We had a great experience with this place and the rental company. Erica was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The location was wonderful. We could walk to beach and everywhere in Coligny Plaza in minutes. We could see the ocean from our porch. The bike trails are literally outside the front door. The pool and hot tube were great and just steps away from our unit.

The place was super nice and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Also located right next to an awesome plaza with great shops and restaurants. The place was so clean and the view was stunning. Only issue we had was that the hot tub didn't heat up the first night, but we voiced our issue and it was solved by the next night! I would definitely come stay here again.

We (2 60ish couples) stayed here for 4 nights in mid-October. Fantastic location! The condo is a 3-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza, with its shops & grocery store. Parking is underneath the building and the elevator made loading and unloading from the 5th floor easy. Bike racks are available in the parking area as well. The condo itself looks just like the listing pictures and had everything it advertised. The appliances all worked well and the kitchen is fairly well-stocked (although it could use another set of silverware). All the beds were hard, but for 4 nights we managed. One drawback in both bedrooms is the lack of curtains or room-darkening shades. The white blinds were okay for privacy but let in a ton of light, especially in the twin room facing the entryway. Security lights were on all night and it was bright as day in the room! Otherwise, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the island!

Location was excellent! Nice ocean view from our balcony. Very Spacious. Master bedroom - bed frame needs readjusting. Mattress does not fit the frame ( wobbly) bed frame needs to be more secure as it’s just held together with boards underneath. TV Cable was hard to figure out. The stereo was amazing. Patio deck was lovely to sit at. Maybe new cushions for the wicker furniture. We tried new batteries for the clock on the wall but it still didn’t work. Instead of picking up parking pass and pool passes it would be nice to have that on the counter upon arrival. Overall, with a few improvements to this place that we just suggested it would make this place outstanding. Shortbread cookies as a welcome gift was very touching and delicious

We loved our recent vacation at North Shore place. The location is great (Just across the street) walking distance to grocery, coffee, shopping, restaurants and the beach. We were disappointed there wasn’t a grill on the property for use. The kitchen was well stocked with nice utensils/ pans etc. The neighbors were super nice. The pool was very close and nice as well. The elevator was cleaned daily. The code we were given for the Sea Crest beach pool did not work but the staff at the gates were friendly and after verifying our information got us the correct code.

This was the perfect property for my family of 4's first trip to HHI. Situated right next door to a grocery store, a number of nice restaurants, shopping, and a great ice cream shop. Not to mention the beach access across the street! We barely touched our car the whole week. The condo's kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. They even had plastic containers for left overs. We used the covered balcony regularly along with the shared pool on the fourth floor. The only complaint we had was that the times listed on the pool weren't followed and our kids struggled to fall asleep in the second room closest to the pool due to some loud teenagers each night. They got used to it halfway through the week though. When we arrived we noticed the main light in the kids bathroom was out. We called the number provided and the response was great. The lady that answered was very nice and she sent someone over to replace the bulb within an hour or so. I would highly recommend renting this place.

We enjoyed our stay at 507 North Shore Place. The balcony view was private with peeks of the ocean above the treetops. Seating was ample and comfortable throughout the property, and access to the pools and ocean was very easy! Location is fantastic, with all Coligny shops and restaurants within a stone’s throw from the parking lot. We felt safe with the keypad access to parking, elevator and condo. Our main complaint is the master bed - felt very rickety. Outdoor furniture could be updated but was sufficient.

The location of the condo was great. The inside needs a lot of updating. The dining room table had very uncomfortable chairs. The couch in the living room was low and warm out. The mattresses were old too.

Overall a very pleasant stay, however the issues with the old mattresses and the living room furniture remain unchanged. Also area rugs and carpets need cleaning including the patio furniture. We would definitely come back if these issues were resolved.

We have been going to the Hilton Head island for 30 years and North Forest Beech is our favorite location. We have stayed at 3 North Shore Place building several times, but apartment 507 is the best: top floor, great ocean view from the balcony! We will definitely come again. Thanks!

