Had a very enjoyable fall break stay at Robert's home. House was clean and well equipped. The bikes were a huge plus and only a short ride to the beach. We had an issue with one of the showers not working, but problem was quickly resolved with good communication. Would recommend staying here.

House and location were perfect. We are return guests. This house has everything that you need. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. My in-laws loved lounging in the sunroom. We walked to the beach daily. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach and shaded most of the way. Once you are out of Palmetto Dunes, restaurants and activities are all 10 minutes away or less. Thanks for a great week and we’ll be back!

When you go on vacation, the place that you stay at makes or breaks your stay. Bob and Linda‘s home was spectacular and made our time in Hilton Head very memorable. It was very clean and had all you would need to enjoy your stay. The pool was wonderful and the wildlife in the backyard was incredible. We would definitely stay at this Bob and Linda’s home again. Visited with family during Thanksgiving week. Check in/out was very easy with clear instructions. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly think of needing during your stay. It was so nice to be able to show up with starters of coffee, toiletries (and chocolate), plenty of books and games to enjoy during the couple rain days we had. Walked to the beach every morning and used the provided bikes to venture out. Just a lovely place and the owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions.

We stayed at Magnolia & Maple for the second time and were, again, very pleased with the house and all the amenities. The cleaning service is fantastic, so the house is spotless and organized. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is our favorite feature, and is make even better with the assortment of pool toys and floats available. A huge plus of this house is the bikes and beach equipment, making it a really easy time to go the beach (which is also pristine) and probably saves a lot of money not having to rent all that stuff, as well. The hosts are very communicative and send a lot of helpful information, including local recommendations. Highly recommend this house and the surrounding community for a relaxing beach & pool vacation. Thank you!!

Our family of five and three friends had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed the private yet short biking distance to the beach, shopping and food. Kroger is only a 10 minute bike ride away which we loved. Beautiful landscape and bicycle trails. The bicycles got used multiple times daily. Also my husband enjoys golfing and I love the beach so this was a perfect fit for all of us. Just a great place to stay at and Robert was super helpful and a great host! We hope to come back.

We had a phenomenal time at this beautiful home! The pool was so fun for little children and adults alike, with tons of amenities within the home.
We had bikes, pool toys, sand toys, tons of books, starter packs of all needed cleaning items - couldn’t have been better for a young family. It made it all so incredibly easy for us to downshift right away into vacation mode and allowed us to really enjoy our time.
Robert was very responsive and super helpful. He provided recommendations for an Easter egg hunt for our children and allowed us to extend our check out to make it easier on our family. Also the binder with local recommendations was perfect - no need to do pretrip research. It’s all right that and easy to read. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We were very happy to spend a week at Magnolia & Maple! Bob & Linda went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! The location inside the gated neighborhood was great as it was peaceful and quiet with views of the golf course and yet many restaurants and stores within walking and biking distance. A short bike ride or stroll to the beach was also great! Beautiful beach with good access point close by made it easy! The house fit our family perfectly and we felt right at home! Having bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to pull the things in was very nice! The chocolates, maple syrup and Green Mountain Coffee k-cups were a treat! Thanks for allowing us the privilege to use your home! We would love to return to Hilton Head Island sometime!

Robert and Linda's home was very clean and spacious. Communication was simple. They were very responsive to all my inquiries during the booking process and were very considerate to offer early check in. The home had ample supplies, excellent wifi and comfortable beds. The bikes were awesome. We were able ride to the beach which is nearby. Thank you for making our first stay in Hilton Head a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We stayed with our family for a golf trip in HHI. Robert's place was impeccable amid the nice neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. It was a cold Thanksgiving week - for a Floridian perspective - but the beach was quite accessible with 20 minute walk and pool can be heated upon request. Bikes available at the house and very well equipped. Do not expect luxury or super upscale stay as some HHI oceanfront home we stayed before with larger groups (that also comes with a price tag too) but it is a neat, well-kept, very well located, super clean with everything to the exact point that we needed and the price was super fair. The host was super responsive. Super recommended!

This was a lovely home had everything we needed. Robert was very informative before our stay so that we would be able to check in with ease after our long trip from Texas. Love the amenities my mother in law had a blast riding the bikes and my son had a blast in the pool. We spent most our time in the wonderful kitchen and Carolina room hanging out both well appointed and relaxing. We will keep it on our list of options in Hilton Head for the future. We also had reservations at Alexander’s so were very pleased it was on the property.

I picked this place because I insisted on a pool! But what ended up being my favorite feature was the house layout. Each bedroom was private and quiet because they were well spaced apart from one another. Robert was a great host and was quite accommodating when we had a flight change. So thankful for that.

