The Treetops/Ocean Breeze villas are in a great location too--close to the beach, Coligny, and Sea Pines, as well as a short drive to many other things on the island. We especially loved that this unit was dog friendly so we could bring our furry friend along!

We had an absolutely spectacular stay at 78! My mom, my dogs, and I have rented in Ocean Breeze many times, but this was by far the best unit we've stayed in. The attention to detail made all the difference - plenty of hangers, screens on all the windows, a sliding door and screen that worked perfectly, and excellent water pressure. The furniture was comfortable, and the entire unit was spotless.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful labels throughout made it easy to settle in. A small but incredibly appreciated touch was an empty kitchen cabinet for our own items - something no other unit has provided! We also found a lovely welcome basket upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It's clear that the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. We felt right at home and will definitely be looking to rent this unit again in the future. Highly recommend!

We visit Hilton Head Island every year and this is by far one of the best stays we’ve had. Host2coast thought of everything! We had all toiletries, a fully loaded kitchen, and everything we could need for the beach (including the wagon)! This will not be our last time using this company. My friend and I came down for a conference that lasted 8 days. We had a wonderful time due to #78 Ocean Breeze. First time ever to stay at a place that thought of everything. More than enough hangers, towels, soaps for bath and Kitchen and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a flashlight to walk my little Pomeranian at night. The walk to the beach was good exercise for both of us. The place was exceptionally clean. We absolutely loved the stay. The convention center was at the other end of the island but the traffic was no problem. They have plenty of great things to do and see. We enjoyed the dolphin cruse and the waterfront is a must see while you are there. Host to Coast was wonderful.

This 3 bedroom unit has all you need. TVs in each bedroom, plenty of everything needed for a restful location. This is a corner unit so a bit more quiet. Our dogs loved the place. It’s a short 15 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely rent here again!

78 Ocean Breeze was well outfitted, clean and had updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus comfortable beds and was nicely decorated. The location is very close to the beach and nearby restaurants you can easily bike or drive to. Host2Coast responded to all inquiries promptly and provided beach towels and an initial supply of essentials. All in all a very good experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! The townhouse was clean, well stocked with not just kitchen supplies but cleaning as well. It was six adults and one dog and everything went so seamless! We are walking distance from town and the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed overall with how everything went this Thanksgiving at HHI. No problems whatsoever, every detail about the rental was covered and organized exceptionally well. We enjoyed our stay as a family ! We rented bikes the first day and the location was so great! It was a quick 5 minute bike ride to the beach and a 10 minute bike ride to downtown shops and food spots. We also loved that part of our fees goes back into the community! The only suggestion I would make is adding one more comfy chair to the tv area would be great . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay . We will be back!

Great location and we didn’t have to deal with gates and gate keepers. Close to beach, we walked with kids & all the stuff. Rode bikes, played cards, ate ice cream. Traffic on HHI was terrible so we were pleased to avoid driving.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and very clean! It fit our family of 5 perfectly! Our favorite part was the proximity to the pool and bike paths! Our least favorite part was the tight parking lot since we have a bigger truck but it was manageable. The management company, Host 2 Coast, was amazing! Having stayed with Vacasa in the past i now know i much prefer host2coast! Easy communication with them and they went above and beyond several times for us!

Enjoyed our 2-month winter stay here very much. It was nice having plenty of space and we love the location. Only about 15-min walk to the beach. The kitchen is very nice. Lots of cabinets, counter space and dishes, etc. Only major complaint is living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very low to the ground and uncomfortable. Would also be nice if there was a king bed in the primary bdrm. Very nice washer but old dryer that takes a LONG time to dry clothes.

I rented this property to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We brought our 18 month old, our pup, and my father in law. The layout of the condo is PERFECT. The living area is wide open, the kitchen was gorgeous, and it was stocked with everything INCLUDING COFFEE!! The outdoor area was just enough to walk our dog. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Such a nice touch! The location is excellent; just a couple minutes drive to anything you could want to do on the island. We were all very happy with it! One thing I would mention is Google Maps brings you in through what seems like the front of the condo complex, so it's a bit confusing, and there are some SERIOUS speedbumps. My FIL's small car bottomed out a couple of times, but our truck and SUV fared fine. It would also be awesome if checkout was 11am. I can't even call those complaints, as we enjoyed our stay here VERY much. I'd recommend this property to anyone!

We had a fantasitic experience with Host2Coast rentals through VRBO. They were quick to let us know when our condo was available and checked on us right away to make sure we were in the condo and had everything we needed. The condo was not far from the beach if you drive or bicycle, but a bit much to try to walk. We had teens so we didn't have much "stuff" to carry, but we still drove to the public access. We have been coming to HHI for 13+ years and had another great experience. Host2coast was by far the easiest to work with and contact especially once on property.
