7013 Ocean Breeze

We loved our time at 7013 Ocean Breeze. This was our second time in this home and we enjoyed the peaceful setting and comfortable atmosphere. Nice upgrades throughout the unit and everything needed was provided for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and modern amenities. Perfect location in the center of everything we wanted to do. Great communication and helpful details shared by the manger. We will be back.

This was our second stay here. Definitely would stay again. Upgrades were made in the upstairs bathrooms that were really nice. Our toddler son calls it our home away from home, so I he gives it a 10/10. I can’t speak on the responsiveness of the host, because we never needed to reach out - which is how it should be! Overall, the condo and location were all very good. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to park and dog friendly. The host to coast people do respond fairly quickly. The main bed was a double and would prefer a queen. Only other issue with the walking directions to the beach included cutting through a resort which was posted as illegal. The main beach Coligny has free parking and there are other cut throughs that were legal such as Alder Lane. Would stay again as very nice place.

Clean place and easy check in and check out. Appreciated the provided kitchen items, many clean towels, beach towels and laundry pods. There is no shampoo and bath soap, but we did pack those items. Was only a few minutes walk to the beach!

We have rented this unit before and it was as expected. Ocean Breeze is a nice quiet complex yet close to Coligny, dining, etc. Dogs love the beach and all the nice walking paths.

Another wonderful vacation! 2024 was our 3rd vacation at 7013 and we weathered through hurricane Helene comfortably. Each year we find it harder and harder to leave. The unit was clean. We absolutely love the couch for our entire family. Grateful to have such a peaceful, pet friendly place to vacation that we now call our home away from home.

The rental was very nice. It was as described and looked like the pictures. My family was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. There is a picture of a walking path in the listing that I wasn’t able to figure out so we just drove and parked each day. Not big deal at all. It was less than a 2 minute drive and parking was directly across the street. This part of Hilton Head has a lot of shops and beach activity so that was very nice to have so close. I would definitely stay again.

Unit was very clean. Downstairs was recently renovated, upstairs bathrooms dated. 18 steps to second floor a little tough with a bad hip but overall enjoyed the stay. Odd that beach umbrella was available to use but no beach chairs, have to rent locally.

We loved every part of our trip! Especially where we stayed, very up to date- modernized look. The grey flooring throughout was beautiful and I thought the grey carpet on the steps, were a sweet touch. All we heard add night was nature and it was so wonderful. The refrigerator- freezer was even complimentary! We loved how you can pop out the ice chest in the freezer to fill up your cooler, perfect size and easy to do. This place was also very clean and everything laid out to make us feel at home. And there was even a sweet gift bag with special items inside. The only question I need answered is what kind of pillows were in the master bedroom? They felt like clouds!

My kids and I had a fabulous little vacation at Ocean Breeze. We brought bikes and were very easily able to bike to the beach, great restaurants, and the awesome “pirate playground”. The home was a lovely retreat for each of us, had everything we needed to prepare meals and the kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the updates and we would definitely stay again!

We’ve been coming to Ocean Breeze for 10+ years and it’s so nice the way this unit made the kitchen so much more functional and appealing. The stocked kitchen with cooking tools and dishes etc... was amazing!! We always look forward to cooking fresh seafood on vacation and we FINALLY had all the supplies in this particular kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. We were very surprised that the condo did not have a pet odor given the fact that it is a pet friendly place. We were so thankful that the condo came stocked with hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom. All of the dishes in the kitchen were spotless and ready to use. The price for this condo was great. We will definitely be back again!

Pet friendly aspect was a huge bonus, which allowed us to bring our pup over when the pet sitting arrangement was canceled the last minute. Communication with the owner/host was quick, efficient, and fantastic leading up to our visit to HH. The directions to check-in/arrive are super clear and the property is cute, well maintained, and conveniently located to public beach access (Alder Ln is closest - Coligny isn't too far either) and the main little tourist area around Coligny Plaza - we walked everywhere all weekend. The dog-friendly aspect was great and HH is wonderful for allowing dogs on the beach before 10am and after 5pm in-season (too hot in between anyway). We didn't really check out much the property itself had to offer (pools, etc) because we were there for such a short time but we loved the sounds of tree frogs at night, Spanish moss, and herons and turtles close by on the property. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for a great weekend!

