This was a great condo. We love Palmetto Dunes/Queens Grant and have stayed there 30 plus years. The rental company was exceptional!

The house was immaculately clean, way bigger than I imagined. The kitchen is nicer than my own at home and we bought some groceries and enjoyed a couple of nice home cooked meals. All furniture and beds were comfortable. Loved watching the turtles in the pond outside the back porch. Be advised the neighborhood is not in walking distance to the beach and you really do have to drive which I wasn't aware of. Also the night switches are weird and we couldn't figure out how to turn on some of the lights so the bathrooms were kind of dark. Also I heard there are several pools in the neighborhood but never could find even one of them. There are great beach chairs you can borrow and some beach toys out on the patio if you have little ones. I would stay here again anytime.

We had a great rental experience. Reservations were quick and easy, villa was clean and had everything we needed. Welcome gift was a nice surprise. Perfect quick getaway with the family!

Lovely property, great amenities and pet friendly - what a plus! However, the Pet Fee was extremely high compared to other pet friendly properties on Hilton Head in which we have stayed. The property itself is wonderful. The parking situation was a complete mess the entire time. Horrible! No designated spot for the condo we rented. At this price (or any price), I would have expected at least one designated spot for the unit. Again, based on previous rental experience, lack of a designated spot was quiet the unwelcomed surprise. It was every driver for him/herself Wednesday thru Sunday. Extremely disappointed. As we drove around searching for a space, I'm sure we "took one" from someone else. We observed that lack of parking certainly did not deter security from issuing parking tickets to many others who weren't as lucky as us to find a spot. I understand, very much value and so appreciate the Security at the property, however, wonder what are customers to do when paying hundreds of dollars for a property with no available parking???

Quality accommodations. First time staying in Queen's Folly. Facility matches the pictures. Very spacious main area and dining room. Good kitchen that is well stocked with all essential items. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Great patio to relax throughout the day. We brought our dog and she fit right into the community.

Beautiful condo with easy check in process. Host/Host 2 Coast was east to help with issues or concerns. A little disappointed with Palmetto Dunes pools being unusable but the condo was perfect!

The place was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, having everything you can think of including beach chairs, cleaning supplies, fan for bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. We were super comfortable with beds and just really loved the area! 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming this way!

Very comfortable rental. More spacious than I thought it would be. Comfortable beds, nice showers, more than ample towels. Spent most of our home time on the deck watching the lagoon wildlife. Very well equipped kitchen. ***Make sure you display your parking/car pass at all times!*** We forgot to put it on our dashboard one afternoon and got a 100$ US ticket. No warning. Our neighbour told him we’d rented for 6 weeks and showed him our unit. Instead of asking us about the pass, which was in the car just not on the dash, he wrote the ticket and said ‘too bad’ Kinda put a damper on our fun stay.

The beach cottage was absolutely perfect! Very clean, appointed well, plenty flog towels and fresh linens. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything one would need to cook meals at home. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We love spending time in Queens Grant and can't wait to make this spot of our top choices.

Loved this villa. Very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful appliances. Excellent showers and so many towel&#x2019;s including beach towels. Perfect location for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio view of the lagoon. ***Make sure you display your gate/parking pass at ALL times. We unfortunately forgot to put it on our dash just ONCE in the afternoon. Our very nice neighbour came and told us the security guard was just there and despite our neighbour telling him which unit we were in he gave us a 100$ ticket. No warning, no second chance. This was February, not high season where I guess they have extra people parking illegally. Really put a damper on our visit. <br/>Tough lesson. <br/>The rental company was so nice and professional. Responded to any questions immediately.

Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Great deck. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything as advertised. Staff was most helpful the couple of times we needed to reach them.