This is a wonderful property where the owners have thought of all the little things that improve your stay from great to wonderful. The home is clean, inviting and exactly as described. The hosts are proactive and clearly care about their guests. Plentiful towels, a blower to help with leaves on the hardscaping and comfortable robes add to the personal touch. I loved staying at Roberts beautiful home. The pictures are completely accurate. He did a fabulous job at responding from start to finish. It was a huge bonus to not only have the six bikes included with our rental, but also the carrier pull behind to get to the beach. It can be difficult to get your family and beach supplies all there and this was a huge help. It was also wonderful that there were lots of beach towels there as well. I have read the listing for other homes in the past that there would be plenty of towels and beach gear, and when I got there, there was not so please be assured you do not need to bring any of those things as they REALLY are there 😎😎😎😎
The kitchen is well stocked and very organized. We had everything we needed, and there were also a few spices and extra supplies there, which was greatly appreciated.
Lastly, if you’re looking for games. This home had several to choose from which we enjoyed very much.

This house is so comfortable!! You feel right at home!!! Quite peaceful an d a short walk or bike ride to the beach!! The beach is above so many others! Flat with about 200 yards of sand to ride your bike one or play in the tide pools… Also saw lots of sea life- starfish, stingray, jellyfish and crabs!

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at Magnolia & Maple - located on Hilton Head Island. The house very nice, and it was a very private place to stay. The host, Robert, made sure that he was available when we had any questions. The pool was definitely worth getting heated - although the less-that-great rain that rolled through while we were there - seemed to cool it right back down. And yes - the leaves thought they wanted to enjoy the pool more than we did, but the trusty skimmer and I convinced them otherwise. The kitchen was very, very nicely appointed. We did not lack for the basics - which enabled me to have my favorite while we were there: crab legs! Also, the grill was very enjoyable for the next evening when it was steak! (Are you getting hungry yet??) We took our kayaks on this trip and Robert and Linda were very accommodating to help us with our kayaks while we were there. We highly recommend Magnolia & Maple if you are considering a getaway to Hilton Head Island.

Traveled to Hilton Head/Bluffton for a wedding. The house was awesome, everything we hoped for. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful place. Would definitely stay there again. Robert communicated everything we needed to know before our arrival.
House is very spacious, plenty of room for everyone in our family to spread out and relax while we were there. Bikes were available for our use, my son road to the beach every morning we were there. We brought beach toys for the grandkids but they had some at the house we could have used, which will be great for our stay there next time.

Magnolia & Maple is a beautiful and very private place to stay! Robert, the host, was always available when we had a few small questions. The pool was definitely worth getting heated! Enjoyed many late night swims. We celebrated our family Christmas at the house and we were able to cook a full meal without having to bring or buy pots/pans/dishes or utensils everything was very well stocked. Also, extremely clean and cozy!
This home was most definitely a “home away from home” for our entire stay.

We can't say enough positive things about staying at this house. Bob was very easy to communicate with before & during our stay. The house had plenty of space, clean & had many ammenities. We were able to cook our Thanks giving meal & much of what we needed for cooking was provided. Bob sent information before our stay for tips and recommendations for things to do & restaurants in the area. The beach was close and had easy access. The neighborhood was quiet & beautiful to walk around. When there were some instances of issues that couldnt have been prevented Bob communicated quickly with us & the local house manager & Bob arranged to have them fixed. We are hoping to return again to stay here in the future.

The house offered bicycles and lots of pool toys for the kids and beach which you dont get staying at the hotels. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lets not forget all the board games that were available for us! Which saved us on some rainy days that we had during our stay. Easy checkin/out

Wonderful home in a great location. This was our second stay in Palmetto Dunes and we’d never stay anywhere else. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth it- our kids had a blast even though the weather was chilly! We loved riding to the beach everyday and stopped for lunch at the Dunes House more than a few times! The playground at Shelter Cove across the street is awesome too. Hilton Head is magical. The photos don’t do this home justice! The house was immaculate and well set up for a long term rental (we were there for a month). Everything was clearly marked and there were instructions on how everything worked. The owner was a pleasure to work with and answered every question within a few minutes. We had a great month as the location is close to the beach, restaurants and tennis and golf.

What a wonderful place to stay our family had a great time! The house was just as advertised, it was clean and well presented. We especially appreciated the outlet covers as we have an infant, it's a thing we don't see in rentals very often. We had the pool heated so we could use it in February, would recommend it in colder months for sure. The location was safe within a gated community and is well kept. There are bike/walking paths to the beach or a short drive to a fairly private access.

This home provided more than we could’ve even expected. From the attention to small details you will notice that the home is designed for comfort and style! All we could say is “Wow!” Words couldn’t describe the level of relaxing we endured with our stay. The host is beyond kind and responds so quickly! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We will be booking the same home next year!

We had an AWESOME time. Pics don’t do this house Justice, so much prettier and nicer in person!!!
We had so much fun, renting electric bikes, swimming in the pool & going to the ocean!!! They have everything you need there also, beach towels, beach chairs, etc! We give it a 10/10!

