This Villa is located in a prime location within the Palmetto Dunes Community. The Villa is a 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. It is also located very close to the General Store and pickleball/tennis courts/golfing. Also, the Villa is close but not too close to the community entrance. The Villa is located in a very quiet area within Queens Grant. You can ride bikes or walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The pictures listed are accurate and everything you need is provided in the Villa. The views are beautiful with sliding doors on multiple walls. The deck was a very quiet place to sit and relax. The owner, Beth, was extremely responsive with any questions we had and provided us with all necessary instructions for us to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. We will definitely book this Villa again. Palmetto Dunes, as a whole, is a beautiful community regardless of the activity you are taking part in. Beth’s place is a great choice for a wonderful getaway in a beautiful community!!

We are a retired couple who vacationed with 2 grown kids with spouses. The home was very clean. We especially loved the large living/dining area which gave the 6 of us a lot of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and we used all of the beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs, towels). The community was beautiful and we walked to the beach nearby each day. We enjoyed nearby nature preserves for hiking. Just a wonderful vacation experience.

We had a wonderful trip to HHI! Beth’s villa was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, etc). We loved watching the golfers and wildlife from the deck. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax. As a lifelong visitor to Hilton Head, this is one of the best properties I’ve rented. You can’t go wrong with Palmetto Dunes, and Queen’s Grant is a fantastic neighborhood. We hope to visit again soon!

The villa was clean and well equipped for our needs. It was spacious and we had plenty room for our family. Being close to the driving range was fun for the men/boys in our group. The air conditioning worked great, which was really nice while we were there. Communication with Beth was very quick and helpful. The only thing that we wish it would’ve had is a bike rack closer to the villa and an umbrella or covering on the porch to use on the really hot days.

This property has been our favorite so far. We enjoyed the open spacious areas in the rooms and living area. Out door area is also nice and relaxing. Nice kitchen w/ anything you need. We love Palmetto Dunes for the golf and it’s beach but also ease/proximity to other fun island spots. This hidden gem is the best lot in PD. We could walk to the general store & outfitters. Ride bikes to the beach, to breakfast, to mini golf. The house had everything we needed as far as beach gear. Tons of space to spread out; extremely comfortable furniture/beds; and bring right on the chipping green was a fun bonus. 💯 recommend!

What a great place! Just as pictured, possibly nicer. Cleanest rental we have ever had. Beds more comfortable then home 😀. Beach chairs, towels etc all very helpful. Kitchen well stocked, so nice to have laundry. Grill had plenty of gas ( an issue we’ve had in past with other rental) and utensils. Used Dunes Buggy to beach, super convenient!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 adult children. There was plenty of space for us and then some. We enjoyed the open living and dining area and the deck. The location was perfect! Close to the general store, bike rental, the beach and access to the main road. We loved that the house had all of the beach equipment that we needed including umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and chairs. The house instructions were great. We had no issues. This is our 6th trip to HHI in the last 8 years and this is easily the best place we have stayed. Beth was a wonderful host and her and her husbands place is great for a family with a lot of room i the unit. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and not once did we feel cramped. The Dune Buggy shuttle to the beach or the Shelter Cove area is a great feature, quick and easy.

We stayed in this property for a family vacation and first beach trip for our 9 month old! The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. With lots of extra cargo of toys and baby equipment, we had PLENTY of space and never felt crowded. The location was perfect with beautiful views of ponds, the golf course and a quick access to the main road within Palmetto Dunes. I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at this villa!!! Beth was extremely helpful and very responsive and the property was beautifully decorated, updated, and very clean. We did not utilize the shuttle to the beach, although I’m sure it is helpful because the Dunes House has beach access but rarely had parking there. We were able to park at the Trent Jones tennis courts across the street with just a little walk to the beach, just something that might be good to know when you’ve got small children and lots of stuff to take to the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely book again!

