The condo was very clean and enjoyable. The most notable feature was how well the kitchen was stocked. There were many quality stainless steel pans which made cooking easier. There was plenty of plates, utensils and glasses for everyone to use.

We are still waiting to hear from the property manager about a refund for the 1st night - as our air conditioner did not work and it was 85 degrees for the first 24 hours. The repair guy said he had been at our unit before. The manager accused us of freezing tue unit . We were told someone would contact me after the trip and no one has .

We stayed in late July with 3 couples and two toddlers. The space was laid out so nicely for our group! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great. The condo complex was very quiet! The pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was originally scheduled to be for Vacation and to support my Mother-in-Law and Father-In-Law in their journey through beating her cancer. Unfortunately, Cancer took her from us too early so our stay instead was different. The place and the staff at Evolve were amazing. They got back to us very quickly. They accommodated the changes we needed to make and communicated effectively with Kindness and compassion. The place was clean and very quiet. The television was a bit different to figure out but not a big deal. We will definitly book again.

The condo (second floor) was spacious and had a great location! Close to the shops, food and beach! (You must try Stu’s Subs-AMAZING) The condo itself had plenty of room for our family of six (all adults)! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and my favorite part was each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus a half bath between the kitchen and living room! Had a great big sectional and two smaller recliners, plenty of space for all of us! If I had any complaints I’d say it needed a good wipe down of things, it felt like no one had stayed there in awhile, it wasn’t dirty, i just felt it needed a quick wipe down. And if I could suggest adding a full length mirror somewhere in the condo!!

The unit is well maintained with 3-1/2 baths and comfortable beds. The TVs all have full cable, and the location can't be beat! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place that was pretty close to Sea Pines for a family event and this fit the bill. It was my husband, two kids (11 & 4) and my elderly father and we had plenty of room. For a condo it is pretty spacious and all the bathrooms were updated. The first floor master was great and accessible for my father who has some issues with tubs/showers. I will note I missed that it was on the second floor of the complex, so there is one flight of stairs (but that was my fault not the listings), however my father navigated it just fine! The kitchen had everything we needed, but we did not cook with oven/stove. It was really nice to have a 1/2 bath attached to family room which has newer furniture that in listing pictures. It was also nice to have the ensuite bath for the kids room and t.v.'s in each room. We had no issues with accessing cable/Roku but there was a missing cable remote in the lower master suite (not an issue my father didn't even watch tv). The area was quiet and parking was right outside the unit and clearly marked. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It would have been nice for some instructions on use because we woke up in the middle of the night to temp of almost 80 degrees (it was November and outside temp dropped below 45 at night). We had turned on the heat to 74 degrees and I'm not sure what happened with the Nest thermostat. There were some beach items for the kids we took for playing in the sand and they also provided chairs and a smaller cooler that we didn't use. Overall, we would stay here again and would love to see what it has to offer in the warmer months. The pool right out the back patio looked great! It is definitely biking distance to beach or Coligny and is central to many restaurants and stores. Thanks!

No surprises, actual condition better than photos, clean, very convenient parking. Best of all, this is a great location on HHI. In the middle of everything but tucked away in a secluded group of condos/apartments. Would book again.

The property was definitely as described and surprisingly larger than what we expected!! Tons of room and great amenities. People have left reviews about the Nest/temperature but it’s just on a schedule and you can override that. So don’t worry about those reviews!! My only complaint would be that we didn’t have enough trash bags for our stay nor enough hand towels/ cleaning cloths in the kitchen. The property manager responded to be 2/3 times so also not a huge deal when you see reviews about them not responding. We loved our stay and would stay there again for sure!!!

We will definitely be back! Our family of six had more than enough room for sleeping, living, and being together or spreading out. The furnishings are stylish, very comfortable and well-taken care of. The unit has everything you need. The pool is nice too. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are close by. The most important thing, the beach: This is our favorite beach in SC. It’s beautiful. The sand is soft and the beach was busy but not overcrowded. From this unit it’s easy walking distance - a couple of blocks down the road. If you plan ahead, you can have one of the local bike rental places leave bikes at the bike rack outside the unit as well, but we were fine to just walk with our beach chairs and such. Management was responsive too (our GPS took us further down the road and we needed directions late at night). We can’t wait to go back!

Our family had a great vacation here. Perfect for 3 teenagers. They were able to have their own space upstairs and plenty of bathrooms. The unit was very clean and updated. Location was great, short bike ride to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely book again.

The property was lovely! A warm, and cozy condo that was only a few minutes walk to the beach. It was very spacious, updated, clean and well taken care of. The sleeping arrangements are versatile with the full size bunk beds so staying with our children was a breeze! The great Mexican restaurant just 2 minutes away was also a huge plus. We have visited HHI a few times and this is definitely our best stay. We will definitely be booking again soon!

I chose this condo for our 30th college reunion. There were 5 of us and there was still plenty of room to sleep. I chose to sleep on the blow-up mattress and even it was super comfortable. It is a 2 minute drive to the Coligny Beach Parking lot. There is even a separate laundry room with a door. I would stay here again.

I would say that this place is perfect for a vacation at HHI if you don’t want to spend the megabucks for a place on the beach. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. That is something you don’t see often. Very easy to get into the place. Quick 7-8 minute walk to beach or 2 minute bike ride. Only criticism is I wish there was some beach towels or chairs for us to use for the week.

We spent four days before the Fourth of July at the beach house. It was a perfect get-away for our family of seven. We brought our bikes and riding to the beach couldn’t have been easier or more convenient - a straight shot from the rental. The house was clean and updated and the beds were comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the house and found the kitchen well stocked. The kids loved being so close to the community pool and spent every night there after the beach. Overall, a perfect, relaxing location for our Hilton Head vacation.

Property was well maintained and was as described. The only issue was with parking. During our entire stay we were only able to use the designated parking space just once. First of all...the owners were so kind to us when we arrived during the height of peak season. We loved staying here! The condo is in a great location. We have three young girls and it was so nice to be able to walk or bike to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We loved being so close to Sea Pines and having great bike trails so close. The condo is nicely updated and has everything you need. The condo is clean and spacious. It is so nice to have a private bathroom attached to each bedroom. My kids loved that the pool was a stone’s throw from the balcony. Highly recommend! We totally are coming back.

We have stayed at a lot of properties at HHI and we were blown away with how nice this property was! It is was clean and completely updated -- most importantly the beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The unit even has a washer and dryer which if perfect for all of our beach trips. It is a short walk to the beach and Coligny Circle with access to tennis courts. It felt like home. We will definitely be going back!

The walk to the beach was much shorter than we expected. Many properties in Hilton Head have not been renovated in a long time...but this property was beautiful . The condo is an end unit so you only have neighbors on one side.

We loved staying at this beautiful property. Walking distance to the grocery store, bike shop, beach, workout facilities and tennis. We never needed our car. I wasn't expecting that. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet. We will come back again.

I was very pleased with my stay here. This is an end unit so there are only potential neighbors on one side which is really nice for people who want more privacy. The walk to the beach was shorter than I expected. It was easy even with a 3-year-old.

We will definitely be coming back. The condo has been completely renovated and is a short walk to the beach. We loved playing tennis (court time is included with stay) and doing yoga at the club across the street. We were able to walk to the grocery store and keep our bikes locked up outside. Definitely recommend this for all seasons, but especially off-season.

We stayed here in February and loved it. The whole place has been renovated recently and was very comfortable (especially the King bed). Short walk to the beach. Clay tennis court availability. Honestly. I'll be back to visit.
