We had great time at Bradley circle. We had 8 adults,5 kids and one dog. Pool was enjoyed by all daily. Beautiful home inside, kitchen could use a few more items to cook with. Easy walk to beach less than 4 minutes. Hot tub looked great, did not use as we had a very warm week. Owners very easy to work with. We hope to visit again next year as we enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. Lots to see and do. Thanks

This place was great. It met all of our needs. The elevator was a saving grace for the one 82 yr old that was with us and our twin 18 month old granddaughters were much easier to move up and down withe it as well. All items needed for our stay were there and all was spotless. Loved the view!

My husband and I took our 3 adult daughters, along with their husbands and children to this home for our family vacation this year. Each family had their own floor and the layout of this house worked perfectly. We enjoyed the relaxing on the porches and the roof top hot tub had a beautiful view. We especially liked the location of the pool which is located right off the main living area, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. The house is set on a quiet street although it's only a short ride to local grocery stores. We have vacationed in Hilton Head for a number of years looking for the perfect fit for our family. I think we may have found it on Bradley Circle!

Our vacation included 3 families with a total of 5 teenagers and our one pet dog. The house was perfect for all of our needs. All of the bedrooms were spacious and it was wonderful for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the short and easy (no stairs!)walk to the beach and awesome view from the roof top hot tub. The location to everything on the island was fantastic and made for lots routes for bike riding. Everything was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice big bedrooms, lots of private bathrooms, elevator, easy walk to beach and convenient pool right off living area for kids. Quiet and safe street for young kids. This 6 bedroom, hot tub roof top house was perfect for 6 different families and 3 babies. You could not hear anything babies crying etc. if you were not on the same floor. The roof top is a great place to star gaze. Simply beautiful!! Owners are great to work with and answer quickly any questions we could think of.

This was our 8th year coming to 30B Bradley Circle. Once again it proved to be a great vacation. We come with our three children and their spouses and our 9 grandchildren. In the past we had two nieces who came but not this year. We all fit comfortably and enjoy cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The Grandchildren love the pool and we like the fact it is right off the main floor. The hot tub is used every year where the star gazing is fantastic. But of course the main attraction is the beach which is just a short walk away. Can't wait for next summer already.

It's very rare to find a house that has it all. Heated pool for the kids, rooftop hot tub for the adults, 6 bedrooms - 5 with private full baths, and pet friendly too! It was an easy walk to the beach across the tidal marsh, and a cozy little neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. Children enjoyed biking along the paths though the park, and the more adventurous adults were able to make it down to Shelter Cove. We also walked down the beach to Sea Salts Beverage Co's outdoor bar. It's part of the Marriott beach club, but they didn't seem to mind taking our $$. The bedrooms are HUGE and can easily sleep a small family if using the sofa beds. Everyone said their beds were comfortable & showers were good ( but don't have everyone shower at the same time!) The addition of the bunk room is perfect for kids or families to share. Clothes washer & dryer were clean and efficient. Owners are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend. One note: the house is very narrow and tall. There is an elevator for the higher floors, but stairs (especially to the roof) could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

What a great experience in Hilton Head!!! 19 of us. Loved the house-big, roomy, beautiful, functional. The older kids loved the bunk room! The elevator was very helpful. We had no problem with the children obeying the rules for the elevator. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of linens and towels! We loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Friendly neighbors. Overall—a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this home!!

Great property wonderful stay. Leave your beach umbrella and chairs at home property has everything you need. Short walk to beach and great view from 3rd floor hot tub. Very pleased with our stay. Elevator large enough to accommodate scooter and serviced all floors except rooftop. Expansive views from upper floor bedroom allowed mobility impaired mother to see the ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Cozy furnishings. Very pet friendly with reasonable deposit. Beach within walking distance via community access point. Leanne responded quickly to all communication.

Spacious house with a great location to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and easily fit 13 of us. The rooftop was amazing with the hot tub and view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was an easy jaunt of 3-5 min. Great kitchen for cooking big meals. There is a shower right before the steps up to the pool which made it easy to wash the sand off. Communication was easy with the owner. The only issue we had was checkin was delayed due to the cleaning crew taking a little longer but at least it was well cleaned! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location, excellent communication with owners. They were very helpful. It's been a busy rental season and the home has taken a few "hits". It needs some TLC repair work in a couple of areas during the off season, but I would certainly stay there again. The layout is great. The pool, patio and spa area are very nice, even though the spa didn't work during our stay. Having an elevator was great and the garage served its purpose. Bedrooms and baths were great. Plenty of room for four couples. Just a few small things that I'm sure the owners will address from conversations with them. If you rent this home, you will enjoy it!!