We were pleasantly surprised that the color scheme inside the condo had been updated to a light and bright, beachy look instead of the Red/Gold theme in the photos on VRBO. The new flooring was awesome too. They are doing a great job upgrading the unit. The host Steve, is a great communicator and quick to accommodate your needs requests, if possible. Since we were with a couple who were handicapped, we drove to Coligny beach, which had lots of handicapped parking. We could not have made the walk to the beach from the unit. The beach cart buggy was a great aid in hauling the chairs/coolers/umbrella from the parking lot to the ocean front. So if you can walk 10-15 mins to a beach, the buggy/cart under the stairs, really makes this doable. The condo was close to everything - Sea Pines-Harbor Town- Beaches - shopping -bike rental and plenty of restaurants within short driving distance and more. The water pressure in the showers is AWESOME! Use the buggy/cart under the stairs to help you unload your car into the unit or if you have a foldable wagon it will help. It is a few steps to the unit from the tennis courts where you are instructed to park. We did unload a little closer to the unit in the parking lot to the right and then moved our car to the tennis court area. The unit and neighborhood was very quiet. We didn't get a chance to try out the pool. All the appliances were in good working order. Awesome large refrigerator/freezer. We didn't bring our pets and we were greatly appreciative that there were NO fleas in the unit from previous pet guests. We would stay here again.

Getting the parking passes and key was exactly as the directions described. Really liked how you could pull out the couch to lay out from three different areas. The upstairs bathroom with two beds is a little tough and the bathroom socket doesn’t work but the rest of the condo was exactly as expected.

This was our first family beach trip with our toddler and puppy and we had a great stay in Stephen’s condo. He outlined the check in process very clearly and we were met with everything we could need. The beach access was a reasonable walk but there was meter parking available as well if you want to drive. Very close to restaurants and shops.

Me and my 3 teenage children stayed here and had a great time! The property was beautiful and cozy and felt like home. We had everything we needed. The beautiful walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, and there is a cart under the staircase to wheel down towels, chairs etc. I recommend this property. We usually vacation at Hermosa Beach in California, or Gulf Shores, AL and this beach beats them both.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Hilton Head Island. The house is just as described. It is very clean and in a quiet community and offers a lot of amenities. We truly enjoyed our week in this villa. We were very comfortable with our 2 sons and our small dogs. The bedrooms were perfect, loved having our own bathrooms. The deck and backyard area were perfect for taking the dogs out and the pool was 2 minutes from the villa. The beach was about a 10 to 15 minute walk and the beachcart made carrying our towels and boogie boards a breeze! Having a full size washer and dryer in the villa was wonderful. We loved our stay at this S Forest beach condo! Steve was great to work with, and we enjoyed the convenient location and comfortable set-up of this condo. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had most things that you might need. The complex was nice and had plenty of space to walk our pup. (Also it was so nice to be able to bring her along!) The biggest problem I had was a lack of pot holders - perhaps just didn't look in the right spot! ( : We would recommend this condo and would love to go back sometime.

The owners were very attentive and responsive to the many questions I had before the trip. We traveled with 2 small dogs and the property was perfectly suited to that. Tile and laminate flooring were throughout the whole condo. There was easy access to the car in the parking lot and it was only a few steps to the grass to take the dogs out regularly for potty breaks. The entire complex is well groomed, safe and well kept. We had a minor issue with the AC on the second day and Stephen had someone there to fix it within a few hours. We found that the free parking at Coligny was the easiest route to the beach for us for hauling all of the dog necessities we needed to take. The walk from the condo was a little further than we expected and there weren’t bathrooms that were easy to access from the beach. That could just be preference though. We like to go and basically stay all day at the water. Everyone on the beach at Coligny loved the dogs being there. We felt very welcome and safe and it was a very quiet neighborhood for us to get lots of rest. I would recommend this rental 100% without any concerns.

This cute little town house was clean and quiet. It was a short walk to the beach, about 10 minutes. And it was a medium walk to Coligny Plaza/Boardwalk, about 25 minutes. There was plenty of room for parking and the beaches were not too crowded. Advice to future occupants: bring your own hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. There is a single pod Keurig. The traditional coffee maker is missing the actual coffee pot component. Lastly, there is a toll road on the way into the island, so bring some quarters :) We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again in the future! Both the town house and the entire island are extremely dog friendly.

We stayed for long weekend at this great condo. It was very clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. Stephen was very responsive and helpful to our needs for the stay. They have made their vacation home very accommodating for guests. The space was great for us and we were able to take our two small dogs. The entire complex is beautiful with lagoons and pools and lovely walking paths. It is convenient to beach, shopping and dining on the South end of the island. The location and condo were wonderful and we would have loved to been able to vacation there longer. We were Very happy with the rental and would encourage others to rent this one. We plan to return as soon as possible.

First of all, the owners were absolutely amazing to work with - very helpful and left lots of info in the condo...everything from beach directions to guides about things to do on the island. Our family of four ( 9year old/ 10 year old) and our dog stayed here for our first visit to Hilton Head. We could not have been happier, especially since we did not know what to expect from the island or the villa. The villa was a great size for us, had enough amenities to be comfortable and was centrally located for easy access to many of our key visit sites of the island. We were able to bike to a variety of dinner places each night. Stephen was easy to work with and very patient with my questions prior to arriving, during our stay and after. All of us were very comfortable throughout our stay and are eager to get back!

We had the pleasure of staying in Stephens condo the first week of Aug 2011 and the first week of sept 2011. What a great deal! Clean,full of everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen and bathroom area.
