Enjoy a taste of luxury in this beautifully updated private home centrally located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines and featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths to comfortably accommodate a party of 8. At 8 Pine Court you have quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay. Pets considered for an additional fee of $400. Maximum one dog, weight limit 40 lbs.
Take in the lush wooded views from the expansive deck as you relax in the outdoor hot tub. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for putting together a picnic basket for the beach or a delicious meal to serve at the dining table. The spacious open plan is fitted with comfy furnishings that make it so easy to curl up with a good book or host a family movie or game night.
The bedrooms will please everyone. A king suite, queen beds and twin beds offer comfortable sleeping accommodations and three full baths make preparing for the day a breeze. A community recreation area featuring pool, tennis and playground is only a block away. Don't forget to rent some bicycles and enjoy the safe, dedicated bike paths all throughout Sea Pines and beyond.
Here you have easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines tennis and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. (Bonus! Less than 5 minute walk to the golf course for the PGA tour event from your front door). The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island, is not much more than a stroll away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats and live music. A Sea Pines Trolley stop is located in Sea Pines Center, only a 3 minute walk, with transportation between the Beach Club, Harbour Town and South Beach Marina Village, a fun way to see the sights and leave your car behind, all free!

I celebrated a milestone birthday on the island. We rented this house because it looked big enough and had a hot tub. It is a beautiful house. However the loft room up the narrow staircase has little privacy and we had a hard time managing the temperature. Upstairs was very hot. Downstairs was cold. Overall a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this property! Great proximity to everything on the sea pines resort. 5-8 min bike ride to the beach! Instructions for check in were very clear. Everything at the house was great! We had the best week and will be returning next year if possible!

The home was everything described and much more. It was clean and neat with many additions making it very homey. We were able to book this lovely home one week prior to the RBC Heritage. The VRBO we had booked in Nov 2022 for April 2023, canceled 1 week prior to our scheduled trip. We have to say, this home was much nicer than the one we had previous. The property management company, Host2Coast, was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend this home and Host2Coast to anyone! You will not be disappointed. AND, you can bring your 4 legged family member!

What a beautiful home with all the creature comforts that you want and more. You walk in and feel instantly at home, bonus, lights are labeled, and the spice cabinet is stocked (nice touch). You have your choice of where you want to spread out, sunroom, living room, or hot tub and deck. Quiet location, easy access to two beaches, (about a 15-minute walk to the beach). Can't wait to return!

What a wonderful home. From when you first walk in you feel at home. So comfortable, has so many more creature comforts, what a treat to have a stocked spice cabinet, and a kitchen well equipped welcoming, comfortable, and excellent location, loved the private setting, and hot tub (even though we had 3 days of rain!) Can not wait to return!

Very clean and comfortable ... we slept 6 with 4 adults and 2 boys and they were satisfied with upstairs BR away from parents, grandparents. Showers were great. There was everything you need to cook, wash, cool your food and wine, grill outside and you are within a few miles of every restaurant. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a very nice stay!

My wife and l loved this rental home, the backyard is very private, the kitchen was the best supplied kitchen l have ever seen. The furniture is comfy and well decorticated. The location is prefect, about a 10 min bike ride to the Beach Club and maybe 15 to Habour Town.

The photos don't do justice to this home away from home. We will definitely be returning. The house is beautifully designed in a light, beachy and tasteful way and I was charmed. From the comfy sofas to the hot tub… we loved the peace and tranquillity of the neighborhood which is within walking or biking distance to the beach. You can tell that you are wanted and that the owners care about your stay.

This was our first time in Hilton Head, and we had such an amazing trip. We can’t wait to return! The home is beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. We had all the utensils and kitchen tools we needed to prepare meals. The people who manage this property really went above and beyond! Complimentary beach towels, koozies, etc. The beds were comfortable and there’s a great hot tub on the back deck when you’re ready to unwind. There are no other houses behind it so it’s really private. The home feels like a home - very welcoming. There’s plenty of room to kick back and read which I did. To my surprise, there was a great selection of books in the home. We went walking every morning around the neighborhood and met the nicest people. The home is centrally located close to Harbour Town. It’s a short bike ride to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is immaculate and every detail has been thought of! The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is better equipped than my own!There are tons of spaces in the house you can enjoy… Have a coffee and watch the deer from the sun room - a cocktail in the hot tub - family dinner at the large dining table or just pull up a stool to the kitchen counter!The beds were very comfortable, pillows and extra linens available as well!We enjoyed exploring the area shops, restaurants as well as walking on the beach regularly! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint! The home was absolutely beautiful and felt like a home - not just a property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked! We had all the utensils and kitchen tools we needed to prepare meals. The house is centrally located we walked around the neighborhood every morning and we met the friendliest people. The beach is a short bike ride away and an even shorter drive. The house has an amazing hot tub when you’re ready to unwind. We would definitely stay at this home again.
