6 Water Oak Villas

We had a great stay! The house was perfect size for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a little far in the heat with all of our gear but someone would drive and drop the rest of us off with the beach chairs, bags and boards and then go back to park the car and walking back empty handed was much easier! Highly recommend renting or bringing bikes as HHI is very bikeable (there are bikes everywhere) and we enjoyed biking around palmetto dunes and looking at all the gorgeous houses! The weather was not great during our stay (lots of rain) but we still had a great time and enjoyed beach time every day even if only for a couple of hours. We were very happy with the house and the island! Would stay again!

Great Condo with a nice view of the 18th Tee Boxes. Walking distance to the beach and a nice communal pool area. The condo was clean and was perfect for the six of us. Our only issues were that we couldn’t fine any extra trash bags and there were some ants in/around the kitchen sink. Luckily there was spray under the sink so all taken care of. Our only contact with Host2Coast was prior to our arrival and was very smooth, their office was easy to find to get our passes. We have stayed palmetto Dunes before so we were very happy to stay at this Condo. It’s really not far from anything and is situated right in the middle of the island. Would stay here again in the future.

The Condo was really lovely. Up to date decor, clean and spacious. Kitchen had great supplies! The views were beautiful! The condo is close to beach and pool! Convenient location on Hilton Head for exploring! There are lots of walk/riding trails so we were able to rent bicycles right on Palmetto Dunes. We really loved our stay!

The property was nice and in a nice area, quiet with swimming pool access and near to beach access. Great view of the 18th hole tee box. We did find an ant issue in the kitchen. There was spray under the sink however so resolved easily. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were very good. Would stay again!

Regarding the ants, we want to assure you that we have professional exterminators service the property every month to spray and prevent pests. With the unusually heavy rainfall recently, insects have been driven indoors seeking shelter from the storms. We’re happy that the ant spray provided under the sink resolved the issue quickly and that one of our maintenance team members was able to come out immediately to check as well. I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo was for our family. Hubby and I went with our 2 sons their wives and our 2 grand babies and the space was just as described and in the pictures. So nice for each family to have their own large bedroom and bathroom. It was clean, extremely well stocked, (even including a baby gate for the stairs), and a very easy walk to the beach. I communicated briefly a few times prior to our trip and response time was quick. No need to communicate after we got there as we had no issues. The only negative I have to say is the one ply toilet paper, otherwise it is definitely a 5 .
