8 Hilton Head Beach Villa

The pool was great. The air conditioner broke down for 1 day but response was very quick to fix. The villa was clean.

We loved the proximity to the beach. Beach never crowded. The pool was wonderful as well. Easy to get around. Quiet area. Lots of sand toys and beach towels. No chairs or umbrella or wagon, fyi. We cooked all our food, so we had to buy all condiments and spices. There was no food at all in the house (like condiments or cooking oil), fyi.

Took a chance on a booking.com listing that didn’t have any reviews (but others in the place did). Never been to HH. When we got there, there was a goodie bag, tote and a little card welcoming our stay. The house was perfect for my family with plenty of space and big rooms and bathrooms. I actually loved the little walk to the beach. This was in the wake of Helene, and during Milton. We had great beach weather for 1 1/2 days and we spent the rest of the time exploring or enjoying the house cooking together or playing games. The house was fully stocked with dishes, plenty of towels and other things.If I ever return to HH I will absolutely book this place! (7 people)

This condo was great. I loved the ease of getting around near the area of its location. Great restaurants and live music close by. We had two couples and there was plenty of room with a bedroom to spare. Kitchen was well equipped if you like to cook. Had lots of extras too that we normally have to bring ourselves (beach towels, different soaps, garbage bags, etc.) There were not very many people at the pool each day, which was really nice.

This location is fantastic. I love to surf fish and that is not the easiest thing to do on Hilton Head. Most places have a very difficult path to the beach when hauling a surf cart. Surf carts do not like stairs. This beach boardwalk was smooth and easy to use. The only thing needed on the boardwalk was some limbs cut back. Some were too low for longer surf rods to pass under.The only real negative about our stay was once it got dark, there is not enough light in any of the rooms to be able to see. Just changing to the bulbs to daylight bulbs will help tremendously.We have stayed at many places on HHI and this one is probably our favorite.

The unit is in a great location just a short walk from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is located at the edge of the property. The pool is really nice with a zero entry that was great for the young kids. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would love to return to this unit again.

Very happy overall. Home was clean, short walk to the beach, pool was nice. A few beach items available to take with you. Nice amenities in the home, enough kitchen items to make meals and nice large table. We ate in most meals and were glad we didn’t have to spend a lot of money at restaurants. Home was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated. Our aunt stayed in the ground floor and it was nice she had her own “suite” to read or nap. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Hilton Head.

We loved the location of the Hilton Head Beach Villas. It is steps from the pool, great for kids of all ages, and the property is beachside with a very short walk to the beach. The entire family loved the new pool area with a zero entry which was great for the youngest grandchild. The complex was well-maintained, and the landscaping was beautiful. The smallness of the complex (30 units) allowed families to gather and enjoy the large open lawn. A bonus was seeing fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July. We appreciated host2coast's arrival package and how clean the property was kept. The condo layout allowed privacy for everyone and was very soundproof. Most everything in the condo has been updated and tastefully decorated. The property is a 10-minute walk to Coligney Plaza allowing us to have a fun mix of pool, beach, shopping, and dining nearby.

These beach villas are the best place to stay on the island! I have stayed in many of them and this one was one of my favorites. The shower size in the master bedroom was spectacular! If there was just any suggestion I could give - it would be to somehow have more space to store food. I was able to stay at this property with my wife, granddaughter, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece. It sounds like quite a mix but we are a close family. The property however allowed us each have our own space we were extremely close to the beach with pool access right out the back door. We were also close enough to Coligny plaza to walk. The location is excellent the property was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

This community has become my favorite place to stay when visiting HHI! So convenient to food, shopping and most importantly super easy beach access. The Villa was clean and very well appointed. Excellent stay and property! 3 beds and 3 baths, plenty of room for our family of 6. This property has a beautiful courtyard, lawn, and pool in the center that the unit’s balcony overlooks. It feels more like a cozy home, rather than a commercialized high-rise condo. The best part is that it has private access from the yard to the beach which makes an easy walk with a beach cart. We can easily come back to the room from the beach during the day for meals and breaks, this was great for our small kids and elderly parents. I highly recommend this unit for an awesome Hilton Head vacation.

It is somewhat private, but just steps from the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, that is why we booked this unit a second time. We had a minor maintenance issue and management and maintenance responded to very quickly.

This listing was everything promised and then some. The location was perfect with a gated entrance. The private beach entrance was a 2 minute walk from the condo and made for a nice and relaxing time on the beach. The unit was exceptionally clean with enough space for 5 adults. It is every bit as good as we had hoped from the pics. Two weird things: pool has NO fence. We did not have small children in our group. I would not stay here with small children. Also, we got flea bites. In the condo.

We loved staying at this villa. We were a little concerned about coming to HH due to state just reopening due to Covid-19, but everyone on the island we encountered was going out of their way to make this transition an easy one. The villa has one of the best appointed kitchens I have seen (although we only cooked once).

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo, and especially in the Hilton Head Beach Villas community. We visit Hilton Head at least once a year, and we've tried everything from the Disney Resort, to Shelter Cove, to Singleton Beach, to Coligny. They're all great, but this is BY FAR our favorite location. It's a small community of less than 30 townhouses with private beach access, a great pool, and a beautiful, expansive lawn. While you're farther down the beach from the crowded Coligny entrance, you're still a quick walk/bike ride to all the shopping and dining that Coligny has to offer. We seriously won't stay anywhere else after this.The condo itself is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with everything you need for a real getaway. We ate "at home" almost every night and there wasn't one utensil of item that this condo didn't have. The charcoal grill with ample outdoor seating is nice too! And I can't say enough about the Host2Coast team. From answering our pre-trip calls and emails, to their texts, to the incredibly user friendly guest portal -- we were completely spoiled.A couple of things I'd point out that matter to me - the oven probably needs a cleaning. We bought frozen Bad Biscuits to cook at home, and the oven set the smoke detector off EVERY morning we used it. The TVs in this unit are very small - it wasn't a deal breaker to us because we're there to get away, but I know it's important to other travelers. And, I'll be bringing my own hair dryer in the future. I hate finding small, low power hair dryers (hotel-style) affixed to the wall instead of regular hair dryers, and two of the bathrooms here used them.
