Code was not on site at check in time and when I emailed them they got back to me with code within minutes. Home was exactly as site, spacious and comfortable like we were home. We loved it so munch we book for next year.

The home was spacious four bedrooms and baths everyone had their own rooms. Two living rooms with Tv so girls watch ther e shows will men were watching sports. Back screen in porch was fabulous to eat breakfast and relax during day. Backyard with pool was nice place to stay and take sun and watch golfers. In all place was excellent to relax and host were easy to communicate with. Will be back next year same time since we booked already. Thanks for a wonderful place for our relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our week-long stay in Sea Pines at 4 Red Maple - the house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were all spacious - we were able to use the extra room off one of the larger bedrooms for our toddler, which was nice as we usually have to share space. Having the ability to adjust thermostats in bedrooms to each guest was a nice addition - only issue in bedrooms was the mattresses were quite firm! Overall would certainly stay here again as the space, cleanliness, pool with a nice view and quiet neighborhood near the bike trails, horse stables and sea pines preserve was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent stay in a beautiful home. Pool was perfect, house was huge- each room has a bathroom plus there is an additional 1/2 bath. Plenty of of space for everyone to take a nice break from each other- we (4 teens and 4 adults) all absolutely loved it and would love to visit again- thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We searched hard to find the right house to fit our family group and this house exceeded expectations. It was more spacious than the pictures show. All of the bedrooms are large. The pool and spa were lovely. We had a few minor issues that were resolved pretty immediately by the management team. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

We had such an amazing time! The house was just perfect for our family vacation! The screened in porch was so cozy to build puzzles and play games in! We LOVED the pool area with its gorgeous view of the golf course. We rented bikes and drove to so many fun places on the gorgeous bike paths! We biked to the beach, to great restaurants, to play grounds with the grandkids, to South Beach, to Harbor Town. We never had a dull moment! We even played 2 rounds of golf and our son-in-law played in a little tennis tournament. The list of fun things to do is endless! We made many delicious dinners at the house. The outdoor grill is great!!! Would definitely come again! Thank you!!

Overall we enjoyed the property. The screened in porch overlooking the pool was fantastic. The house was properly stocked with kitchen items and the house offered plenty of space. The location is close to the overflow beach parking lot which has a trolley running every 30 minutes (or you can bike).
The only flaw we found was the mattresses were EXTREMELY firm but the master bedroom mattress seemed worn.
We would certainly stay here again.

4 Red Maple is great House and location for a family vacation. Just a relaxing home where all can find a spot to do their thing. Play cards , swim, nap, read a book, work a puzzle. Lots of room in the 4 bedrooms and each has its own bath, No waiting , no issues. AC worked well w separate temperatures available in most bedrooms. Pool was very nice and a real hit w kids and adults alike. Outdoor kitchen area was perfect for easy bbq. The screened in porch was a favorite location to gather for morning coffee and in the evening to play cards and board games. Quiet location on beautiful Atlantic Pines Golf course. Easy walk for most to the beach via the sea pines walking trails. Perfect beach and nice food , changing facilities at the Beach Club. Will stay again, all enjoyed. Thx.

We had a great time with us, our son and fiancé, and four other friends. The house is in a great location on a great street that is close to both the harbor and the ocean. We biked most days and the guys golfed 3 days. Also spent a lot of the time in the pool. Enjoyed the outdoor kitchen for three of the meals...It was a great setup. This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious, which meant we could tuck all our items away and feel like we were really "at home" for the week. We put all the space to good use - the two living rooms, the kitchen table (which doubled as our game table), the spacious bedrooms, etc. The outdoor pool was a great amenity and got a lot of use from all of us. The location of the home is convenient to all the island has to offer. We loved everything about this home!!

We had a wonderful week staying at this home! We had two families sharing the home. When we first heard there was construction going on next door, we were concerned that it would effect our vacation, but it really didn’t bother us. Any issues we did encounter were remedied quickly. Pool was perfect, although hot tub never really got warm despite us paying $250 to heat it for five days. House is absolutely gorgeous! Many beautiful details. Would help to have a larger fridge for two families. Excellent amenities! Had a wonderful time! Many great memories!

We stayed here with my parents who are in their 70’s, my brother who is in his mid 40’s and my three kids-17, 14, 11. We have been coming to Hilton Head since the early 80’s and rent every year. This was the best rental we have ever had. From the rental agency to the accommodation, everything was top notch and seamless. The house was extremely roomy, well-equipped and well laid out. The pool and back screened-in porch were absolutely fabulous. My parents enjoyed reading in the porch, my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and I loved all of the above plus the landscaping/view of the 17th hole. I would rent this house every time given the opportunity!

This property is beautifully furnished with large rooms. Our only issue was the size of the kitchen. As we (4 of us) are all “wannabe” chefs, there was not enough room. The laundry room was bigger than the kitchen. When it is warmer, the outside cooking area will be fantastic. We were able to use the screened porch on a few days and enjoyed listening to the the waterfall from the spa. It was also fun to watch the golfers. The selection of books and games is great...too much to read and so little time. Our week at Pine Paradise was a perfect mental health cure during this never ending pandemic. Great location, wonderful layout for large families - plenty of room for gathering together and enough areas to separate! Loved the cozy fireplaces, screened in porch, outdoor kitchen, and spa/pool! Near perfect location (can rent bikes and bike everywhere), but only downside/disappointment was the construction site on lot next door (there was a crew using chainsaws and crane to clear lot with dump trucks in and out)!! Spa/pool heat is pricey, but worked well and was very worth it for our January stay. If going in fall/winter I’d check forecast and add pool heat if questionable! Huge laundry area was a plus too, but for the number of people the house can accommodate would recommend an extra refrigerator for the garage. We would definitely rent this property again and strongly recommend it.

The property was wonderful. Pool and view beautiful. Everything was extremely clean. The biggest inconvenience was the check-in. Complete information was not provided. Address of management office was not provided and instructions to obtain guest pass for the gate. The missing information was e-mailed once able to contact the management and wait for approximately an hour for a response. Despite that situation I would rent again from Five Star Properties. The families ages ranged from 5 years old to 68 years young. Something for everyone to enjoy.

There were a few wrinkles with AC and the gas was turned off to the grill but staff were super fast at response time. The dishwasher went out after 4 days and couldn’t be fixed. Other than that we LOVED The house and the pool. Great experience!!

We take a friends and family trip every year. This was the first time we stayed in Hilton Head for our trip. We love this place! The pool, outdoor grill area and screened in porch were spectacular! Had problems getting into the house due to lack of communication with door code. Only two complaints I can't believe it is $75 a day to heat the hot tub. Do people only buy super firm mattresses if their renting? I have yet in my 20 years found a comfortable bed or pillows in a rental. Otherwise was pretty well set up. Nice and clean, well maintained.