We fully enjoyed our stay! The pool was amazing for the daytime use and the hot tub at night was the best! There were chairs and tables by the pool and hot tub so our whole party was together comfortably. The walk to the beach is not only short but a nice little walk. More than enough refrigeration and coffee pots and cooking utensils! Leanne let us know when the pool cleaners would be by or when anyone else might have to stop by! We had a small issue and she sent someone immediately to try to fix it.

The home is just as described. Communication was constant should you need them. We had a wonderful memorable time. Experienced the 97% Full Moon Eclipse, in the roof hot tub!! A MAZING!! Great family celebration with 4 generations. The house is centrally located to easily get to Sea Pines or go to Bluffton. The house is laid out with creature comforts on each floor. With 5 floors the elevator is a godsend.

It was our first time vactioning at Hiltonhead. Leanne was always responsive any time I had a question or wanted to know more about the area prior to checking in. Even during our stay, when we needed extra linens/towels - she was on top of it ASAP. Leanne's customer service was top notch. The home was exactly as described & pictured. Everyone had their space, the bedrooms were decorated nicely, a bonus having their individual bathrooms, and the pool & hot tub were a big hit with our group. The house is short distance to the beach. Stunning sunrises and rooftop sunsets were amazing too. Looking for the perfect rental with a large group this house is the one for you.

This is a beautiful home that provides everything needed for a wonderful week. It is in the same neighborhood where we rented three homes for my daughter's wedding a few years ago. It is close to the beach and well maintained. We really enjoyed the open roof top as a late night retreat. After the kids were in bed, the adults would gather for a hot tub and visit to catch up on the days activities....not to mention viewing the many shooting stars. We had one issue with the hot tub not heating. However, it was resolved with one phone call and was again up and running quickly after a circuit breaker was adjusted. We have been going to Hilton Head for 30 years and created more lasting memories at this location. I give it high marks!

Very nice location. Needs some TLC. General maintenance, tightening bed frames, drawer pulls, hot tub cover and lift needs replaced. Alot of stuff left from previous owner, paint, tools, etc. The wine fridges are not as good as just small mini fridge. Dedicated ice machine would be a plus. The whirl pool by main pool not functioning. Pool tile needs replaced. Spiral staircase to rooftop not 100% secure to wall. Nice to have 2 full size refrigerators, the one in garage needs to be defrosted to produce ice. Need a working small vacuum. This house was over very good. I am aware that it was just purchased from a private owner and we are very thankful that Relax Rental honored our reservation and that we also received a gear credit.

We loved it! Our family of 14 (includes grandparents, siblings, kids) goes someplace every year and usually near or on a beach. This house was our favorite - mostly due to its proximity to the beach. Easy boardwalk access to a great beach that wasn't nearly as crowded as it gets other areas (30A for instance). The rental company was great to work with and the owners were also very responsive. Plenty of space for our family and the elevator was key for the grandparents. Hot tub wasn't always hot for whatever reason, but overall, the house was awesome and I'd highly recommend. Thanks!

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen had any appliance you could want and plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware etc. The kids loved the little pool. It was just a short walk to the beach which they loved even more. the waves are gentle at low tide so that the little ones were happy and unafraid. This old lady likes to swim open water, I was told that three dolphins were swimming beside me. It was a happy family time

overall the house was good. The bedrooms are plenty big enough for two families with grown kids. I wish the kitchen and living room area were bigger along with the pool deck. It was hard to fit everyone in those spaces. We had a few issues with air conditioning, a broken shower head and bugs but they attended to them right away.

Short walk to beach and Chaplin park and pickleballcourts. Kids enjoyed several playgrounds within walking distance. There was an issue with the washing machine which we found out immediately . I contacted the management company and they were on it immediately! They were so accommodating, and this was over Easter weekend! A new washer was delivered in 2 days! We loved the house and quiet location for a large family gathering over two weeks. The house is beautiful. Furnishings were nice and the bathrooms were great (very spacious). The beds were very, very comfortable. Elevator was essential for older family members and for loading and unloading. Having separate HVAC controls on each floor was also very convenient. Minor maintenance issues were handled promptly. The hot tub was not working during our stay, but I understand that a new one is to be installed; just check before booking. All in all, a wonderful house!

A problem did arise that Sheri took care of it and even started planning if they couldn’t fix it, thankfully they fixed it right away. Love the house and the location as I am local to Bluffton and had a birthday celebration weekend for my mom and grandson for my immediate family coming from NC and Florida and had especially scouted and picked out the perfect location/ house which was large enough for 11 family members to have their own space with bath so 6 bedrooms was perfect. The only reason that I could not give this experience all stars/ great was the elevator was broken and even though Sheri and staff tried to get it to work, it did not and my mom being older was limited to the main floor and my two grown sons including myself had a tough time unloading and loading with bedrooms on the 2nd-4th floors. Luckily, we did have each other to help but an elevator w/4 floors is a priority. The rental company did compensate with a % of the refund. For our situation, an elevator was very much needed and should be checked before guests arrive especially with small kids or older adults and to unload and load stuff!

