Very nice place to stay. Well kept up and very responsive host. Only downside if you have dogs just know there aren’t a ton of grassy areas and no grass near the patio so you will have to walk your dog over to the dog spot. It’s not a super far walk and it has bags. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. They are very kind and the place was very clean and nice.

Great condo - perfect location. This is our second time staying in Queens Grant and we love how close it is to the beach, shops, restaurants and golf. We were able to bring our small dogs with us and the condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for our getaway. Loved the comfortable master bed and shower. Hosts were great to work with, very responsive and provided clear instructions and tips for our stay.

Overall the place was nice. There were a few things that could use improvement. We picked up our packed at 3:30 from Vacasa and was informed again that we couldn’t get in any earlier than 4pm but the time we drive to the house it would be 3:50 but can’t check in a minute sooner. When we arrived and unloaded then looked around we realized all of the trash was left inside the kitchen trash bins which wasn’t a huge deal until there weren’t any extra trash bags?! Tried to call but now it was after 5pm so the hosting office was closed. The air was also left on 83 it’s clearly summertime and it took 4 hours for it to get to 74 it would have been nice if it was set to a lower temperature so it was comfortable when we arrived. Again overall it was a great stay just not a refined as some of the places I’ve stayed in the past.

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Walkable to the beach and all community amenities. Perfect setup for our family of 4, plus the dog. Private patio for meals and storage for sandy beach stuff. Hose by the front door to rinse off after a day of fun on the beach. Bring your own umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels.

We stayed at this unit for six nights. It was the two of us and our dog. The unit was perfect for the three of us. First and foremost, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom was the best! The bathrooms are functional and clean but they are a little tight size wise. The kitchen was functional and had plenty of dishes, drink ware, pots and pans. You will need to bring spices and they only had salt and pepper. Location was key. Easy walk to tennis and golf centers and bike rental. Short drive to beach. Close to grocery store and Shelter Cove restaurants. The patio was fenced and private with patio furniture and a gas grill. Overall, the unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the unit and location. We would stay here again.

Overall, the property was excellent. Only issue experienced was a nasty fall from the primary bedroom's bath shower. It's quite a step out of the shower to the floor. I tripped and fell....other than a couple of bruises, I'm fine. But don't want that to happen to someone else so I recommend that a bar be added to the wall outside of the shower to assist managing the large gap to the floor. I hope this is helpful. Thank you

This was our first vacation with our furry family member and this home was perfect for 4 people and a pooch. Beautiful destination in Hilton Head and a nicely appointed kitchen and grill made for some excellent meals at home with fresh catches from Barnacle Bills. Only drawback was deck floor which looked quite soiled. Was it from the last pets stay or just ordinary dirt? Not sure but we wore shoes just in case. A great spot all in all!

Everything was as expected - and excellent. We arrived very late at night but the check-in process was still easy and straightforward. The condo was nice - the living room was comfortable and the TV was huge! the four-poster bed in the master makes it a little hard to watch tv in there. Great location a short drive or medium walk to the beach house and beach. We love Palmetto Dunes. Would stay in this unit again.

Overall the property is as described in the photos. There was a lot of dust along the baseboards and under the beds. The bathrooms are small. The kitchen is stocked, BUT, bring your own coffee making fixings as there was not ONE single coffee filter paper to be found. After a long travel day, coffee the next morning is important. So pack your coffee filters, sweetener, creamer, pods or ground coffee and you'll be set! The walk to the general store and bike rentals was short. Great community to explore and easy access to the beach by bike. We had a great stay in Palmetto Dunes.

This cute condo has everything you will need for a wknd getaway to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see! There’s even a path along the back of the condos for a quick 7 min walk to the beach.

Villa was just as advertised. Very clean, updated, comfortable. Communication was great and always responsive. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

had a hard time finding a rental for us in March, we wanted Queens Grant, location to Picket ball and some allow dogs. We were happy to find this rental. upon arrival, Floors were dirty, as if no one had properly cleaned it before our arrival. due to bad weather we were getting in after office closed, we were told the parking pass would be in lockbox outside office. After a 12 hour ride, it was not. We texted concern and to their credit, they brought us the pass. We found 2nd bedroom tv not working, fan's remote missing in same room, no way to turn fan on. Made office aware for future guests as we did not need to use, Place has been somewhat updated, tvs low quality. Upon using washer, it leaked all over the floor and sounded as if I train was in the condo. we had one palmetto bug visit one night, not used to them, sort of crept us out for entire stay. No others visited. Waited for a repairman for washer, and he came timely. A week later no update on repair replacement etc. Management company failed to be proactive. Upon me emailing manager, to her credit, she apologized and did her best to make it right. Just lots of nice, kind people apologizing for not meeting our expectations. It put a damper on our stay.
