531 Shorewood

This is our third time staying at this particular condo and we love it. Perfect location, close and walkable to many local restaurants and shops. Access to the beach is easy, and the pool at the condo is great. We would concur with many of the positive comments in other reviews and we will stay here again. I would call out two opportunities. One is the pool should be heated in September and October. It was the first day of our stay and then went cold. We and others were told they don’t heat the pool in the fall, but we were pleasantly surprised when the heat was back on our last few days. Point is they should just leave it on. We had 5 days of cold pool water. Secondly, the condo is fully equipped with 4 great beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, but that was not noted on the amenities listing. I hauled down our personal beach equipment and didn’t need to. I also concur on the dishwasher/cabinet issue. But I would recommend this unit to anyone and we’ll be back!

We love HHI, Coligny and shorewood has become our favorite home away from home. This year we decided to rent 531 and it was AMAZING! The beds were all so very clean and comfortable with great bedding and linens. The extra method soaps, plant based detergents for washing and dishwashing as well as coffee filter, very lush beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs (2 are broken and need to be replaced), salt pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, beach umbrella, games, puzzles, coffee pot and filters, blender, crockpot etc.... were all so wonderful to have. The decor and all of the lamps were so welcoming and made us feel at home. We are grateful for the love and care put into this amazing condo. The dishwasher is very close to a cabinet and scrapes every single time. It needs to be redesigned and one cabinet face fell off. You will see the updates and love them. Oh, the view, the view, the view. It is perfect for those who like to sit out and perfect for the grandparents that want to take everything, but stay close to home. Have so much fun. We will be back.

Thank you!<br/>Our comments: - The furniture, decorations, and the layout of the complex and the unit were nice, parking and elevator and stairs were accessible and clean. <br/>A few suggestions: - Maybe clean the floor and around and under the furniture and the bathroom a bit better. We found fair amount of hair balls and long black hair on the floor. - The dishwasher was not connected to the cabinet. For safety reason it needs to probably be fixed.

Perfect location. Convenient walk to Coligny shopping Center. Many great shops and restaurants. Grocery store close by. We rented bikes and had an easy ride on the beach to Habour Town and rode the bike trails back to condo. Condo was perfect, comfy beds and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the beach from the deck, beautiful pool & hot tub, highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Rental is in an amazing location! Would highly recommend. However, unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Having to pay over $100 cleaning fee for a dusty unit is very disappointing. Love how unit is decorated and the view was wonderful. The included beach chairs were very high quality. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a facelift. Perhaps include a handheld vacuum to quickly clean up sand throughout one&#x2019;s stay in the unit. We plan to return next year, but hoping for a more thorough cleaning.

We loved our stay at Shorewood! The villa was beautiful, clean and had some nice touches when we arrived such as a welcome bag, some dishwasher soap, laundry pods, a reusable tote and koozies, as well as some beach towels to use during our stay. The bedding was modern and all felt very clean. The view was beautiful and the property was, as always- amazing! Easy walks to some of our favorites- The Sandbar, Frosty Frogs, Southern Coney (get the pancakes!!) and Frozen Moo, to name a few! All 4 of us were very impressed with the property. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and well equiped. Bathrooms were n ice. Beach and bathroom towels just as advertised. Everything about our vacation at 531 was perfect and easy. The communication prior to our arrival was early and included everything we needed to know to check in and get going on our vacation. The unit is inviting and comfortable and there was no noise from other units. All the items we needed for our stay were there and there were many activities within walking and biking distance. Overall a nice rental unit. Loved the proximity to the pool, beach and shopping and restaurants. We had an issue with our a/c but it was handled promptly. The only thing I didn&#x2019;t care for, was the living room couch and chair. The fabric I found to be itchy and not very comfortable.

This condo is in a great location with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and had everything you could think of. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. The welcome bag with water and cookies iwas a nice touch. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our two kids especially since they had their own bathroom!

This place was amazing! The decor was just the right amount of "beach vibe" without going over board. Everything was clean and perfect. Great view of the ocean from the balcony which was very important to me. Easy walk to Coligny Park. Only negative is that a lot of light comes into the bedrooms at night so if that bothers you, bring eye shades for sleeping. Will stay again!

Remodeled, clean , modern. Airy and with enough space for a family of 5, three of them teenagers. The views are fantastic. The beach is right there. And the pool and hot tub a real plus. We cooked at home or order take away but if you want to eat out there are plenty of options walking distance. And I you want to cook the kitchen is well equipped. It was very easy to do everything with Host2coast, booking, checking in and out.. the communication was very good. They are friendly and professional. The fact that the unit has beach chairs and that Host2coast provide beach towels was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at the property late August. The apartment was spotless and everything was as described in the listing. The location was perfect…beach access, great pool, very short walk to shopping and dining. The kids loved some of the extra games and pool toys that were available for guest use. Very comfortable. I've stayed at this complex before and this condo is my favorite so far! It's well decorated, clean and has an amazing view.We really enjoyed the space which was perfect for myself, partner and teenage son. The huge flat screen was a big + for the teenager!Highly recommend!!
