536 Shorewood

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it took me weeks to decide on a place but I’m so glad we ended up choosing 536 Shorewood! The condo was beautiful, clean, and updated. The view from the balcony was amazing and even better than we expected! It was so nice that our 2 year old son said “Our house is awesome!” Just for my own peace and comfort, I do wish the door had a working deadbolt but I do like that it’s a gated area so not just anyone can walk in. All in all, we loved it and we’re already talking about booking again for next year!

Everything about this condo was perfect. Very Clean, had everything we needed, Short walk to Coligny Plaza andTop floor facing the ocean. We has a small issue with our coffee maker but told them we had pods for the other coffee maker and Host2coast had a new one at the door in a few hours! Would stay in this condo again when we come back.

What a fun stay with family! Beautiful ocean view, very convenient to everything, well appointed for everything that you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Our family comes to Hilton Head at least once per year, so we will probably rent this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was immaculate & beautifully decorated with nice little gifts to welcome us! We were walking distance to Colignny Park, shopping and restaurants. The pool was wonderful & beach beautiful! We began each day with a beach walk and ended each night with a beach walk. We had a little trouble getting into our room because we weren’t given the right code but H2C quickly responded giving the correct code. We had to get a parking pass from the front gate after we arrived because it wasn’t left in the room. Other than those two issues upon arrival our stay was wonderful and H2C worked hard to make it right. We would definitely rent an air b n b from them again in the future, however I didn’t like the they wanted us to use a separate portal from air b n b to get our check in information. Luckily they didn’t force us to use the portal but it did require me calling the office on our day of arrival to get our information. Just an additional unnecessary step.

What an amazing condo right in the heart of Hilton Head! Location was great - close to the beach, and so many shops, restaurants and bars. Very central to so many places. The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Wonderful layout, nice space, very comfortable beds and furnishings, and very clean. Balcony was also very private. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! The host was very proactive and responsive. We would definitely come back and stay in this awesome condo!

Beautiful condo. The pool was big and heated. The weather was colder than we were hoping for, so the heated pool was a big plus. Access to the beach was great. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and modern.

Lovely condo and great location. Really enjoyed waking up in a comfortable bed, turning my head, and seeing a beautiful ocean view. Appreciated how close the condo is to Coligny Plaza and many good restaurants. Had a great time walking on the beach and the lovely bike / pedestrian paths along South and North Forest Beach Drives. We are returning visitors to this condo and we absolutely love it. Our kids are 2 and 4 and slept great in the guest bedroom, no fuss! Private walk out to the beach, only a quarter mile from Coligny! Mark is super easy to communicate with & very responsive. Check in is all virtual which is so nice to not have to stop anywhere prior to arrival. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious house. Can easily handle 10 plus. Lots of seating. Lots of spaces to enjoy. Pool and hot tub were nice. Kitchen smaller but lots of space to put things. Great for family gatherings and large porch was really nice. Clean. Well kept. Nice neighborhood.

I have stayed in so many places in Hilton Head and this one was by far my favorite. It has been professionally decorated --and is lovely on the inside. The deck and the views of the ocean were incredible. Location was perfect. Very close to so many restaurants -but yet had a very private beach area out front --which is key on a Holiday week. Beautiful resort type pool and hottub. Just a wonderful stay ---thanks to the owner and the management company for a WONDERFUL STAY.

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed! Most importantly, this place was CLEAN! Loved the choice of eco-friendly, non chemical soaps, cleaners, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of beach chairs, toys and games. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great and the provided laundry pods were much appreciated.The welcome gifts were a sweet unexpected gesture! The view here is breathtaking! Loved being able to look out over the pool and grounds straight to the ocean! We spent a lot of time on the balcony! We had a great time spending Thanksgiving break on the island. So glad we chose Shorewood and this unit!

