The person in the office was friendly, professional and helpful upon arrival, when we picked up our passkey. Host2Coast was very responsive when we contacted them with questions. The house was very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which provided a much needed good rest. We enjoyed watching tv in the livingroom and appreciated the one-level open floor plan. Felt very safe in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We were so glad to come back to this comfortable home each evening after busy days in Savannah, Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island. We also appreciated how the community was centrally located, making it easy to find several fine dining options nearby. We definitely plan to return for another visit!

The rental company was very helpful with specific instructions on entering property and check in and check out. They had a wonderful gift bag and items when we arrived. I think I forgot to start the dishwasher when we left and i apologize. Would definitely rent and recommend.

The house was spacious for four people. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen, though small, was well equipped for cooking. Location was terrific for walking access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping at Shelter Cove. The beach was a long walk away, convenient if you had a bike, but quite a trek walking there and back. Outdoor space was lovely and we made good use of the barbecue which was excellent. Overall great place and we had a lovely holiday. The snacks and Prosecco were thoughtful and appreciated.

I can't say enough of my experience!! We were fleeing hurricane damage and our first place we rented, was found not livable. I contacted the HHI boys and they got our family in at the last minute!! They even discounted part of our stay and was flexible with our checkout after we had power restored back home!! The home was PERFECT!! Comfy beds, great kitchen, quiet and peaceful neighborhood too. Everything was perfect, they even brought breakfast items the next day with homemade cookies!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully furnished and clean; Looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked and items were new or nearly new. The Boys left some thoughtful introductory items from fruit to cinnamon buns to Prosecco :) The loaner beach towels were like new and the beach chairs were perfect to bring on bikes to the beach. We really enjoyed the pickleball amenities at Palmetto Dunes!The Boys of HHI were extremely communicative and very helpful with local recommendations; We celebrated a birthday and wanted to pick up a cake and make dinner reservations. Their suggestions were spot-on. We will definitely rent from them again!

Don’t hesitate to book this home! These guys left no stone unturned. We have rented many bnb’s in the past and this one absolutely blew us away! From toilet paper, to beach towels, laundry soap and even snacks in the fridge! This home as it all. Beach toys, chairs, it’s extremely elegant, very roomy, and cozy and the hosts are so nice and welcoming! We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!

This house is a gem! Great location in Palmetto Dunes about a 4 min drive to beach access at the Dune House. Newly renovated and really well stocked with anything you need for a beach trip. The best hospitality I’ve experienced staying in an Airbnb. The fridge and pantry were even stocked with breakfast essentials, fresh fruit, and snacks to get you started!

This home was beautifully appointed and is in pristine condition! They thought of every amenity needed for a perfect home away from home experience. Little things down to having snacks available (which was great for a late arrival), Old Bay seasoning, eggs and orange juice in the fridge, and beach chairs were all very appreciated. I am so glad that this is the home that we ended up booking. The boys of hhi have gone the extra mile to ensure that everything here is top notch. They have thought of the details here and you can tell that they are experienced hosts. Owning a bed and breakfast for all of those years surely has served them well. The Prosecco and orange juice in the fridge as well as the cinnamon rolls, breakfast items was a lovely touch. Anything and everything you need here you have. The property is well stocked, extremely private and quiet with lovely appointments and furnishings. The bed is extremely comfortable. Thank you so very much for being a true five star destination. Will definitely be back!!

We had the most comfortable stay over Thanksgiving break at the property. The place inside is very cozy and has absolutely everything you need to feel home. The house is very clean and very well decorated, great fireplace and fire pit outside! Special thanks for snacks and breakfast food and nice bottle of prosecco. We can’t wait to come back, there is so much to do around, but also it feels nice and private. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay! Impeccably clean, updated throughout, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, steps from Shelter Cove, great golf and responsive, thoughtful hosts. We stayed for more than a month and loved it! A terrific spot - it gets our absolute highest recommendation and will be our first choice when we return to the area.

The home is really well appointed. We've never stayed at a home that had a coffee pot, and a Nespresso and Keurig machine. There was really nothing the home lacked. The area was great for walking, getting to golf courses or out for dinner.Terrific place and the HH boys were a great help.

Beautifully appointed with personal touches throughout - snacks and easy breakfast waiting in the fridge! We rented bikes, visited Shelter Cove every day by riding or walking under Hwy 278. Our teens rode their bikes to public basketball courts 15 min away, we saw the sunrise on the beach, and thoroughly enjoyed walking Palmetto Dunes as well as downtime at the house. Easy to rent paddles and try pickleball at courts in the neighborhood. Next time will book a reservation at Alexander’s sooner! Hosts very responsive and accommodating as they could be! Great choice!

The hosts thought of every detail! If you needed something - they had it! They even leave mimosas, eggs and cinnamon rolls. The place is even better in person. Great beach chairs, towels and everything you need to cook. They also have 3 different kinds of coffee pots - for your preference. Hosts are incredibly responsive. The home was a home away from home. Very warm and inviting!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. House is absolutely beautiful with everything you would ever need. They thought of everything when it came to this house. They have beach chairs in the garage to cornhole to board games, to beautiful décor. The hosts were just the absolute best they had quick responses when I had questions and very friendly! We had a great vacation at this beautiful home in the heart of Hilton Head! The hosts were very helpful and there were extra special touches throughout the home to ensure a great experience. There was plenty of great food and snacks and beverages provided including chocolates on the nightstands in every room! It had comfortable beds, nice linens, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of small appliances, pots/pans etc. to cook a large holiday meal if vacationing during the holidays. There was a sitting area outside with a nice grill. The home was exceptionally clean and we didn’t see any pests the entire stay. It appeared to be very well maintained and the hosts were very accommodating and accessible if we had any questions making sure everything ran smoothly for us. You could tell they were experienced in the hospitality industry. Thank you Boys of Hilton Head!

Great house. It was comfortable for our party of 9. The kids loved the bunks. And the primary room wonderful and relaxing. It was quiet and close the trail. It does take about 10 minutes to drive out of the neighborhood. The property managers are great and very responsive.
