The most immaculate and well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Host 2 coast provided everything we needed for comfort and the soaps were ones we actually wanted to use. This house is so spacious and great for hosting. Gorgeous windows allowing you to see lagoon view. We were family with small kids to teenagers and all had a blast.

We were very happy with our rental at 36 Spartina Ct. Host2coast was easy to work with and we appreciated the host2coast touches (i.e. beach towels to use, dish soap, detergent, hand soap, etc). The house was clean and spacious and we appreciated the desk in the master bedroom looking out at the deck and lagoon. The beds were comfortable, which is very important to us. We liked having a ping-pong table and a garage to park our bikes at night. The kitchen amenities were a plus as we like to cook and having a nice grill was very much appreciated. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores so you don’t need to travel far to find everything in Sea Pines

36 Spartina Court was a great home for our party of 7 over the Christmas/New Year holiday. We have been vacationing in Sea Pines for 40 years and have rented numerous homes and villas in the area. This unit did not disappoint! It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We really appreciated the little extras that host2coast provided, such as a complimentary beach bag, beach towels, nice soaps and dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. The beds were very comfortable, which is super important to us and each bedroom was well equipped with a bathroom and television to keep everyone happy. We used the ping-pong table many times and enjoyed it thoroughly - especially on cooler days and darker nights. We also enjoyed the large windows overlooking the lagoon and cooking on the barbecue. At first, the barbeque was not heating up properly but a quick email to host2coast and someone came over immediately to assess the situation and make things right. Communication from host2coast was always prompt. They responded to emails quickly and answered the phone when we called. They were friendly and eager to please. The only negative for us (which is not the fault of host2coast) was the lack of sports channels to watch the NFL and college football bowl games we love so much at this time of year. The until does not have ESPN unfortunately. Being Canadian, we are blocked from subscribing to US streaming providers so we we unable to watch the things we wanted to and believe me we tried! Host2coast provided us with their YouTube TV channel, but unfortunately their password did not work after many attempts and communicating back-and-forth with them. Next time we will come better prepared or inquire further ahead of time. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we loved the home and our experience with host2coast. We will definitely be renting from them in the future. Thank you for all you did to make our trip an amazing one!

The ping pong and foosball table were a life saver during our rainy day. The beach club is just a short drive and the pool is right down the street. The house is stocked with all the essentials, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen essentials/supplies for cooking and grilling. We would definitely stay again if we choose HH for another family vacation. A few areas for improvement: Windows need washing, decks could use some cleaning, painting and minor repairs.

We booked another rental that was not clean enough to stay in for a month and we thought we were stuck. But we reached out to Host2coast on very short notice and they were awesome. Let us move in the next day. Yes it was more than our previous rental debacle but it was worth every dollar. You would have thought Host2coast had been responsible for our first rental issue (they were absolutely not!) but they made our stay extraordinary. We are very grateful. The home was lovely, well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable, and exactly as it was pictured. The smallest details like laundry pods, hand soap, basic cleaners….. little things that add up were all provided. Beach towels, bag, cookies, welcome snacks were all an added bonus. So great we asked to stay another week.
This was our first airbnb trip. So we want to be clear that Airbnb was very prompt and responsive to our first rental issue and walked us through the process of finding and renting another place. Host2coast is a great host

The unit was Awesome! Very beautiful home in a peaceful community. The amenities suited our expectations and the openess of the home allowed us to relax and enjoy the view of the pond nearby. Immaculate! The staff was very punctual answering any questions during our stay. LOVED IT!!

We had a wonderful month staying at this rental. All the furniture is new, all 3 bedrooms have new furniture ... nice comfy mattresses. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook ... the new Weber grill was a plus. The views from the lagoon windows are really beautiful .... able to see tons of fish, crabs, turtles and .... a number of alligators. Just leave them alone and they will swim by ,,, they have been on HHI long before humans, so respect their habitat. We did see others on our bikes rides ..... just left them alone. It's a 10-15 minutes bike ride to the beach or The Salty Dog. Make sure to take the Craigcats (small 2 seater boat) rides out of Shelter Cove for some water excitement. Being at the end of the cul-de-sac was nice and quiet. Having the garage was nice. Overall, we loved Sea Pines and 36 Spartina Court .... we booked this same house again for next year, Working with Host2Coast was a wonderful experience ... no issues with them at all. I give this house and Host2Coast a 5 !!!