We moved from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom due to elevator repairs in building of 3 bedroom unit. 2 bedroom served our needs with children sleeping on air mattresses we brought with us. What a wonderful few days we had visiting! The home is lovely, and the owners thought of everything needed to create a relaxing retreat. The community opened the pool during our stay (first Monday in March), and we enjoyed a brief visit there on our return from the beach one day. Access for the beach is so convenient, and having the pool house available was also appreciated. This is a small and lovely community allowing for rest and relaxation! This was our second stay at 536 Shorewood. The unit was clean and the amenities were great! We absolutely loved the addition of new patio furniture from last year - our whole family was able to use the balcony. Our only complaint was the washer and dryer. We were able to run two loads throughout the week that each came out smelling moldy. The washing machine broke the morning of our last day so we had to come home with tons of laundry that we didn&#x2019;t plan on.

The wife and I went to HH for the first time and we could not have picked a better place. Great location. Walking distance to “downtown” but totally quiet at night. We both sleep great, which we needed. Will recommend to free and family!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this listing & the Shorewood property. We have two small children ages 1 & 3. I loved that the condo was one level, not having to worry about stairs is nice. The kids slept great in the 2nd bedroom & the trundle was perfect for our 3yr old to sleep in. They had their own bathroom & the sink was plenty big enough to do a quick sink bath with the baby. Our washer/dryer did go out & started leaking but Host2Coast was very easy to communicate with & sent someone out right away. We even got a welcome bag with koozies, beach bag, cookies etc. Check in couldn’t be easier. Didn’t have to make an additional stop at an off site office building to pick up parking passes, etc. You could also access all of your property info off their mobile app. The pool was SO nice, zero grade entry, spa & kiddie pool. They had a private walk out to the beach - also great with young kids & nap times. It also helped avoid a lot of traffic on the way to the public beach, which is only a quarter mile walk if that to Coligny Plaza & the park. We will definitely be staying again! We come to HHI every year & this has been our favorite listing we’ve stayed. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the addition of new patio furniture from last year - our whole family was able to use the balcony. Our only complaint was the washer and dryer. We were able to run two loads throughout the week that each came out smelling moldy. The washing machine broke the morning of our last day so we had to come home with tons of laundry that we didn’t plan on.

This condo was even better than we expected! The location was perfect, right on the beach, within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and close to Sea Pines. Stayed at this property with my family. Property was accurately described in the posting and comfortable for my family of five. We enjoyed easy access to pool and beach facilities and a quick walk to Coligny for shopping and restaurants. Property mgmt was easy to get in touch with and process to check in / out was seamless. What a wonderful few days we had visiting! The home is lovely, and the owners thought of everything needed to create a relaxing retreat. The community opened the pool during our stay (first Monday in March), and we enjoyed a brief visit there on our return from the beach one day. Access for the beach is so convenient, and having the pool house available was also appreciated. This is a small and lovely community allowing for rest and relaxation! Our time on the balcony was perfect - sunrises to the left - and thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return one day!!

Super easy check-in/out process and the rental company was very communicative and helpful. Very nice, clean, and well-stocked condo. Loved having beach towels provided and the kitchen had everything you could want. Pool was great and never too crowded to find chairs, etc.

The amenities at Shorewood were absolutely perfect for my two young children (ages 2 and 5) - they especially loved the kiddie pool and water fountain in the larger pool. The pull out sofa worked great for my 5 year old, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for a full grown adult.My only tip for the owner would be to get a stool for the guest bathroom, the sinks were too high for my children to reach so that would help out quite a bit.

I would go back (and hopefully it's available for us next year.) The condo was clean and updated with new furniture and appliances. They communicated well and our stay was relaxing. Great views of the beach and ocean too!

Overall both agency and unit were great. Only issue with agency was they did not respond to my request for assistance with TV in second bedroom. The rental process was top notch, will rent from them again. As for the unit, you can't beat the view! Living room lacked seating for 4 and the couch was just awful to sit in. But a great TV in the living room although I couldn't get any March Madness! Kitchen was terrific, well supplied for any cooking! 2nd bedroom lacked storage, bed was uncomfortable, and the couch made it tight to walk around! And no screen on windows was a concern as the window needed to be open without a ceiling fan. Overall, a great visit to our favourite vacation spot.
