Overall, the stay was nice. Parking passes are at a location about 15 min from resort. When we arrived, we found two live wasps upstairs. We contacted host and they sent someone out ASAP. We didn’t encounter anymore wasps during our stay. The upstairs gets warm. Each bedroom upstairs has a fan but we were unable to use them. One fan was on a setting of high and very loud. We could not find a remote to adjust the speed. The other fan just didn’t work. You are allowed two parking passes. However, if we left and came back at night, there was no parking available in the lot and had to park elsewhere. There were other cars with no passes that should have not been there, but it was July 4th weekend, so I assume some of the permanent residents had guests over with cars. I did not see any parking enforcement. The dryer is very loud/squeaky initially. The pool is so close, and beach was about 15 min walk, but buggy will take you there, which is one of the best perks of the resort.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated with high quality furnishings and appliances. Everything was very clean and ready when we arrived. The location was great! Its steps from one of the neighborhood pools and the view of the golf course was perfect. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach, however the buggy service was perfect when we had too much beach gear to carry on the walk. Host2coast was a great host. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay. This condo was stocked with anything and everything you could have asked for. We biked to the beach, which I would highly recommend. The proximity of the pool was an added bonus. Could not recommend this place more!! Extremely spacious with an excellent layout with master bedroom on first floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Location could not be better - quick walk to the beach and central to tons of great restaurants. We played golf at the RTJ course which was fabulous (we also played at Sea Pines Herron Point the day before and preferred the RTJ course by a lot!) - right on the second hole of the course. Beach was perfect we were able to use the chairs provided by the air bnb and rented an umbrella right in front of Dunes House where we had a great lunch. All around a wonderful weekend and we hope to be back ASAP!!

Wow! That’s what both my wife and I said upon walking through the front door. We absolutely felt at home instantly. Beautiful furnishings and decor that was pure HH Island. Kitchen fully equipped and then some. Every possible need was met! Living room is beautiful with massive TV and awesome sound system. Master bed and bath beautifully furnished and met all needs. Deck was very nice and accommodating with large Weber grill. We didn’t want to leave!

It’s even better than it looks. Clean, nicely decorated, beds comfortable. Beach chairs and buggy a big help. Great location. Our parking pass was not in unit as described, we had to go out of way to pick it up. AC went out one evening, was fixed within an hour. Have stayed in several places in Palmetto Dunes, this was the best.

Our stay was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. We had an issue with the upstairs AC and it was fixed as soon as I contacted H2C. They were very responsive. Ice maker didn’t work but that was not a big issue since we needed bagged ice for coolers anyway. The only two issues were the lack of parking in front of condo. If you are out past 8 or 9 there was no parking available and we had to park in another lot which was inconvenient at times. The bottom bunk bed was very uncomfortable for my son. Overall, the place was great and would highly recommend! We will be back!

Everything was as pictured, except there were many additional items that are not in the pictures. Extra things that we didn't have to buy. We loved our stay in #737. It was perfectly clean. Had everything listed and more. Had a fan on a stand in the master downstairs which was such a blessing since I forgot my fan. There were 6 of us on the trip and we had plenty of room. We saw deer early morning and evening on the golf course view from the back deck. Everyone was attentive and kind when we called, even after hours. They were all more than willing to help! I highly recommend this condo! We plan to come back here soon.

This was my 2nd year renting this beautiful condo because of the perfect location, amenities, and cleanliness. The condo is very spacious to comfortably fit my family of 8. Beds super comfy and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.The family room couches are super comfortable and they rock and recline with the push of a button. The other perk is the complimentary "Dune Buggy" which we used most of the time to take us to the beach with all our beach equipment! They pick you up right outside the condo!Our host made sure everything was in order to insure our vacation was a great experience which we truly appreciated! They are very sweet and so helpful and attentive!All in all it was another funfilled vacation!

Host2cost does it right. Had everything we needed to start our vacation off. Clearly they looked at all the little things rentals failed at in the past and fixed it. Beautiful, well-appointed home. House is right on the second hole of a golf course. Loved having coffee on the deck while watching the golfers play through. Walking distance to the beach. Tons of tennis and pickle ball courts which we took advantage of. Will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed. It was very clean, modern, had everything I needed to feel at home. The location is great! This condo was perfect for my family! I traveled with my four teenagers. The open floor plan was great and there was plenty of space to sit together in the family room to play cards and watch TV. The bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the three girls to share and my son to have his own space. The master suite downstairs was huge with a very large bathroom! Loved how close we were to the pool and had a nice flat backyard for us to spend time out there. It was comforting knowing there was security checking at night for parking permits to ensure that only guests of the property were allowed on site. They were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. This house truly had everything you need for the best beach vacation.

This home has everything that you need for a beautiful vacation. It is just as pictured! Wonderful location, beautiful decor, spacious floor plan and very clean. We were impressed by the kitchen (every utensil, appliance, pan, dish, etc. you could ever need). Just bring your clothes, food, and the desire to have a relaxing time.

The place was clean, spotless, well equipped and beautifully decorated! Comfortable 3 bedrooms, Located on the 2nd hole of the Robert Trent Jones Course (one of 3 on the property). We played the course - it was great! Other great accommodations on site was pickle ball and bicycling. 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much

Had the most amazing stay! We didn't want to leave. The home has a great beach vibe with large rooms and a spacious porch on the golf course. The beds are really comfortable. The location is great. A short walk to the beach, lots of restaurant's and shopping close by. Forget the hotel, this is a must stay.

The location of the condo was steps away to the pool, close to the beach and plantation is mid Island. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable beds, many amenities we didn't expect (beach toys, chairs, beach towels). It was a good size for our family and enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the golfers go by. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Only wish it could've been longer!

Our home had absolutely everything you could possibly want – serene views, close to everything, impeccably clean and stocked, most amazing beds I have ever had, and beautifully decorated. I wouldn't change a thing and would highly, highly recommend!

This was one of the best houses we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything you could need. The extra beach chairs were a nice bonus too. The back deck was great just to ride our bikes up to and then view the golf course was so pretty. The even had extra fuzzy blankets for when it got cold, which it did in January. The beds were so soft and comfy, We were just immediately at home there!!
