Relax Rentals has joined forces with Host2Coast, a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company that shares the same commitment to hospitality, comfort, and care. 

If you have an existing booking with Relax Rentals, rest assured — your reservation is secure, your property and price remain unchanged, and you’ll now be supported by the Host2Coast guest services team. 

Below are answers to common questions as we transition your reservation to our system.

1. What’s happening between Relax Rentals and Host2Coast?

Relax Rentals has officially merged with Host2Coast, a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company that provides the same high level of service to guests and homeowners. Going forward, your booking will be managed by the Host2Coast team.


2. Is my reservation still valid?

Absolutely. All existing bookings made through Relax Rentals are 100% secure and will be fully honored by Host2Coast.


3. Will I still be staying in the same property I booked?

Yes. You’ll be staying in the exact same home you reserved through Relax Rentals. Nothing about your stay dates, property, or amenities will change.

4. Will my reservation cost or fees change?

No. Your total reservation cost and all associated fees will remain exactly the same as originally confirmed with Relax Rentals.


5. Will I need to do anything to keep my reservation active?

Just one small thing - we’ll need to securely update your payment information with Host2Coast so that your final payment can be processed correctly.


6. Why do you need my credit card information again?

Relax Rentals’ payment system is separate from Host2Coast’s, and for security reasons, credit card data cannot be transferred between companies. We’ll need updated payment information in our secure system to process your remaining balance.

7. How will I provide my new payment information?

A friendly Host2Coast team member will contact you directly by phone or email to securely collect your payment details. We’ll never ask you to send card information via email or text.


8. When will my final payment be processed?

Your final payment will be processed on the same schedule as originally planned with Relax Rentals, typically 60 days before arrival - or according to the terms of your original confirmation.

10. Will my check-in instructions or property access change?

No. Check-in and check-out procedures will remain the same, and you’ll receive all final arrival details from Host2Coast as your stay approaches.


11. What can I expect from Host2Coast?

Host2Coast provides full-service vacation rental management focused on warm hospitality, responsive communication, and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll have local support before, during, and after your stay.


12. I have travel insurance or add-ons through Relax Rentals - are those still valid?

Yes. Any travel protection or add-ons purchased through Relax Rentals remain valid and in effect for your upcoming stay.

13. Will my login or booking portal change?

You may receive new confirmation or access details from Host2Coast, but you won’t lose any information about your existing reservation. If you have questions about your booking, our team can provide everything you need.
