We had a wonderful stay! The house is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and instantly feels like home. Beds are comfortable with good pillows, and there’s plenty of space to spread out. We loved the wraparound deck—morning sun on one side, afternoon sun on the other. The beach path is just a short stroll away (about ¼ mile), and the island’s walking and biking trails are right there; next time we’ll try the pickleball and tennis courts! From this location, it’s also incredibly easy to access all that Hilton Head offers—dining, shopping, golf, water activities, and more—without any hassle. It was effortless to settle in for a week, and we’ll definitely be back.

Very nice condo/townhouse, great location. Very clean, had a couple of glitches but were taken care of..love the area. Only negative is the two couches/sofas. Need to be replaced, old and not comfortable.

I recently stayed at 699 Queen’s Grant and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The rental was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the cozy living room and peaceful back deck. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach with a general store nearby for any goods or snacks we needed. It was so easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

We had a wonderful experience in Hilton Head, SC. This vacation rental is kept in beautiful condition and the location is perfect. Beach, golf course, pools, restaurants are all in walking distance or quick car/bike ride. The host is very responsive. We’ll be sure to visit again soon!

My stay at this location in Hilton Head was easily one of my favorite trips I’ve ever taken! There’s so much to do inside the community, a lot to find around the island, and the house itself was very accommodating for our group of 6. I cannot wait to find a time in the future to head back down and stay here again, cannot recommend enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at 699 Queens Grant, it was very comfortable and accommodating for my group of 6! There is, what feels like, a million different things to do inside the community, not to mention all the extra fun to have elsewhere on the island. This was easily one of my favorite vacations, and I cannot wait to book again in the future- I highly recommend!

Our stay at 699 Queen’s Grant on Hilton Head Island was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had all the comforts of home—and then some. From the moment we walked in, we could tell the owners put great care into making this a welcoming and relaxing retreat. The layout was perfect for our little family, with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the open living and dining area made it easy to spend quality time together. The décor struck the perfect balance between coastal charm and modern comfort. We loved starting our mornings on the private patio with coffee and ending our days with a short stroll or bike ride to the beach. The beach access was convenient, and the Palmetto Dunes location meant we were just minutes from everything—great restaurants, tennis, golf, bike trails, and the general store. Having access to the Dunes Buggy shuttle was also a huge plus. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. Every detail was thoughtfully provided for—from beach gear to local recommendations. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend 699 Queen’s Grant to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly, and truly memorable stay on Hilton Head Island. 5 stars all the way!