House was perfect for a family of 5 on a summer vacation to HHI. Location was great, short bike ride or eve walk to the beach, general store and pool. Owner was very responsive to our questions and the property included a lot of cookware to accommodate any meal you make while staying. The rooms were good size, the bathrooms were nice and there were even some games for the kids to play. Overall very nice house for a week long vacation to the beach for the summer. We would definitely rent again and recommend.

We stayed in this unit July 2-july7. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. My two teenagers loved having their own rooms. The area is beautiful, very peaceful and so much fun to ride bikes to general store, beach or just for fun. Loved having the washer and dryer and the extra half bath down stairs.

First and foremost, I would say that the host of this property is super prompt at replying and beyond patient. I had many Qs, not having ever stayed in HH before. She was more than eager to answer all of them and more. On the positive side: The unit is open, bright, clean. The furnishings were up-to-date and good quality, and all the beds were very comfortable.. Good quality sheets and great bath towels. Having flown to HH, we came with minimal personal items. So having chairs, umbrellas, and super good quality beach towels was HUGE. The unit is tucked back, so once inside it is beyond quiet, and the view from the back is gorgeous. Golf course as far as the eye can see. There were no issues with early golfers or golf balls like other listings I saw...not sure why. Just a quiet peaceful exterior from the backyard. PERFECTLY located to the beach. It took minutes on our bikes, which on HH you pretty much live on to get around. Bike baths are GORGEOUS and everywhere. Proximity to General Store and tennis/pickle ball courts was awesome and my teenagers by day 3 went on their own back and forth there and I had zero concerns. The pantry is stocked with basics. Glassware & dishes so new. If I were to say anything critical: The upstairs is warm despite the air conditioning. I think that is just simply due to the flow of the system itself. The kitchen definitely needs extra dish towels/rags. I would have loved to have some table...even a small bistro one...outside on the deck. There is nothing but adirondack chairs. Something to place a coffee cup in the morning or a book or anything really would've been nice. The development itself is very...tight. Meandering back to this particular unit with 5 bikes was very frustrating. Other renters/owners left bikes on the private walkway to our front door and this caused a lot of frustration trying to exit and enter the unit multiple times a day, especially with beach gear, bikes, coolers, etc. The only way in and out of the doorway is just narrow and tight. However, as previously stated, once inside the unit it is quiet and private and lush and green out back. It would have been a huge help to have some signage as to where the pool was. We just had no idea where it was and finally found one, although we were told there were a few in Queens Grant .None of these criticisms are a reflection of the owner, but the facility itself. Just some things to keep in mind and to be prepared for.

This condo was exactly as listed. Views of a nice pond and on the golf course. Inside was immaculate and fully stocked with essentials and top of the line amenities including beach items, bike, grill, beach towels. Wifi and air work awesome. So close to everything and the beach. TVS also work great. Plan to retun in August. Also owner was super responsive to every need and email.

We had a fantastic stay! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit. We stayed once under the previous owner and we’re thrilled to be back as the first renters under the new owner. The condo is clean, VERY spacious, extremely well furnished, and has super nice dishes, cookware, appliances, coffee maker,etc. – much nicer than most rental condos! The location is great –nice walk to the beach and the Palmetto Dunes General store. It is situated on a beautiful spot, surrounded by greenery and a view of the golf course and a pond with a fountain. In fact you can sit on the couch and look out patio doors (on TWO walls) and not even see another condo! It is in a really unique spot and you’d have a hard time finding another condo with a better view for a non-beachfront location. We clocked the walk to the beach at 15 minutes, but we walked at “vacation pace.” The walk is so pretty you hardly notice the time. Also, the condo does not really have shared walls with the condo next to it, so it is extremely quiet. There was a dog next door that barked every time we walked by, but we never heard it in our unit. Not once. The owner, Beth, was very responsive and check-in, etc. was very smooth. Everything worked great and we had no problems at all while during our stay. Would we stay here again? 100% yes.