The location was great. One hiccup was that the checking information was communicated by e-mail a week before we arrived, which was lost in the flood if e-mail i get, but the property service was very responsive when I called. Two other minor items: 1. the light in the shower flashed like a strobe light, which was better just left off 2. the lights in the bathroom are wired such that the vanity area (adjacent the the master bathroom) was on the same circuit as the water closet. So, if you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the master bedroom was fully lit. (I guess if the shower light had wored, one could have used that as a nightlight . . . .)

North Shore Place is perfectly located. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The kids loved the pool! Sunrises from the balcony are a great way to start your day. Would 100% recommend and we are definitely looking for to staying here again!!

Top floor, so you can see the ocean and sunrises b/c over trees. On quiet side of building (vs Cologny side) Pool and sauna on floor below, so easy access. Beach a block away. Cologne and all that comes with it across the street. One downside—the ice cream shop is a little too close and easy to get to… condo well kept.

We love HHI and have stayed in the North Forest Beach area for 15 years with our extended family. Our group now consists of teens, and young adults through grandparents (ages 13-68 years). Four people stayed comfortably in this quiet condo. The positives: -The location is perfect! Close to the beach and so convenient to Coligny shops and restaurants. -The cleaning crew finished early so we were given early access. What a treat! -Loved the nice big balcony for evening chats with the family! Very comfortable for 6-7 people at one time. -We made good use of the community pool daily. Most other families were reasonably quiet. A few areas for improvement: -The beds have box springs that need replaced! Very noisy and uncomfortable when a partner rolls over. -The information about the arrival process was sparse. In fact, I had to reach out to inquire about details such as access codes, gates, etc . We had to pick up the parking passes and wristbands for access to neighboring pool at the office—rather than having it in the condo upon arrival. We requested two passes but were only given one. Therefore, we had to return to the office later in the afternoon. Inconvenient way yo begin vacation! -Kitchen appliances were basic. Refrigerator was wobbly. Kitchen supplies for cooking were fewer than our typical experience. -Standard bathroom and shower All in all, we love HHI and will return next year. I will likely search for a different condo with a few upgrades.

This is a beautiful condo, great location and came well stocked for our trip. It is very secured as there are codes for all access points so very safe. The reason it is four and not five are a few items that had I known I would’ve gone with my other choice for this specific trip. The pool was unusable and we got the wrong code to the other pool as well. When I asked the PM about it, we never got a full answer. I didn’t know the third balcony and pool view was actually the outside of the unit but maybe I missed that in the description. Also, the beds and couch were uncomfortable, imo. Having said that, it was a fantastic location and so well stocked we didn’t need to go to the store for household goods and were grateful for that. I do think the couches need replacing but if you like a hard bed you’d like them so that might just be a personal preference. We would stay again.

Easy to book. Parking on site. Gated access. Close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Next time I am not renting or taking a car! 1 block from a beautiful beach. Privacy is great. Away from public beach ares. Access to Jim's Beach bar is a plus. Kitchen well set up. I will go again sometime.

Great location, had everything we needed. Could have been much cleaner. We had to do a little extra cleaning when we arrived. Bed sheets left on the sofa bed still had sand in them, blankets in closet had. It been washed from previous visitors and refrigerator was not wiped out. Overall, it was a great place to stay and in a perfect locations.

The location is great! Ease of check in at the building with carts to bring your things up. Loved the access to the pool and beach across the street. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Apartment was clean and well decorated. The only slight downside was the beds were extremely hard and rickety.

From the check in process until the very end, everything was great with many little things that helped make our stay better. We were an easy elevator ride and short walk to the beach and we loved the balcony porch with great views. The pool at the condo was good, but we enjoyed having access to use the pool by the beach. The rooms were very nice and spacious. All of our needs were met and the starter pack for the dishwasher and washing machine lasted the whole week with our 2 kids. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved staying at this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a crockpot, beach toys, and beach chairs to name a few. We loved the location as well. Quick walk to the Children's museum, park, beach, baby pool at SeaCrest and of course the beach. We will be staying here again!
