With little kids we also enjoyed walking to Celebration park...new playground for the kids to explore. The condo was very clean and well equipped! We loved everything about it! Thanks again for a great week!

We have visited HHI before, we picked this unit for the location and for the ocean front views. It is a very short walk to everything you need with Coligny Plaza right behind the complex. A very nice condo, comfortable with a good view of the ocean. Plenty of room and all 3 bedrooms are large with en suite bath. host2coast were very communicative with us during our stay. We had no issues but knew if we had they would be there to take care of them. The best experience with management that we have ever had and we have been renting from VRBO for about 7 years.

Always have stayed at Sea Crest. First time in this unit or using Host2Coast. Our family of 8 adults fit great! The ocean view is priceless! Access to pool, beach or bar is quick and easy which was great for the older adults who couldn't walk far. Only had a couple issues with the unit. We expect a little more from this price range unit than offered. They need to step it up a bit. When you have a unit that holds 10 people you may consider extra fold up chairs for more seating inside and out. However, Host2Coast was always quick to respond and very concerned about us having the best experience. For future stays ask for things. Extra linens, pillows, towels. Always check inside the sleeper sofa! We would stay here again but now we know to address a few things beforehand. We love sea crest. Never disappoints!

That view is seriously heaven on earth! We've stayed at Seacrest many times over the years and this unit has the best view! The condo was spacious and clean. The layout was perfect for our family of five. My only critique would be that it might be time for upgraded mattresses to something a little more comfy, but did I mention the view??? Seriously spectacular!

The property is beautiful and they have thought of everything to make your vacation easy. You don't ever have to get in your car if you don't want to. Restaurants shopping, grocery stores all walkable to the apartment. The apartment was extremely spacious and we would definitely stay here again.

The rental was exactly as it was in the description, if not better. Pictures do not do this location justice. The two balconies overlooked the beautiful property and the ocean. The property was clean and very spacious. Walk in closets, large bathrooms and a beautiful living area. The kitchen was well stocked. A good sized pantry to store all of our food. We have made it a tradition to be in Hilton Head every year for the 4th of July. Our favorite restaurant is ELA's in Shelter Cove on the 4th and then watch the fireworks. A new restaurant we discovered this year was Cranes Steak and Seafood. The food was delicious and had very generous portions. I would recommend renting beach chairs from the life guard station (directly off the path from our unit on the beach). Host 2 Coast has been great!
