The unit was great in a perfect location -- quiet, private, and close to both Shelter Cove and the beach. It had all the amenities we needed and a really nice open living room/dining room/kitchen. Deck was very nice for sitting, eating, and cooking on the grill. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The huge spaces are great, the big deck is nice, and the his 'n hers bikes were an extra treat! It was very quiet and peaceful inside the condo and outside, the pool is right around the corner.

The condo was clean and had all of the basic necessities for a beach vacation ! The area was great, dog-friendly, right next to the pool, and quiet. I would recommend renting bikes, as the beach is still a good distance from the rental. We would definitely stay again!

I can not express enough how awesome this place was. It was a last minute decision to go to Hilton Head but we will 100% be back. The location is awesome. You can drive to public beach access or use the in resort transportation (recommended) to get over there. We also took our dog to the first time and she loved the beach. she also loved the back porch where there is a gate to the stairs. The beds and house were so comfy and beautiful. A lot of golf courses to play golf onsite and when you walk out of the porch to the left about 50 steps is the pool. They also gave us a welcome back and snacks. All in all great location and loved the home. Will definitely be back!!

I’m not exactly sure where to begin with this review! We walked into the condo and were thrilled with our choice. The condo was very open, bright, well furnished and modern. Large master bedroom and plenty of room in the second bedroom. Master bed had a pillowtop added to the bed which felt like you were sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress – you literally sunk in the bed however, it was firm underneath, so you didn’t have a backache when you got up in the morning. Two bathrooms next to each other that were very spacious. The kitchen had EVERY SINGLE item you would ever need when staying there. EVERYTHING!!! The living room had a very comfortable couch, love seat and 2 chairs with the largest TV I’ve ever seen! Plenty of beach towels in the condo in addition to pet covers for the furniture!! Books and games located in the cabinet under the TV for rainy days. Beach chairs galore in the closets including a beach wagon and umbrella. This was one of the few places that I found with a sectional couch on the back deck. Enclosed deck so the dog could stay out there whenever she wanted, and we didn’t have to worry about her roaming around. The gas grill was perfect for afternoon brats while hanging out at the pool. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in the condo. I would book this again in a heartbeat!!! The only complaint I might have is that the fans in both of the bathrooms were VERY loud. Minor issue though.

Clean and recently updated. This condo was perfect for a family stay. No stairs and two nicely sized bedrooms off of the open plan living area were perfect for senior visitors. The back deck was spacious and private allowing for outside time. The area was quiet and dog-friendly. Inside the kitchen sparkles with plenty of storage and cooking items. Appliances are new and work well. The living room TV flat screen was gigantic and had us mesmerized by its size and clarity. The location was excellent; close to the racquet club and tennis courts as well as a very short drive or cycle to the beach. Would stay again.

The rental property was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean. The master bed was firm and comfortable. A big bonus for us was the unit was pet friendly and had a nice patio for our dog to sit on with her. Plenty of walking trails to use in the morning with the dog. I just wish the Palmetto Dunes property has some dog waste stations to dispose of what I picked up. Overall, we had a great time in Hilton Head Island at this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Queens Grants. It was perfect for us as well as our dogs. Probably the best part was when we realized the TopTracer Golf driving range was literally steps away from the back deck! BONUS! Taking our dogs for walks was easy as there was walking/biking paths everywhere. There is also a lot within walking or bicycling distance for shopping and eating and many have dog friendly patios. Th pool was also a few steps from the back to deck. As we were there over the christmas/New Year it was closed for the season.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this one of our favorite properties so far. It was beautiful inside, spacious, plenty of sleeping space for more than just one family. This condo is as advertised. Everything is nice and updated. Considering it's a condo, it's very private and quiet. The location is super convenient and within very easy walking distance to a few restaurants, general store and beach. Our only disappointment is that we wanted to rent again next year and its not available!

This was our third time visiting HHI and this was our favorite condo by far. Beautiful, well laid out condo. Pretty costal décor in every room. Loved the living room furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was clean and well maintained. Loved the extra beach supplies available including chairs and body boards. Huge living room fan was amazing on hot days. Beautiful gourmet kitchen was perfect to cook meals. Will definitely book this condo again.

We really enjoyed this renovated condo in Queens Grant/ Palmetto Dunes. It was spacious with a full kitchen with washer and dryer, two BR and two BA. We really loved the back porch with easy access to a place to walk our two dogs. We also were glad there were not stairs, as both we and our dog have some mobility limitations. The beach is walkable, though we choose to drive. We liked palmetto Dunes, as well. It is a great location within Hilton Head.

Great location, we often stay in Queens Grant to access facilities and the beach at Palmetto Dunes. Easy walk to pickleball, tennis, golf, general stores, beach. This unit has modern updates in the Kitchen and bathrooms as well as comfy beds, couch, and is pet friendly.

This condo maximizes the space available. With 5 adults and 2 teens plug a dog, we had ample room and never felt confined by space. The walk to the beach is short and beautiful.