Robert’s home is spacious, clean and has all the things you need for a great vacation. The pool was amazing and well worth the cost to heat for the week. The weather was rather cold while we were there but the pool was warm enough to keep the kids entertained. There were plenty of card and board games to keep us busy during our downtime.
The house is an easy bike ride or drive to the beach, and close to all the fun things to do on the island. We ate most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed to cook.
Robert was very easy to communicate with and his property manager even stopped by before the thanksgiving holiday to make sure we were happy. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to return again next year!

The location of the home is great, secluded with only a short bike ride away from the beach, local restaurants, and shops. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and cozy. We relaxed in the pool in the evenings so having heat is very important. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space for 4 adults and two kids. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well. Family/living room was spacious and large TV was great! Because we had little ones, we asked for the pool heat, which was great for everyone. Grill worked great and had enough gas. Beds were very comfy. Nice neighborhood for biking. Can bike to the beach if you want. An easy drive to the beach in the car. The only complaint, which is no fault of the owners, is that you have to pay $25 for each vehicle, to access and park in the driveway of the house you’re staying at. Resort community money making scheme. It’s really dumb. I can understand paying if you had to park on the street (which is not allowed anyway). But really? To park in the driveway? The fees really start to add up, especially if you’re using Airbnb on top of that…

Magnolia & Maple was a lovely home for our group! Half of our group stayed there and the other half stayed at the Disney resort. We all ended up spending our evenings at Robert’s place, since it had such nice space for playing games, watching baseball, and just hanging out after the little ones were asleep.
Robert was very responsive, the home had everything we needed, the rooms were large, The bedding was comfortable, it was very clean and very welcoming! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to congregate with our children and grandchildren!
We would definitely recommend Magnolia & Maple!!

Place was great. I stayed with 7 girls for a bachelorette party. Everyone slept comfortably. The pool out back was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even had a few bikes in the garage that we used! Very nice experience. The beach was a 17 min walk or 6 min bike ride.

They stay was great. Beach was close and a nice walk. If you don't want to have to drive this is a great location. Cutting across the golf course by foot is alot faster than driving to all the shops. Very quiet and relaxing. For me I thought the house was a little larger than the pictures showed so that was a nice surprise. Would come back nect year.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia and Maple! Bob and Linda were very responsive and helpful leading up to, and throughout our vacation. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner and provided very clear check-in and check-out information.
The home is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures accurately depict the space. It is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming feel. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our family loved the pool and were thankful we paid the extra to have the pool heated.
I really have nothing negative to say about our experience. We loved everything about it and look forward to staying again!!

Great location, perfect size for a smaller family. Communication was timely, and aside from the HVAC company and the pool maintenance company arriving at the same time and unexpectedly displacing us for a few hours one day, all was well. Everything was as advertised. Definitely recommend paying for pool heat.

The house was everything as advertised, did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, any questions were answered in a timely manner. The house is conveniently located by a short walk or bike ride and if you decide to drive everything is within distance.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by lilies and a birthday card, which really placed Magnolia & Maple the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in thus far! It was a nice touch and much appreciated!
I don’t really have anything negative to say about the place. Everything was wonderful and relaxing. My nieces and nephew thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool! They did not want to leave even after we extended the stay, which we are grateful for Robert being accommodating to us!
Magnolia & Maple will come highly recommended by me and my family.

Robert was a great host. The house was spotless and everything that you could need for a beach vacation was there. No detail was left out! We made a last minute decision to heat the pool for the week and glad that we did. The temperature was in mid to upper 70s and the heated water was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach each day.... about a 15 minute easy walk. The house backs up to the golf course and the backyard was a gorgeous background for our family photos. You can also head straight through the backyard and across the course for a quick walk to Kroger and Whole Foods... that was incredibly convenient. This house is fantastic and ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommended!

Robert was a wonderful host. He was quick to answer any questions we might have, and was always so friendly with us. We did not have any interaction with the cohost.
The home itself was lovely. We did have a few issues that Robert quickly addressed, but nothing that would have hindered our trip. We also agree with the first review - there is an odd scent when you enter the home. Its not anything you can't get over, and it reminded us of going to a grandparents home - musty maybe? You quickly get used to it and its never a bother. We LOVED the sunroom. It was the hidden gem for us. I wish the listing photo showed you all the view with the large trees you can see. We spent much of our time in the mornings in that space together as a family. The pool was a bit too cold for us, but we did enjoy the quick swim we had one day. It would be great in the summer! We were concerned about hearing road noise from the home given it's proximity to the main road, but we didn't hear anything inside, or by the pool. There weren't pool floats provided so I'm glad we brought our own. (We even left them for future guests to enjoy!) To get to the beach access it was a .5 mile walk, and we did this almost every day. Half the walk is on the neighborhood streets and the other on the sidewalks. It was a really nice walk!
Overall we had a great time and we would gladly come back again.