There were chairs and tables by the pool and hot tub so our whole party was together comfortably. The walk to the beach is not only short but a nice little walk. More than enough refrigeration and coffee pots and cooking utensils! Leanne let us know when the pool cleaners would be by or when anyone else might have to stop by! We had a small issue and she sent someone immediately to try to fix it.

Beautiful home, great location, excellent communication with owners. They were very helpful. It's been a busy rental season and the home has taken a few "hits". It needs some TLC repair work in a couple of areas during the off season, but I would certainly stay there again. The layout is great. The pool, patio and spa area are very nice, even though the spa didn't work during our stay. Having an elevator was great and the garage served its purpose. Bedrooms and baths were great. Plenty of room for four couples. Just a few small things that I'm sure the owners will address from conversations with them. If you rent this home, you will enjoy it!!

Spacious house with a great location to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and easily fit 13 of us. The rooftop was amazing with the hot tub and view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was an easy jaunt of 3-5 min. Great kitchen for cooking big meals. There is a shower right before the steps up to the pool which made it easy to wash the sand off. Communication was easy with the owner. The only issue we had was checkin was delayed due to the cleaning crew taking a little longer but at least it was well cleaned! Highly recommend!

Very well-equipped home with easy access to the beach. We had 4 couples, small children, and a dog, but all had adequate space. Rooftop deck was beautiful and the elevator a plus for less mobile and move in/out.

Very pleased with our stay. Elevator large enough to accommodate scooter and serviced all floors except rooftop. Expansive views from upper floor bedroom allowed mobility impaired mother to see the ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Cozy furnishings. Very pet friendly with reasonable deposit. Beach within walking distance via community access point. Leanne responded quickly to all communication.

Great property wonderful stay. Leave your beach umbrella and chairs at home property has everything you need. Short walk to beach and great view from 3rd floor hot tub. Pool was a little cool on cloudy days for Sept but still refreshing. Owners very available for small issues that came up. We had 10 adults and a small dog with room to spare. Thanks Leanne and Mike!

What a great experience in Hilton Head!!! 19 of us. Loved the house-big, roomy, beautiful, functional. The older kids loved the bunk room! The elevator was very helpful. We had no problem with the children obeying the rules for the elevator. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of linens and towels! We loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Friendly neighbors. Overall—a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this home!!

This was our 8th year coming to 30B Bradley Circle. Once again it proved to be a great vacation. We come with our three children and their spouses and our 9 grandchildren. In the past we had two nieces who came but not this year. We all fit comfortably and enjoy cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The Grandchildren love the pool and we like the fact it is right off the main floor. The hot tub is used every year where the star gazing is fantastic. But of course the main attraction is the beach which is just a short walk away. Can't wait for next summer already.

This 6 bedroom, hot tub roof top house was perfect for 6 different families and 3 babies. You could not hear anything babies crying etc. if you were not on the same floor. The roof top is a great place to star gaze. Simply beautiful!! Owners are great to work with and answer quickly any questions we could think of.

Our vacation included 3 families with a total of 5 teenagers and our one pet dog. The house was perfect for all of our needs. All of the bedrooms were spacious and it was wonderful for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the short and easy (no stairs!)walk to the beach and awesome view from the roof top hot tub. The location to everything on the island was fantastic and made for lots routes for bike riding. Everything was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I took our 3 adult daughters, along with their husbands and children to this home for our family vacation this year. Each family had their own floor and the layout of this house worked perfectly. We enjoyed the relaxing on the porches and the roof top hot tub had a beautiful view. We especially liked the location of the pool which is located right off the main living area, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. The house is set on a quiet street although it's only a short ride to local grocery stores. We have vacationed in Hilton Head for a number of years looking for the perfect fit for our family. I think we may have found it on Bradley Circle!

This place was great. It met all of our needs. The elevator was a saving grace for the one 82 yr old that was with us and our twin 18 month old granddaughters were much easier to move up and down withe it as well. All items needed for our stay were there and all was spotless. Loved the view!

We had great time at Bradley circle. We had 8 adults,5 kids and one dog. Pool was enjoyed by all daily. Beautiful home inside, kitchen could use a few more items to cook with. Easy walk to beach less than 4 minutes. Hot tub looked great, did not use as we had a very warm week. Owners very easy to work with.
