This is the third year we have stayed at 405 Windsor Place. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view. It is the perfect place to call home while we rest and relax on vacation.

Exceptional condo with all the comforts of home...PLUS the ocean is so close! Love HHI! Host2 Coast was so easy to work with. Condo was clean, convenient, equipped with everything you need. Having two full bathrooms was very nice. Bed slept great and view from balcony was beautiful. Definitely rent this condo again.

Ideal location! Palmetto Dunes is our favorite area to stay at on the island; this condo was situated perfectly: oceanfront and convenient to everything while still feeling tucked away. The condo was clean, and we loved the updated coastal decor. The gift bag was such a lovely touch, and we loved that beach towels were included, as 4 beach towels would have been quite a bit extra to pack when you’re flying.

Great stay!! We have been visiting the island for 16 years. Usually, stay in one of the Windsor buildings. This unit was perfect!! Stylish decorating, kitchen was provided with everything you need. Plus, lots of towels. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the unit, the unit was clean and all functioned very well. we enjoyed our view of the ocean front and our daily walks; the only minor thing was that the advertised soap bars were missing. Jane and I would consider re-visiting.

We have stayed at Windsor Place before, but this was the first time in this unit. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Ocean views are great from this unit and you can see the pool area too but you don’t hear noise from the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very pleasant stay at this clean, well equipped unit in Palmetto Dunes. It is as described on the website. The sunrises were absolutely amazing from the condo and we enjoyed being "on the beach". We love Hilton Head and have been visiting for years. This unit is located in one of the best beach areas on the island. The one bedroom unit was a great size for the two of us. We did have a few issues while staying, however, the management team was very responsive and quick to address every issue. We will definitely stay again!

The view was even better than we had expected. 4th floor and nice view of the pool and the ocean. The balcony area was wonderful - covered and with comfortable outdoor furniture. Great!!! The condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. The patio furniture was extremely comfortable and we spent most of our time outside. IMO the Palmetto Dunes is by far the best location on the island and the grounds are immaculate. We loved our stay and will be back.

Had a great week at #405. It was perfect for my needs. My only issue was that neither shower worked, but I was ok with just using the jetted tub all week. I notified the office who contacted maintenance to fix after my departure (I was fine with that). The view is spectacular, and all amenities were excellent. Will definitely come again!

We loved the location of this unit and the views were spectacular! Everything is as pictured on the listing. The appliances are all brand new with a nice size washer and dryer. Our only complaint and a possible opportunity to update would be the bathrooms. The shower stall is extremely small and the magnetic door doesn’t latch properly so water can leak out if you aren’t careful. The toilets also are slow to flush with not a lot of water pressure. Overall small things in the grand scheme but worth noting especially the shower door because that could cause a problem with leaking if not addressed. We loved our stay here and plan to return next year!

My husband and I rented this place for the week to celebrate our one year anniversary in May. It was a great week away and so very relaxing. We loved the deck and view of the pool/beach from it, and especially loved having two bathrooms. The location is great in Palmetto Dunes which is a nice neighborhood but also only a couple mile bike ride to get to Coligney beach where a lot of the restaurants and stores are. We enjoyed our week in HH so much and definitely want to come back and would consider staying here again!

Great experience from beginning to end. Communication with property manager was professional and timely. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful views of the ocean, pools and property. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Ate a lot of great food at nearby restaurants like Redfish and Ombra. The elevator wasn’t working the day we arrived but it was fixed that evening. Not even that took away from our visit. Hilton Head Island is a special place.

This is an amazing location with everything you need for an awesome beach getaway. There is a private beach which is so close to walk to, and a great pool and hot tub in between. Everything was provided including beach towels, drink holders, etc. Host2Coast also provided great resources through their app to have the kitchen fully stocked when we arrived and also contact for bike and beach rentals. Would definitely come back to stay with host2coast.

The condo was, as advertised, a great view, private, clean, equipped, and comfortable. It appears that it could use a bit of work, however. The sliding door frames were fragile and almost falling apart; the small bathroom&#x2019;s shower faucet was indecipherable as to hot/cold; the washer/dryer looks to be 40 years old; the freezer only 1/2 opens because of the way it&#x2019;s crammed into a corner; the couches&#x2019; slip covers could use a good bleaching. In general, a lovely place but it&#x2019;s showing its wear.

What a gem. We stayed in late November and could not have had a better experience. Even that late in the year we found ourselves sitting outside on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee and the view of the ocean. The beach is literally a five minute walk away, and leave the windows open and you can be calmed, as we were, by the sound of the waves at night.The kitchen was large enough for us to comfortably cook many nights of our two-week stay and the bed was very comfortable. Mark and Susan were very responsive the few times we needed help, and gave us some great local advice—including the location of some of the freshest fish we’ve ever bought (the stand right next to the one Holiday Inn Express on HHI, if you’re interested). And the cookies in the little welcome bag were a nice touch. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this place.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated and felt luxurious... The view from the balcony is great, with both beautiful trees as well as a view of the beach. The bed is very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was very convenient as well! I had to work during the first couple of days of our trip and I will point out that there is a nice desk as well as high quality internet connectivity here! We rented bikes, and biked a lot during this visit, and we were pleasantly surprised how much we could easily bike to from this location. The island is flat, so a couple miles is a breeze! Lots of restaurants, breakfast spots, shopping, a Whole Foods location... The only note I have is that the listing did not include a LOT of the amenities that this property has, and we had to ask Mark, who was very responsive! All in all, highly recommended!

We stayed at Palmetto Dunes the 3rd week in June 2020 during COVID 19. Everyone at the facility was careful and respectful of personal space. We felt very safe and this was such a welcome getaway. We had absolutely the perfect stay. The condo was very clean, spacious beautiful. It was also very quiet and we did not hear any neighbors while we were there. We did hear the frogs at night! We were able to unload our car easily from the basement garage, where there was ample parking and luggage carts. Nice to park our of the sun, as well. It was also super easy to store our beach chairs in the car every day, instead of having to take them back and forth to our room. Our condo was steps from the pool and ocean. I could not imagine a better location. We enjoyed many meals on our beautiful balcony overlooking the lush landscaping, pool, and ocean. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating. There are even two gas grills available. The beach is a very easy walk on a short wooden walkway. The beach is very wide and spacious. There is a company that will provide beach chairs and an umbrella for about $160/week. The beach was very clean and not crowded. The ocean water was perfect every day and the surf was very gentle. The condo has a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed. There is also a washer and dryer unit in the room. I was ready to move in and never leave! The location is great and the weather for the week was perfect. Wasn't too crowded at this point. The property was familiar to us. I do think some things (appliances in particular) need to be updated and some of the furnishings are a little big for the space. Was very clean on arrival.

Great accommodations! We'll rent again without hesitation if available next year. The place is clean and true to online photos. Pool and beach are a short walk. Plenty of space on the beach.

We have come to HH past 20 to 25 years!!! We absolutely love it!! Celebrating our 70th birthdays!! This condo was one of the best—actually the best of all the 1 BR we've had! It was great—host 2 coast was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend! Hope to rent this same condo next year!! Thank u for a great time!!!

We have stayed at Windsor Place before, but this was the first time in this unit. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Ocean views are great from this unit and you can see the pool area too but you don't hear noise from the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.
