The house at Sea Pines was amazing! It shows better than the pictures make it out to be (which is usually the other way around). The open airy feeling of the kitchen, dining and living room really makes the home feel large and geared towards entertaining. The bedrooms are all very generous in size and each have their own bathrooms, which is perfect for kids or guests. The kitchen was well laid out and the eat-in island was where we spent most of our meals as it worked perfectly for 4 of us. It came well equipped with dish-ware and cookware but surprised by lack of spices, like pepper. The living room was perfectly laid out with lots of seating options to make evenings very relaxing and plenty of windows for bright and airy afternoons. We requested the pool to be heated prior to our arrival (at an additional cost) and it was the perfect temp for our 1st swim. The backyard flows really nicely and the seating by the pool is very relaxing. The house has bike paths right outside the door so it's perfectly situated in Sea Pines with access to tons of trails and paths.

Overall our stay was fantastic. It is a great centrally located residence for bike riding and is in quiet neighborhood. After spending the last few years in a house near the beach, we felt we could stay inland as the house was equipped with a beautiful heated pool.

Baynard is the very best of Hilton Head living, IMO. It was well appointed with everything we needed (including all the random kitchen items you only ever seem to need when you're in someone else's home!) We spent much of our time relaxing in the breezy Carolina room and by the pool and firepit. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street and cul de sac.

This house was great. It was perfect for our family for our spring break trip. It is in a great location in Sea Pines. It is a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to Harbour Town, the beach, and the stables. The pool was great, perfect for our kids who are elementary school age. We had the pool heated for an extra charge ( which I’d recommend if going in March) and it was perfect when we showed up. My kids were in the pool before we had finished unloading the car! Would highly recommend this house and will definitely look at booking again next time we go to Hilton Head.

Overall this residence was a very nice place. The amenities in the house were all you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies/dish-ware you would ever need. The houses open concept was a very nice touch and helped everyone feel together even when they were in separate rooms. While it also maintained privacy with the secluded bedrooms. Although the listing doesn’t do a justice portraying the bathrooms. They are all amazing with lots of closet space and storage. A few spots for improvement would be considering adding smart tv’s with internet capability, changing the bed and or bed frame in the front bedroom next to the door(it felt like the bottom of the frame was going to give out at any moment), adding more lighting by the pool area for swimming after daylight, and altering pool cleaning schedule(pool was green in the deeper areas where people were not walking and hot lots of sand in the shallow end on the corners of the stairs). Property manager was very quick to answer and easy to get in touch with. He did offer to try and get the pool cleaned earlier, which we greatly appreciated. But, I don’t know if it actually ever did get cleaned or cleaned properly because the cleanliness of it persisted our whole stay. Overall it was a great place and would fit almost any type of groups liking.

Everything was great except trash pickup. 9 family members and a lot of trash.Trash was to be picked up but was not we were there from Saturday to Saturday. I even tried to chase down the trash guys and they left. The pool we were told by the pool guy he was there on Wednesday and he was not as we were at the house all day. He finally came on Thursday and argued with my son about pool ring cleaned. We loved the house, the well equipped kitchen , the pool was awsome we all loved it including the grandkids.

Trash pick up on Hilton Head is spotty at best. We do our best to stay on top of it and it often takes several calls to get them to pick up. Dealing with vendors is the hardest part of the rental business since it is something that is out of our control. We always do our best to resolve issues as soon as possible. We are grateful for the patience of this guest had and very glad they enjoyed their stay!

We rented this house as a multi-family group. The house was spacious enough to allow each of us to have our own bathroom and space to decompress but also with ample room to come together in the kitchen and the Carolina room. We had a wonderful time at this home with our family. We made use of the kitchen, patio, grill and pool (the pool was a safe location for comfort with our toddlers). I have to say it is an exceptionally clean! Actually it is even nicer in person than the pictures. The location was in the middle of Harbor Town or the beach. We rode bikes to both locations. We highly recommend this vacation property and hope to return for another visit.

We loved: - Cleanliness - house met our high expectations - The extra porch room was great to have so kids and adults could have a separate hang out space. - Having the Bike Doctor deliver and pickup the bikes is key, we biked everywhere - Bathrooms - all beautiful and clean, major plus along with having a full bath for each room worked out great. - The open floor plan was good and plenty of spaces to eat inside and outside if we wanted. - The location is amazing between the beach and shops and things to do - we really didn’t leave Sea Pines much except for tee times. - The pool is perfect and one of the main reasons we booked this home. We were there in May and didn't need to pay to heat it. Room for improvement: - Towels/Beach gear - no pool or beach towels - no beach chairs or tents - We had one rainy/lazy afternoon and felt the house was lacking in games, puzzles, etc. - The biggest negative is the beds. The rollaway twin should not even be mentioned as an option. The king bed has a huge sink hole in it and so does one of the doubles in the front bedroom. The queen bed wasn’t much better but the several egg crates made it bearable. In summary we would absolutely return to See Pines and to this house if there was a guarantee that news beds were purchased which the owner did say they are planning on doing.

The house was in a great location- short bike ride to all locations. The pool was great for our 2 little grandchildren- paid for heating and worth it. Trees do overhang the pool, daily leaves and seeds needed to be skimmed. Need to bring your own pool toys, towels. Had a wonderful time on the island.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly and bicycles were delivered to the house before we arrived. It is a great centrally located residence for bike riding and is in quiet neighborhood. After spending the last few years in a house near the beach, we felt we could stay inland as the house was equipped with a beautiful heated pool. There was no mention of the $750 up charge to heat the pool for the week, or at least we didn’t see it when booking. We were also told that advance notice of 3 days was needed if we wanted to have the heater turned on. This was truly the only downside of the property as we anticipated using the pool during our stay. It was too cold to swim in during our week in March.

This property has it all. It's centrally located on a quiet and sought after neighborhood among other beautiful homes. The pool gets great light and we loved the large sun platform in the pool for our youngest kiddo. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, storage, pots and pans. We loved sitting in the Carolina room in the evenings listening to the tree frogs sing their chorus. The bedrooms are huge and beds comfy. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with those random questions you have when you are getting used to your new home. Everything was well communicated up to check in (and check out). The things we would have liked to have but didnt affect our stay one bit would be a renovated third bath (the other two were gorgeously redone) and more silverware (just to match the abundance of plates). Oh and it would be great if the outside table was big enough for 6. We would definitely rent this house again and also rent from these property managers.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and plenty big enough. We enjoyed the pool, grill, and proximity to the beach (10 minutes by bike). Suggestions to make the stay more enjoyable: 1. only basic cable was available (13 channels). We couldn't even watch the golf tournament that was going on in Sea Pines while we were there! So please expand your cable TV plan. 2. The pool had a lot of debris (and other non-living creatures) in it. We had to call to have someone clean it out.

We also asked to have 4 bike rentals and Jim and Margot sourced the company (which was way cheaper than the touristy ones) and arranged to have them delivered to the house and they were waiting on the driveway, complete with baskets and locks, for when we arrived. The house has bike paths right outside the door so it's perfectly situated in Sea Pines with access to tons of trails and paths. Our trip was unfortunately cut short with the COVID-19 outbreak and we had to head back to Canada before airports and borders closed. I can't say enough about how wonderful this house is. The interior is spectacular. The location is everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful backyard. I would highly recommend this home!
