The property was very nice, and the accommodations were quite comfortable. The only issues we encountered were with the elevator (which was fixed about halfway through the week), the dishwasher which seemed to leak and had a broken spray arm, and the back door lock which we were never able to actually lock. The management team was great in their response to our issues. They sent out various maintenance personnel to look into each problem. While they were only able to fix the one issue of the three (the elevator) during our stay, it was no big deal, and the management team kept us updated as to the status along the way. Overall we had a very good stay at this house, and would return.

House was perfect! Space and bedrooms decorated beautifully. 5 minute walk to the beach. Elevator for grocery use and elderly members of your party. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great vacation

Loved it! We cooked and ordered out. The kids went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of tv choices for night time viewing. Loved the two central rooms. Kids enjoyed the having a tv to themselves. Beds were comfortable!

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Beach access was right across the street and you can see the ocean from the house. The pool was a good size and got plenty of use. The inside was clean and up to date. We only had a few minor issues that the property manager quickly addressed. The only suggestion would be that we could have used some more basic kitchen supplies like storage containers, seasonings and more paper towels. We cooked dinner at the house almost every night. I would definitely recommend this property.

We found the house to be great. We paid extra to have pool and spa heated since it was in late December and the grandchildren and adult children felt it was money well spent. Brad our property coordinator checked on us after our arrival and took care of any questions we had.We all enjoyed our stay!!!

Our family has stayed in this house for the last four years. We have stayed in many different houses on different communities on the island but this house is truly amazing. There is not any complaint that I or my family could have about this property. It sits perfectly on the lot at 8 Nighthawk allowing for not only a view of the ocean but also the sound of the waves licking the shore. Each floor has a large roomy balcony on which we sit and enjoy our breakfasts, morning coffey, and dinners. Or just to have a drink and relax while discussing the affairs of the day. Any problem we have ever experienced at this house has been managed instantly by the staff of Host 2 Coast and previously Vacation Company. I must say that dealing with Faith , one of the customer service reps with Host 2 Coast has been a delight. She greets me and my family with a smile, and always with cooperation . No hassles, no questions, just: WE CAN TAKE CARE OF IT ASAP! THANK YOU FAITH, for always being congenial and helpful. YOu are truly a plus to the rental company. Sharon Maryman and Family.
