The villa was exactly as pictured. We love staying in Sea Pines and the location of the villa within SP is perfect. We could easily bike to the light house, out to the Salty Dog and the beach. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom! I love having a kitchen as we eat most of our meals at “home” and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the living and dining room in the mornings before we went out on our daily adventures. If available we would book this property again.

Hi, I just wanted to provide some feedback on the property we stayed at. Overall, we had a great experience, we didn't have any specific problems with the unit that we stayed in. With that being said, I think there are definitely areas for improvement. When first walking into the unit, it immediately smells like a pet. I know this unit is animal friendly and I appreciate that because we were able to bring our dog, but the smell was overwhelming and I think a simple air freshener could do the trick. Next, I think some more attention to detail could be placed in cleaning the unit. Every corner that I looked had spiderwebs in it and harder to reach areas like under the coffee table look like they had not been vacuumed at all and various walls had brown and yellow spots on them that seemed to be dirty and not just normal wear and tear. Again, the unit was great overall but does have some areas for improvement.

The villa was exactly as shown in the photos and even more spacious than we expected. The location is excellent and so convenient. LOVE that it is pet friendly so our dog could join us as well! The kitchen is a little sparse when it comes to cookware so if you plan to cook a lot of meals, maybe consider bringing some of your favorite items from home. That being said, there were still plenty of items included to do basic cooking and lots of counter space with newer appliances. There are so many amazing restaurants within a short walk or bike ride that we hardly even used the kitchen during our stay. The oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk and Coast restaurant and beach bar are a must visit. There is parking available if you need it, but the lot fills up quickly so plan ahead! Relax Rentals was great to work with and so responsive to all my questions. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay in this villa again!

The layout of this condo was perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids. We were also really appreciative of the trolley stop in the parking lot, it made our beach trips and exploring the resort very convenient! The reason I am not rating a 5 is because the property needs some maintenance and upgrades. We also encountered bugs inside during our stay, which I understand can happen, but the 2 large cockroaches in the last 24 hours were too much!

Location was wonderful and convenient to the beach. It was super helpful to have VayKGear have bikes available for us with associated rental credit that we also used towards rental for beach chairs. Rental manager was timely in responding to questions. Property was very clean and perfect size for myself, husband, two kids, and my mother-in-law with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds each with their own bathrooms. Great stay and wonderful, relaxing vacation. Hope to be back soon!

We loved the size and layout of the villa. we were somewhat concerned about the proximity to the beach but that ended up not being a problem. overall we enjoyed our time at 503 plantation and could see staying there again.

We brought 4 teenage girls + our dog in early August. The size was perfect for the 6 of us and the location could not be beat. We rented bikes and biked pretty much everywhere in Sea Pines, including the Beach Club, which was about a 5-minute bike ride. (The Beach Club Nazis wouldn't let us park there so we basically HAD to walk or bike). Relax Rentals was very communicative from the start, and even answered questions on the weekend. I just have a few suggestions for the rental's owners which would make the stay a bit nicer. The unit could use some refreshing including paint. The master shower door is broken (has no handle) so the knub left there was the perfect height for scratching my arm when getting in and out. Lastly, some late afternoons/evenings it was very hot upstairs. I know August is the time of year when it's hard to keep homes cool, but I think they need to get that checked out. If it were not for the additional fan found in the master closet, I don't think I could have slept in that room. All in all, it was a great trip and the girls were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful time with our family and fur baby. Plenty of space for us all. Location was great and just a short drive or 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The kitchen and home were both stocked very well with plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of extra towels and linens . We even found some beach chairs and umbrellas to take down to the beach with us. The only negative that I can think of would be a slight bug problem but I guess it comes with the territory and nature of being at the beach. I would bring my family back for another week though!

Great place just a half mile from Sea Pines Beach Club. Backs up to the golf course. Comfy beds. Quiet. Management made check in and check out very easy and was highly communicative throughout.
