We booked over a year in advance and had to change our dates around twice. Host2Coast was amazing and super easy to work with. Unit was nice, we had a few maintenance issues but again the property managers were very responsive. Not the best furniture for toddlers (glass table tops) but we managed. Washer and dryer worked great. Mattresses were on the softer side but supportive. Loved having the extra beach towels. Can’t beat the location and ambience.

My husband and I have stayed here twice now, we loved it so much the first time we decided we wanted to come back for our honeymoon and it was still our favorite spot in Hilton Head! We highly recommend this place, it’s remarkably beautiful!

This condo is beautiful and the rental agency is top notch! They provide a welcome gift, beach towels, and a beach bag! The condo is up for short flights of stairs- 25 steps total. It is in the building closest to the beach walkway, and and it only takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool is nice and quiet. The Dunes Grill was good for lunch and drinks. Condo is very spacious with three bathrooms. It also has a wash washer and dryer. It was very nice having two queens in one room and I king in the other. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vaca…My dad and I recently stayed at this condo on Hilton Head Island. The location is truly ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you might need. The unit was clean, and the linens were soft and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall.That said, a few considerations are worth noting for future guests. The condo is located on an upper level with quite a few stairs to climb, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with knee or hip concerns, or for older guests who may have difficulty navigating steps.While the space was well-kept, the second bedroom had notably low water pressure. Additionally, the Master bath, and 2nd bedroom bath lacked a functioning tub faucet—water only came through the showerhead. This could pose a challenge for families with young children who may need to fill the tub for a bath.In summary, the location is a standout and the condo offers a clean and comfortable stay. Just keep in mind the accessibility and plumbing quirks when booking, depending on your needs.We thank the owners for their hospitality..(this is Dad speaking). Loved the hospitality and property, my knees are shot I just can’t do the stairs as I used to.

The property is just like it looks in the pictures, which is not always the case. I appreciate that the children's bedroom is essentially its own wing, giving separation from the living room and parents' bedroom we adults can still hang out without disturbing the kids. The Beach really is only a 3 or 4 minute walk, and we loved that the Dune's Beach House was right there for quick bites and drinks.

My husband and I come to HH for beach walking, bike riding, golfing and playing pickle ball. This is the best location to do it all without having to drive and find parking. You also have easy access to the Dune House (our favorite) for lunch, dinner and cocktails and the General Store for a quick breakfast. The condo is updated especially compared to other places we stayed. There are stairs as it was the top floor but this was not an issue for us. We sat on the back deck in the morning for coffee and enjoyed the outdoors. We would stay again!

Location good for all that.

We love The Moorings -- units are very well designed, with a great living area, open kitchen, two balconies, a room for our teenage daughter that feels almost like her separate unit. And we especially like the direct access to the beach. In the unit everything was perfect, and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Property was great for the family. We could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes and even better with the dunes house right there. General store was also a short walk for coffee, breakfast and anything else that we needed. The property had everything you’d need between bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The washer and dryer were convenient but could use an upgrade, the dryer took quite a while to actually fully dry the clothes. But overall we would absolutely stay there again, we even extended the trip by an additional day which was a very simple process with the property management team.

We loved our stay - the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The home was nice, clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed to cook our own food and the beds were comfortable. There are steps to walk up - but we didn’t mind that too much.
If this is your first visit to Hilton Head you’ll be happy you stayed here for the location and ability to walk (not drive and try to park) at the beach.
The beach is beautiful! Staying in Palmetto Dunes is great - the general store has everything you forgot to pack and they have yummy breakfast (biscuits and gravy and grits!), lunch (pulled pork sandwiches) and dinner options (fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese!) that are really affordable.
The restaurant up at the beach is a tourist trap. The food is just okay and the drinks are incredibly overpriced. But it’s nice to have something close by where you can get some food and a frozen beverage.
The golf in the area is exceptional. If you love the beach and you love to golf you will be in heaven. We can’t wait to go back again!

The check in process was so easy and convenient. The property was immaculate and very adequately equipped for our needs. The location was ideal with easy accessibility to the beach. Beach access was also near public restrooms and an outdoor restaurant. The rental company was a joy to work with, providing lovely amenities, treats and services that made our stay even better. The resort is lovely as well, and offered many activities. Definitely plan to return.

We enjoyed our stay at 71 Moorings and really loved its proximity to the beach, bike paths, and beach restaurant. It was good for a family with young kids. The unit was generally clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils, which we found helpful. The bathrooms in this unit (particularly the showers) could use updating and cleaning. The shower caddies were completely rusted and the drain stoppers were extremely dirty and old and need to be replaced. The plaster in the one updated bathroom started peeling off of the ceiling and falling down near the toilet during our stay. The living spaces and bedrooms were much nicer than the bathrooms. There was also a tear in one of the screen doors that meant we couldn&#x2019;t use it to avoid bugs coming in. Again, generally the unit is quite nice but some maintenance and updates needed.

It's closeness to the ocean & the Dunes House restaurant is a nice advantage, along with lovely walking & biking trails in the neighborhood. There is a General Store within biking or walking distance where you can grab a quick breakfast. Pickleball & tennis courts close by also. Queen beds in guest room are especially comfortable. King bed in Master bedroom was too soft of a mattress for our likes. Kitchen cupboards are well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. , leaving little room to unload groceries & items we brought with us. Otherwise, we loved everything about itManagement staff were very helpful with our request to help carry heavy totes up flights of stairs. Enjoyed being able to load our Netflix account into the TV in the guest bedroom. Wish Netflix had been available on the living room TV. Very nice condo. Be sure you can climb stairs without any issue

Mark, We had a great experience and would highly recommend your condo and will likely rent again on our next HHI vacation. There were two minor issues that I would recommend you address, repair the locking mechanism on the slider doors and repair the lamp or ballast in the shower light at the laundry bathroom shower. I'm only mentioning because as a landlord myself I would want to know ... you have a great rental and I highly recommend your property!

This is a great unit in a wonderful location. The rooms have plenty of space we had 3 adults and 2 children we fit perfectly. We had an issue with the air-conditioning not working when we arrived but Mark the property manager had someone there to fix it as fast as possible. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to be close to the beach and who does not mind being in the hustle bustle of Palmetto Dunes as the beach access point is one of the busiest on the property .

There is a General Store within walking distance which has everything from ice cream to gifts for the entire family. Could not have asked for a better first visit to Hilton Head.
The little touches by Host2coast (ie welcome bag, flowers, beach towels) were so nice. The Villa was a bit bigger than we expected and was a lovely home away from home. Perfect location for the island and beach/pool. Parking was no issue.
Wonderful communication before and during the trip as well. We didn’t have any issues but I imagine if we did they would’ve been handled promptly.
Would definitely go back to HHI and stay with Host2coast again. Thanks for a great spring break!

The condo was very clean and had a minimalist decor which was pleasant. The location was great- close to the beach and located in Palmetto Dunes which is a great community. There were a few deferred maintenance items like a broken shade in the bathroom, 2 of the slider doors locks didn't work. Kitchen supplies offered were the bare essentials. Host2coast was very responsive when we called them.<br/>We were wondering if the parking pass could be mailed to the renter especially if they arrive at night. Locating the office and the lock box was difficult and frustrating traveling onto the island in the dark.

This is definitely a place we'd come back to stay again. Loved the location, easy to get to the beach. Be sure to take advantage of the bike rentals - it's THE way to get around town.

If you want to be close to the beach and stay in a clean comfortable condo....this is the place for you. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
